Really fantastic apartment, lovely furnishings and really, really clean. Kitchen was well equipped and with complimentary teas and coffees, as well as bottled water. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Big and spacious. Bathroom and shower were good, just one small thing, some small shelves next to the sink would be nice, so you can put your products on there, otherwise you have to use the shelf above the toilet. Short walk to the centre with stunning views of Wawel Castle and a really lovely breakfast cafe nearby called Dali Via. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great few days here, accommodation as described and a great location for the centre of Krakow. Easy to walk around from the accommodation to the old town and areas of interest. Immaculate cleanliness throughout the building. Staff very helpful. We will return.

Perfect for a recovery

Quiet location a short walk from great views overlooking the river and castle. Medium walk from town centre areas very walkable.

Great place to stay!

Check in was nice and easy even though we got there late, key was left in a lock box for us. The property itself was in good condition and was nice and clean, the only downside was the pillows on the bed are tiny! Other than that the bed is super comfortable. The property is located within a 5-10 minute walk of basically anywhere you need to go. Overall a great place to stay!

The apartment was great for the price, it had all amenities and was in a great area. The gate and door was a little confusing at first but the staff were very helpful and friendly.

There should have been somebody at the front desk at least the time they indicated they were. Also, there was a leakage of water from the shower room.

We only stayed one night but would definitely come back! Very adorable for a spacious place. Family friendly. Very nice receptionist offered us to check in early and was very attentive :)

I loved this property! It is very well located, near local attractions and very quite area. The room itself was very clean, the couch bed was not easy to put together but that might have been just me so I'm not taking any stars off for that. Communication and instructions to access the property were very quick and clear. I asked for a airport transfer which I had to change last minute because o a flight delay and everything was clearly communicated to the driver that was on time waiting for me at the exit. Very pleasant driver, too.

The property is wonderful for single traveler; spacey however the internet is extremely poor. The location is prime if you are going to the center every night. Close to great restaurants particularly the Jewish district.

Perfect base for a city break

We had a great break in Krakow staying on Zamkowa 15 Apartments. The location is excellent for exploring the city, with a breathtaking view of the castle just a couple of minutes' walk away. Service was excellent from the moment I made the booking, and the apartment was exactly as it appeared on the website. My only criticism, and it's only because I live in a tiny village and am not used to noise, that the level of traffic noise was quite high (to me) so that might be a consideration if you are a light sleeper. All in all though, excellent and very good value for money.

A Spotlessly clean and modern property, tastefully decorated and well maintained. A capsule coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and board were supplied. The only criticism is that the rear of the building is adjacent to a main road that was quite noisy at peak times, when we had the windows open due to the hot weather. Keep the windows closed and the problem is solved. Situated just over the Vistula river bridge and about a 15 -20 minute walk from the main city. There is a basement games room with free pool table, stereo with large cd library and toys for children. There is also a washing machine for guest use. The Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The apartments are non- smoking but smoking is permitted in the courtyard garden where a table, ashtray and a couple of chairs are situated. My partner and I had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend these apartments. Great location, a 15 to 20 minute enjoyable walk to old town. Located on the river which you come across which ever way you walk into town. Apartments are very modern and spotlessly clean. Loved the basement, with a comfy lounge area and a pool table in the next room. Ideal for us as there was two families of four, the lads in the pool room and the four adults chilling in the lounge area. Would stay here again if i came back to Krakow.

Immaculately clean!

Location: Great spot. Close to centre. There's a nearby shops and pharmacy. Close to the bridge if your going to the northern part of Krakow's old town, i.e.: Main Market square, and also close to the other bridge if you explore the southern part, which is Jewish Quarter area. Both bridges have its amazing views. Most of all, I feel safe all throughout my one week stay here. Neighbourhood is quiet and feel safe to walk by myself. Atmosphere: Cozy, looks brand new, great design, immaculately clean and comfortable to live in. At the basement; it has washing machine with supply of washing powder and fabric softener. Also has billiard table and coffee room which is communal. Great strong wifi, which is amazing. Customer relationship: I met with Barbara, one of the front desk staff, she's so accommodating and have asked me if i need something everytime she see's me. To sum up: I've rented one of the apartment on my own and I really enjoyed my stay here. I will come back to this apartment on my next visit to Krakow. I will describe this apartment as "Elegant"!

Short break

We had a great 4 night stay, the staff were very helpful and organised self check in for us as our flight was a night time arrival and we were able to get a late checkout for the same reason. Pleasant apartment in a modern block, conveniently located just a short walk to the centre. Would stay again in the future.

The apartment was lovely & in a great location, the only thing that held it back is the lack of air con. The fan in the room didn’t keep us cool & I slept poorly due to being too hot.

Excellent little apartment close to Wawel Castle

Stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful Karkow. The apartment is just round the corner from the River and Wawel Castle and approximately 10-15 leisurely stroll from the Main Square. The staff at Zamkowa 15 couldn't be more helpful; responding quickly and attentively to emails, arranging transfers, providing clear instructions on how to enter property as we arrived late, supplying fresh towels, coffee and water and allowing us to check out late for a small fee. Whilst the apartment did face onto a main road and a little noise was heard, with all the walking and fresh air throughout our day this did not disturb our sleep in any way. The apartment is very well presented and exceptionally clean. We would highly recommend to stay here without a doubt as it represented excellent value for money just round the corner from stunning scenery and walking distance to all the attractions in Krakow.

Lovely appartment at a great price.

I stayed for 4 nights in a cosy, roomy appartment here which enhanced my enjoyment of the beautiful city of Krakow. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It is not situated in the old town, but the number 304 bus easily connects from near the appartments to the central train station and going the other way to the salt mine. I was also picked up there for the Auschwicz tour. I found it easy to walk from there to the castle and the old town. The check in staff are only there for limited hours, so make sure you contact them about your arrival time. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Location great

The apartments were very warm and cosy, staff were lovely, would of gave 5 out of 5 but what spoilt it for us was the end. Even though it’s not the hotels fault they need to reconsider the Taxi firm they deal with, it cost us 90PLN when we arrived but the driver charged us 120 PLN when we left, it stated on the website the prices and it was 1-3 people 90PLN, there were 3 of us, I told the driver it was supposed to be 90PLN, he just said no I have to have 120PLN, so bloody annoyed because we’d just saved enough to buy some food on the plane or airport, what we had left was only enough for a packet of crisps, wasn’t happy because we had a two hour journey back home when we arrived in Manchester, unfortunately we didn’t take any English money, I know it wasn’t a lot extra to pay for the taxi when you work it out, but I think it’s probably a regular thing they do, overcharging because they know we’re on our way and can’t complain. So be aware, check price before you get the taxi so they don’t rip you off, as I say it’s a shame because the taxi firm let the hotel down.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful people

Fabulous apartment and great location! It is equidistant - about 10 minutes walk - to the "Old Town" and/or the historic Jewish neighbourhood (currently the "hip" part of town). The only negative was that the internet speed was variable, sometimes fine, sometimes quite slow.

Beautiful modern and a central location

A truly beautiful and modern apartment with all facilities. Close to a main road so be prepared for noisey traffic. 10 minutes walk from everywhere in every direction so fairly central. We stayed five nights and sadly had no fresh towels during that time, I'm sure if I had asked we would have had! Also no complaints from me but my partner was extremely hot and found the apartment quite stuffy at times. Reception were extremely helpful and friendly. A very comfortable and homely stay, thank you.

A great 4 days in Krakow

The apartment was excellent, exactly the same as the photo's . The staff were amazing , responding quickly to advice about public transport options . They were able to book the trips we wanted and generally very helpful . There were a few extras you don't normally get like washing machine powder , umbrellas to borrow and bottled water .We would not hesitate in recommending this place to stay if you are coming to Krakow .

Good location for work or play

Lovely apartment, especially the one we stayed in (#5). Free laundry downstairs. They helped us book a few things. Very convenient to the ICE center (I was attending a conference) and easy walk to the old town. Only nitpick I have is that our room was called the "silent room" but we could hear traffic noise; not enough to bother us at all, but hardly "silent".

Lovely apartment but hot as our room was on the top floor (in the roof). A fan was there in the room but would benefit from air conditioning. That is my only complaint

Excellent hotel but not during summer

The room was very nice. Spacious, clean, modern, and well appointed. Unfortunately there is a multilane highway less than 50 feet from your windows resulting in a constant roar of vehicles traveling at 60 miles an hour. Perhaps in winter when the windows can be closed, this issue is less important.

Comfortable, Clean and Friendly

This was a great apartment. Very clean and spacious. Everything was very comfortable. They were very flexible and friendly with me checking in early due to my arrival time from the airport.

Very good place to stay. Comfortable rooms, very clean and pleasant staff. As the office we visit is nearby, location is fantastic for us. Less than a short walk to the city centre, it is a good location for tourists wishing to discover the town.

A fantastic, modern serviced apartments. Great location opposite the castle, nice and quiet and only 10 minute walk into the centre of Krackow. The staff Barbara and Marta were excellent and very helpful and arranged all our taxis and trips. I would recommend Zamkowa 15 to anyone who wants a stay in a comfortable environment instead of a normal hotel. There are numerous restaurants nearby and a supermarket and 24 hr kebab stand just over the bridge.

We had an amazing time in Krakow specially because we stayed in this apartment. We're a couple with a toddler boy ( 2 years old) and was really nice for him to play in the playroom we had downstairs after a busy day . The apt was in a really good location so we could walk everywhere ( only 15 min walking to city centre). We could see the Wavel castle from the window which was 5 min walking. Barbara was always kind and helpful. We high recommend and when back to Krakow we will stay there again for sure.

Despite being next to a main street, the hotel was incredibly quiet! The room was the perfect size and had everything you'd need, including a full kitchen. Everything was newly remodeled and very nice, though some details seemed to have been overlooked in the bathroom (no toilet paper holder or shower racks) and the shampoo was in little packets which were hard to tear open with wet hands. The hotel is an easy walk to the river and grocery stores, and a pleasant but longer walk to downtown or Kazimierz. The staff were very helpful with recommendations of things to see and printing our boarding passes the last morning. Bottom line: Lovely, would gladly stay there again.

Best place I've stayed!

Zamkowa 15 may be the best place I've ever stayed. The staff are amazing and were so helpful. They not only arranged for a car to pick me up from the airport but also arranged a tour of Auschwitz. The one bedroom apartment I booked was brand new. I felt like I was the first person to ever stay there. It was clean, modern, and very charming! The location can't be beat either. It is close to Wawel Castle, a supermarket, the train, and many restaurants. It is also an easy 10-15 minute walk to the town square. If you are in Krakow you MUST stay at Zamkowa 15. I cant say enough positive things about it!

Easter Getaway

The apartment we stayed in was a good size and was very clean and comfortable. It had a well equipped kitchen area that led straight onto the lounge. The bedroom was up a curved stairway, which was a little tricky to get up and down due to the steepness, to a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was well maintained with a powerful shower. It took us around 12 minutes to walk to the main square where there were lots of fabulous restaurants and bars to choose from. Equally a walk down the road brought you out at the river and castle. A lovely apartment and highly recommended.
