The front desk is open daily from 9 AM - 5:00 PM. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Onsite Arena Bar from 5-11:30 PM; lockbox near reception after 11:30 PM]. If you are planning to arrive after 11:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests who plan to arrive after 11:30 PM must contact the property in advance for key retrieval instructions; the property will send instructions via WhatsApp or email. Guests who receive their key after 5 PM must return to the reception desk the next morning to complete the check-in process.
