There is no front desk at this property. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests are required to download the property's ST Signature Chat-In mobile app before check-in. It is the property’s policy that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians and provide proof of this relationship in order to check-in.
