The property was excellent especially for an older person travelling solo. The room was well maintained. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very good and even the picnic on the last morning was a very nice gesture. I had to leave for my flight early and to be given a picnic breakfast was very thoughtful.

The property is located very close to the train station which makes it convenient. Also, the breakfast is very nice.

This a hidden gem. Lovely owner and staff who make you feel very welcome. Wonderful breakfast provided which you can eat on the terrace. Nothing was too much trouble...highly recommended

Amazing place all renovated with a lovely patio and super clean. Excellent reception and very kind. The only thing i would mention is to check the ac system as there is water draining noise that goes on quite often at night and is quite loud so woke me up a few times. Thanks for the lovely service.

Lovely unique bnb in a prime location with amazing staff. Quaint quiet rooms, comfortable beds and a lovely courtyard on the 1st floor to chill. Haven't had breakfast yet, but i imagine that will be lovely too. Thank you for a great stay

Friendly staffs. Was not able to ask her name, she booked us taxi the day we are checking out, when taxi arrived she called us in our room. The unlimited cold water supply is the best feature of the hotel, this is for the win. Our room was next to the street, little loud here and there people talking otherwise tolerable. Good cold AC and strong shower pressure.

This place is a gem ... perfect breakfast and pleasant hospitality ... The location is kind of out of the historic center, at the chinese neighborhood... so be aware of the distance ... as an example I can not stay at this place with my mom since she can not walk this far - however I will definitely check this place if I am traveling solo or with friends My special note to owners; I am highley allergic to dust and mold. I think the room was super clean. However, on my last night I turned on the air condition and I also used the blanket. The next morning my allergies hit me and I had a horrible flight. I will ask kindly to check the filters of the air conditions for your next guests.

Great hotel - I stayed in the smallest single room and it was perfect for me as a solo traveller for 3 nights. Rooms are clean and modern with beautiful tiles and air conditioning, bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious with a lovely shower and views over the courtyard. The breakfasts were a highlight with fresh healthy food and the staff were super helpful. Great bonus was the luggage storage after check out as the hotel is right next to Valencia's main station and the subway to the aiport, so it was very convenient to get my suitcase on the way to my flight. There is also free bike rental from the hotel which I didn't realise until I arrived! Really central location, a 5 min walk to the city centre but very quiet. If I come back to Valencia I'd stay here again.

Good location, nice property, disappointing room

Location very convenient, just a short walk from the train station (and the city centre). The property has a fairly new feel inside and is very clean. It is run by two very kind ladies. The breakfast had more options available than would perhaps be expected for a place of this size. The room I had was a single with an external bathroom. The room itself was tiny, perhaps 7 sq. metres, with just a bed, mini stool and hardly any storage. The bed was very uncomfortable, with squeaky bedframe and worn mattress - I had to turn it over to find some way to sleep on it. For the price I paid certainly not a good value. I wouldn't recommend the room - and I was glad I only stayed one night. But if you can get a proper room then the property and its location have a lot of potential.

Great stay

Lovely stay in Zalamera B&B. The staff were welcoming and helpful on check in and check out. Our room was lovely, bright and clean, and had small terrace. The B&B is in a great location, close to the centre and close to Russafa. We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia and Zalamera B&B

Well situated in Chinatown on the edge of the historic Centre. Nicely renovated old building with small, contemporary furnished rooms. Staff were excellent, very helpful especially the Dutch lady. Quite expensive but Valencia prices are not cheap with breakfast payable extra, although it was good quality. One small improvement would be a tv to be in the room and the only problem was that the air-conditioning would only function at full blast fan setting so could not be left on during the night as it was right next to the bed. We had to open the window for fresh air and then of course the street noise was a problem and disturbed our sleep. We were only there for one night so didn’t get chance to report this problem. All in all, would recommend this Hotel.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. We have to arrive at the hostel before 8 p.m. before the reception closes.

One Night in Valencia

Great little hotel!! The service was fantastic! We got there too early to check-in, but they held our bags for us while we explored the city center. The bathroom was a good size for Europe. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. They even provided one soft pillow and one firm so you can take your pick. Excellent WiFi included! Walking distance to the city center and the train station/metro for easy access to the airport. The bed wasn’t as soft as we would’ve liked, but that’s just personal preference. No tv, but didn’t really miss it being there only one night and we were exhausted from our flight.

Zalamera

We stayed at Zalamera for two nights over la tomatina. The room was perfect and exactly as pictured and comfortable space for two people and all of bags. My only complaint would be the air conditioning as it is centrally controlled you cannot adjust the temperature or fan speed in your room so either had to have no air or be freezing and the bed did not have a proper blanket. If this could have been adjusted I would’ve said the perfect stay.

Very clean B+B with friendly staff

Despite being basic this B+B was great. It was very clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The best part of my stay was eating the yummy breakfast on the terrace.

Room and facilities were impeccably clean. Staff was always friendly and provided great recommendations. Room was just as pictured! Air conditioning was fantastic, which makes a huge difference in the Valencian summer heat.

Zalamera take a bow!

From the warm welcome, Zalamera exceeded all expectations. Loved the room, breakfast and the terrace was the highlight! Staff more than happy to help. Valencia is beautiful and so is this place.

I loved it. Room was clean, quiet and easy to regulate the temperature. Perfect for a nights sleep before a half marathon in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was quick and easy - I even got to my room ahead of schedule.

The location was excelled, just two blocks away from the train station and all the crowds, but it was not noisy at all. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice little B&B about 5 mins walk to downtown and also within their chinatown. Staff really friendly, helped us by giving a map and some itinearies to do. Nothing to complain about.

Razoavel. O atendimento das 2 moças (so as vi no café da manhã) foi excelente, muito gentis e prestativas. Nao gostei de nao haver recepção, e NÃO recebi o codigo p/ abrir a porta por email, minha sorte foi que um casal de americanos chegou junto. Achei pessimo o fato do cafe da manhã só começar às 8:30h ! A localização é boa e a limpeza tambem. Mas nao acho que a relacusto x beneficio seja justa!
