There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 5 days before arrival with special check-in instructions and an access code. The host will greet guests on arrival.For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests are required to pay mandatory fees at check-in, including the cleaning fee, breakage deposit, and city tax.
