The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Corso Cavour 204 - 70121 - Bari]. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's Vikey Host mobile app before check-in.
