The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in half board rate plans receive dinner at All’Orto Restaurant; dinner is available from 7-8:45 PM. The listed reception hours apply from October 24 to May 14; check-out time is 11 AM during this time. From May 15-October 23, reception is open 24 hours and check-out time is 10:30 AM.
