The front desk is open daily from 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [64-234 Nowa Wieś ul. Leśna 12]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

• Late check-in fee: PLN 100 for check-in between 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM
• Late check-out fee: PLN 100 (subject to availability)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: PLN 100.0 per stay
• Rollaway bed fee: PLN 70.0 per day
• Towels fee: PLN 15 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
