The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [55 Village Road Avon, Co.81620]. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. • Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest. As part of this initiative, a voluntary donation of USD 1 per room per night will automatically be added to the bill. The entire contribution will be forwarded to the National Forest Foundation. For every dollar contributed by guests, the National Forest Foundation will invest USD 1.50 in on-the-ground conservation. If guests do not wish to make this contribution, they should let the front desk staff know and it will be removed from their bill immediately.
