Luxury Italy Travel Drop Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1.1 Introduction:

These terms and conditions govern the rules of the Luxury Italy Travel Drop Giveaway package detailed in section 1.2 below (the “Prize”) offered exclusively to holders of the Travel Tiger NFT and Founders Edition Travel Tiger NFT (the “NFT”). The Prize is offered by AVA Collectibles, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (“Organiser”).

1.2 The Prize:

The Prize includes:

• Flights for 2 adults valued at up to US$3,000 total
• 2 nights in Modena at Milano Palace Hotel in a double/twin room
• 3 nights in Bologna at Hotel Corona d’Oro in a double/twin room
• Breakfast for 2 people at each hotel
• Ferrari full experience for 2 people (factory visit and Ferrari Portofino driving experience)
• Lamborghini factory visit and lunch for 2 people
• Countryside culinary experience in Bologna for 2 people
• Private transfer from Modena to Bologna and all transfers for the experiences

1.3 The Draw:

The draw to determine the winner will be conducted on 12 February 2026. All issued Travel Tiger NFTs will automatically be entered into the draw by their respective ID token numbers. The winning ID token number will be selected using a randomization software and the Prize will be attached to the winning NFT via the addition of unique metadata. The draw will be conducted via a video event.

1.4 Secondary Market:

The NFT (and the attached Prize) may be traded on the secondary market if desired. If the owner of the winning NFT (the "Transferor") lists the NFT for sale on the secondary market and ownership of the NFT is subsequently transferred to another person (the "Transferee"), the Transferee will be the owner of the Prize.

1.5 Claiming the Prize:

To claim the Prize, the winning NFT must be connected to a Travala Smart Diamond account to verify the owner. The travel dates of the Prize are 1 March 2026–30 November 2026, subject to availability. The following blackout dates apply, during which the Prize cannot be claimed for travel: 29 March–6 April, 24 April–3 May, 29 May–2 June, and 8–16 August. The winner (or, if the Prize was transferred, the Transferee) must claim the Prize by 31 July 2026 at 11:59 pm UTC by contacting [email protected].

1.6 Important Additional Terms:

To ensure the Prize is claimed fairly, the winning NFT: (i) cannot be listed for sale on any marketplace(s) at the time of the Prize being claimed; (ii) cannot be sold within seven (7) days of the Prize being claimed; and (iii) will have the unique Prize metadata removed once the Prize has been claimed.

1.7 Hotel & Experience Provider Terms:

Each hotel and experience provider has its own set of rules and conditions independent of the Organiser that must be adhered to during the stay or experience. Please refer to each hotel’s and experience provider’s website for more information.

1.8 Ferrari Full Experience Terms:

The following terms apply to the Ferrari full experience:

• Minimum driving age: 19 years old
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year
• Guests will take turns driving with a professional co-driver
• A credit card with a minimum of €5,000 available for the security deposit is required

1.9 Exclusions:

The following are not included in the Prize:

• Private outbound transfer to the hotel in Modena and return transfer from Bologna (available on request)
• Tourist City Tax (approx. €8–10 per person per day, payable at checkout)
• Meals not specified as included
• Travel insurance
• Gratuities
• Personal expenses

1.10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions may be amended or supplemented at any time with or without notice, and such amendment or supplemental term shall apply to NFT holders/participants at the time the Organiser publishes the updated terms and conditions.

1.11 Liability:

The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, and/or any third-party liability or claims incurred by an NFT holder participating in the giveaway and, if applicable, claiming and utilising the Prize, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Organiser.
