To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 2:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests requesting to split the king bed will be charged an additional fee of NZD 10 per stay.
