Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. It is the property’s policy that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival. Guests must confirm arrival time on check-in day using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Breakfast, Half Board, and Full Board rates receive breakfast for adults and up to 2 children under 11 years old registered in the same room. Guests booked in Half Board rate plans receive lunch for adults and children under 6 years old; lunch fees apply for children aged 6-11 registered in the same room. Full board rate plans include lunch and dinner for adults and children under 6 years old; lunch and dinner fees apply for children aged 6-11. Fees are collected at the property.
