Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property offers shuttle pickup service from HO45 Fukuji Onsen Guchi Bus stop only. Please note that an advance reservation is required for this service. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner.
