If you are planning to arrive after 11:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests who plan to arrive after 11:30 PM must contact the property in advance for key retrieval instructions; the property will send instructions via WhatsApp or email. Guests who receive their key after 5 PM must return to the reception desk the next morning to complete the check-in process.
