Very peaceful and comfortable place to stay ideal for both families and couples. Emotion room with direct access to pool is ideal. Location isn’t that far from the main beach areas just book a grab don’t be stingy! Place is well maintained v clean with huge bathtub

Came to Z through the zign in the 1st part of March. Overall really nice hotel. Beautiful views very scenic. Would be better with hot tubs and food stands closer. Not too expensive to get to Pattaya walk street, about 76 THB Staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful

The overall stay was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, good service, they all work to make you feel good. I was unhappy with the Italian "Spazio" restaurant : bad service (and we were only 2 customers), expensive and the music was so loud that it was uncomfortable.

As a world traveller, i have been to many hotels in various destinations. This hotel was perfect from check in to check out, cleanness, amenities, hotel condition and location and the staff was perfect! Pattaya is known by its night life but if you are looking for a place to be away from the noise this place is heaven on earth! I would recommend pool access room!

Neutral feeling about this hotel.

The exterior of this hotel is amazing; however, when we first walked in, it smelled like cigarette smoke or as if the room was enclosed for a long time. The coolest part about the room was the see through ground to the pool. Their room service ends at 23:00, which sucks for us arriving to the hotel overnight due to a long flight. In addition, this hotel is not close to everything. So make sure to get a grab (uber) or a taxi.

Nice property. Good pool,limited parking, so arrive early lots of restaurants in the area. AC is a little loud and good variety of tv channels

Location was far away from centre but may not be a problem if you have a car. The water pressure was very very low and the water from the taps was dirty; had to buy water to brush teeth. The room was very basic and unattractive and the sliding door could not be locked. The towels were old. Swimming pool was ok but quite small and easily congested if there are more than 4-5 people. Not sure

Z through the Zign Top Notch Quality Hotel

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were amazing and helpful. The cleaning staff looked after us all so well with the 4 rooms we had. Would certainly stay here again and we are looking to book again for next year.

The hotel location is a quieter part of town, it is still accessible to the other attractions in Pattaya and it is a short drive away from the new Terminal21 shopping mall. The hotel is very well staffed and all service staff are very friendly and do their best to please. Some many not understand English well but the message does get across. Grounds and rooms clean and well maintained, quiet for a nice getaway. Breakfast option is good and if you are bored because you stayed for many days, they drop you off to their sister hotel 3 minutes walk away for a wider spread. The pool is nice, layout is a little unusual. We stayed in a pool access room, and it had a see-through floor to the pool, because of this feature, it raises the entire structure 0.6m above the pool. This makes the pool feel lower than usual as all the deck chairs and "ground" level is raised. This is the only quirk of the hotel that I felt was not very user friendly. They also had huge 3 seater pool floats for rent, a very nice touch ! My friends and I had a great stay and I need to make a special mention of the Guest Manager on duty, Ms "Jib" Yaowadee. She was friendly and always checked on us to make our stay comfortable. Because our group made separate bookings, she even put our group in the villa block without us asking. Very nice indeed, I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, comfortable hotel in very good condition. Nice pool. Kind of out-of-the-way place, quiet, not a lot of night life. Walk to the beach.

The amenities need a lot of improvements!

The design of the hotel is nice but the maintenance needs a lot of improvements. The tap was so right that it’s hard to pull it on and off. The water pressures was so bad that you can hardly shampoo your hair. Toiletries is not complete - no cotton pads ..... no chair in front of the dressing table. No spare toilet roll ..... ox overall need a lot of improvement!

Far from most things. Not a lot of English available. On Saturday am breakfast was empty but the hotel was very crowded on Sunday and a full buffet was available.

Really nice place good for all travellers

After reading some negative reviews, I was in two minds about the place and even considered cancelling the booking. I'm so glad that I never, the hotel grounds are beautiful especially at night I personally think that it's got a wow factor. Some of the reviews were very old especially about the staff. The staff at zthrough are brilliant they catered to all my requests even at early hours of the morning. The ladies & gents working at reception gave a very warm feeling throughout my stay and were always very happy and had a smile on. All The staff at the hotel were brilliant including from the resturant, cleaners and security. I would say that my stay would not have been the same if not for these very friendly and happy people. I stayed in room 445 for 13 nights thank you to all the staff at the hotel you guys are the best and your kindness will always be remembered. I'll be back very soon :p I Love Thailand and all the people there so nice.

I would recommend that hotel,a kind of unique in Pattaya but improvement could be make on the cleanness of the room ,buffet was very good ,and the staff where pleasant and smilling ,but always a barrier of language ,but that Thailand, verry quiet because of the location I would go back

The staff were quite rude on check in. This hotel should be rated at no more than 3 stars. I would never stay here again.

Tydelige tegn på slitage. Ikke særlig meget tryk på vandet. Hård seng. Safeboks virkede ikke (blev dog skiftet). Gym er på andet hotel og upstairs, fandt det aldrig. Elendig aircon. Bestemt ikke et 5 stjerne hotel, max 3 stjerne. Forlod stedet før tid.

7 Euros for a broken glass…!

We overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we do have two examples of really bad customer service. 1. we asked in the reception for a price to go to Utapoa airport, after showing the person the exact position on google maps, he said that the price would be 500 Bath. Next day when we were ordering the taxi, the price was 1000 bath, and the excuse was that the person had misunderstood where we were going…! Lame and unacceptable answer. 2. one of the glasses in our bathroom broke by placing the toothbrush in it. When we checked out they asked 250 Bath for the broken glass, why….? Two small things that easily could have been handled to the satisfaction of the customer, but which they couldn’t manage. So no recommendation from us…!

部屋はプールに直結しており、浴槽も広くてとても良かったが、直結側のプールが午後からしか太陽が当たらないので、反対側のプールサイドの方が、午前中から太陽が当たっていたので残念でした。近くには、マッサージ店は、何軒かあったので良かったが、食事するレストランがタイ料理店ぐらいしかなかったので寂しかったです。

Très beau hôtel. La piscine est vraiment le charme de l’hôtel. Bon restaurant intégré également. Il y a un bar service dans la piscine. Les chambres donnent directement sur la piscine qui fait tout le charme de l’hôtel. Personnel sympa. Si je dois critiquer quelques chose, c’est peut être l’insonorisation de la tuyauterie de la piscine qui fait un léger bruit d’écoulement la nuit mais rien de méchant. Vous avez un service taxi vip à l’hôtel qui peut vous proposer des activités. Je l’ai fait au début, mais pour payer moins cher les déplacement, utiliser l’app Bolt. Sinon vous pouvez aussi aller voir le Sanctuaire de vérité qui est magnifique ! À ne pas louer vu l’emplacement de l’hotel

Vil klart komme tilbage

Simpelthen et super lækkert hotel, lækker stor morgenmadsbuffet med mange forskellige ting både europæisk og asiatisk. Personalet er klart verdens sødeste. Det eneste som tæller ned for os var at aircon både den der sidder inde i værelset og dem der sidder udenfor larmer meget, og man må ikke ryge på sin egen terrasse eller ved poolen, kun oppe foran receptionen hvor de har lavet et lille hyggeligt område.

Flott hotell,

Überaus freundlicher Service beim Frühstück. Großzügige, moderne Zimmer. Der Glasboden bei den Zimmern mit poolzugang. Die Anlage insgesamt schön und ruhig. Gym befindet sich im nachbarhotel und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat gestört, dass man nur einen Raucherbereich bei der Rezeption hatte. Teilweise spricht das Personal kaum englisch. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel eher mit 4, als mit 5 Sternen bewerten.

Hyväkuntoinen hotelli, jossa palvelu pelaa ja alueella useita altaita. Aamupala Ok. Ilmaiset kuljetukset hotellin/ resortin alueella.

酒店環境好，但出入不方便

숙박 시설은 깨끗했어요. 욕실의 레인 샤워기가 고장이 나서 욕조의 샤워기를 사용해야해서 불편했어요. 욕조의 물빠짐이 잘 되지 않았어요. 인포에 택시 불러 달라고 하시면 불러주고 택시도 친절했어요.

プールアクセスルームに宿泊しましたが最高でした！たまたまだと思いますが、あまり宿泊客がいないタイミングだったので部屋の前にあるプールは貸し切りでしたしホテル内も静かでとてもリラックスできました。 繁華街からは少し遠いので移動は不便ですがとても素敵なホテルだと思います。

環境很不錯啊，離真理寺走路也近，很棒的景點。 房間門口就是游泳池，但是大廳的冷氣真的超冷欸，然後晚上蚊子有點多，除了這些其他都還蠻好的，讚

プールアクセスのemotion roomに宿泊しました。友人と隣にセッティングしてもらい、また大きなプールが目の前の部屋でしたので、多くの時間をプールとバルコニーにて快適に過ごせました。部屋については、照明がたくさんある割に多少暗いかなとも感じましたが、大変に素晴らしいホテルです。高級感はほどほどですが、とても雰囲気が良いですよ。過去タイ国内で様々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、コスパを考慮したら最も好みのホテルと言って間違いないと思います。 朝食も十分満足できる内容ですし、人が少ないのもいいです。 静かで落ち着いた雰囲気を求めてここを利用したので、繁華街から離れているのは利点ですし、周りにコンビニ・食事処・マッサージは全てあり困ることはありません。少し移動すればお店も沢山ありますし、勢いついて騒ぎたくなってウォーキングストリートまで移動しようとしてもそれほど遠くはありません。帰りも300Bも出せばソンテウをチャーターしてホテルまで送ってくれますよ。 ここまで絶賛しましたが、残念な点が一つだけあります。 それはお風呂の水圧が弱いことと、お湯だけ出してもぬるま湯しか出てくれないことです。そこだけが本当に残念。 ですが、是非ともまた利用したいホテルです。

Nice hotel for vacation

The hotel is awesome, with pool right outside the room. The glass floor is very beautiful too. Hotel is located a bit far from city center so it's not as noisy. One thing it can improve is the weak water pressure, it takes some time to fill up the bathtub.

너무 좋았습니다. 수영장도 룸도 굿굿 풀바에서 음식을 주문했는데 두번이나 치킨이 덜 익어 나와 취소했는데 그게 마음에 걸렸는지 매니져까지 와서 몇번이고 사과하더라구요.. 서비스까지 훌륭했습니다~! 메인스트리트 까지는 호텔 썽태우가 데려다주고 픽업도 해줍니다^^ 다들 너무 친절하고 좋았어요^^

很好的一次入住回憶！酒店房間和泳池和圖片一樣美！早餐也好吃，有船麵，煎蛋，包類，即磨咖啡！前台和搬行李員態度超級好，也主動幫忙。美中不足是餐廳員工一直黑臉，感覺不好！酒店門口有便利店，門口有幾家餐廳，不太好吃，我們都打車到外面吃。付近就有海鮮市場和木雕城！很值得去
