This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in half board rates must check-in by 8 PM to receive dinner. The hotel's train station shuttle is located at Hiroshima Station's North Exit. Children ages 4-11 are permitted in the hot springs from 6 AM-10 PM when accompanied by an adult. An entrance fee of JPY 1,000 applies for children ages 4-5 sharing existing bedding. Children ages 3 and younger are not permitted in the hot springs.
