This property offers transfers from the airport. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Guests must arrange land transport on their own to El Nido if traveling from Puerto Princesa (approximately 6-hours drive). The property provides scheduled boat transfers (schedule is subject to change). Boat transfers are not available after 4 PM from Miniloc, Lagen and Pangulasian. Boat transfers are not available after 3 PM from Apulit. This property is located on an island and is accessible only by boat. The property provides scheduled boat transfers between Lio Jetty to Resort and Resort to Lio Jetty (times subject to change). The boat departs from Lio Jetty at 7:45 AM, 12.30 PM, 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM. The boat departs from Lagen Island Resort at 5 AM, 9 AM, 1 PM and 2 PM. The property recommends that guests arrange boat transfers prior to booking their flights. For guests who wish to travel outside the scheduled transfer times, a private boat transfer can be arranged up until 5:30 PM, subject to sunset limitations and night navigation restrictions, at an additional cost. Please note that advance arrangements are required for all private transfers. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
