• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Up to 2 children 11 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. A birth certificate is also required at check-in for children under age 18. Additional documentation establishing permission to accompany is also required for adults checking in with children under age 18 when parents are not present.
