There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an access code. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 6.25 (exact amount varies) at check-out. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property is located in the city's Low Emission Zone; only low-emission vehicles are permitted to enter. Guests with non-Spanish license plates must register their vehicle with the city in advance. Guests arriving after 10 PM with prepaid/non-refundable rate will receive an email with special check-in instructions and an access code.
