Expensive for what it is

We had a half board - breakfast was ok and dinner was interesting - 3 course meals - dessert and starters are always superb but main is a bit touch and go - the meat can be too dry without sauce and lack of vegetables. Bed is comfy but there are sign of aging in the bathroom and I can see surface dust. Housekeeping didn’t replenished used toiletries. Also no swimming pool - which is a shame. Caldea is located opposite the holder but too expensive for what it is.

Great experience, front desk, restaurant, location… all great.

One of the best

One of the best hotel Located in the heart of Andorra. The view, the location, the food and the staff are gems.

I came to Andorra for a visit. The hotel has no parking or signs so we parked in front just to bring our luggage to the room. Within 5 minutes the police were outside threatening to tow me. They gave 125 euro ticket. The hotel didn’t tell me to move or provide any information for parking. I should be given a full refund since now I paid twice for the same trip

In my opinion, this hotel is too expensive and does not deserve 4 stars. Staff is polite but indifferent.

Good location and rates compensate parking cost

We had a one-night stay at Yomo Moia Park and even if the location says Escaldes (city), the hotel is within 2 minutes walk of the main shopping street of Andorra la Vella, so, very conveniently located. The room was small but clean and confortable and the staff friendly and helpful. There is no free parking around and the city lot next to the hotel cost 20euro for one day but the hotel rates are very good, so overall it compensated the cost of the parking. Andorra was interesting, the whole city center seemed like a large shopping center, many stores and restaurants. All in all a nice stay.

The hotel is located near the center of the city of Andorra la Vella. Restaurants and shopping stores are abundant within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were knowledgeable and amicable.

Fantastic hotel all round

Excellent hotel, great staff and location. Couldn't fault this hotel. Even a self service coffee machine in the foyer. Parking available over the road. Beautiful location next to a well kept plaza. Highly recommend this hotel

Good hotel. Good location.

The location is good, the breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly. My only unhappiness is that the climate control was not adjustable, and the room was warm, at night--I ended up opening the window.

Away from the city noise, but still convenient.

This is our second stay at a Yomo Hotel, and we loved it as much as the first. Beautiful and comfortable room, great bed. We did not use any of the other hotels services, so can't rate them. Because we booked through Hotels.com, we were not made aware of the limited free parking next to the hotel. However, we parked at the Caldea across the street, where the hotel has an arrangement, and it worked out perfectly.

Very nice, clean, with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Laundry service. Close, off street parking. Always be found as it is opposite the needle.

Super bueno hotel

This hotel is awesome. Close to everything. Easy (paid) parking at the Caldea spa. And one of the best breakfasts around. What's not to love? The staff are super friendly too. Stay her for the breakfast alone, it'll be worth it.

Professional, courteous and helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Short walk to shopping areas.

Andorra on top of the world.

Stayed 2 nights on our way back to Portugal. Great location at the heart of the city. Hotel room was 4star, spacious modern and clean. Food 1st night, Sunday was disappointing. It was as if the chef was not working. Effectively chose was chicken nuggets, sausages or cod stew. 2nd night food was excellent!?... Car park was nearby but at a cost of 11euros per day. Would recommend this great hotel.

The front desk staff gave great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was good. Convienent location.... especially to the Caldea Spa and offsite parking. It's a good, pleasant stay... however I'd give the room a firm *** the staff and location *****

Good basic hotel

Comfortable and clean basic hotel. The AC works well, which is very important inthe summer. Bar/Restaurant did not appear to be open, so I am not sure that this hotel really should have 4 stars though... location right next to the famous spa is a plus, if that is the purpose of your visit.

Great location. The room was good🤗. There was no parking when we arrived late. The breakfast was a bit pricy

Nice and Professional

The staff was great and very helpful. The facilities are quite nice, though, like most of the city, has a kind of 1960's styling. I'm uncertain of what alternative lodging may offer, but I was pleased with Mola Park Atiram and would gladly stay there, again.

First nite ac was set in heat and could not be modified to cold (even after a phone call to staff). Unpleasant night. However, next day they fixed it and i was pleasantly surprised amd had better sleep. Thanks , good hotel recommended.

Clean facility, great breakfast selections, easy parking. Room size was a bit small, but highly recommended.

Short comfortable stay

We stayed only for a couple of nights at this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious for European standards. Location was very good, opposite from caldea spa where you can also park the car. There are also some other cheaper parking options in the area. Room was quiet and comfortable to get rest.

Very good hotel in Andorra La Vella

It was a last minute decision to stay overnight in Andorra La Vella. It was late afternoon, I decided to book this hotel based on other good reviews and the very good price. This hotel did not disappoint. It is clean, modern and the breakfast buffet and on-site restaurant was very good. We even decided to extend our stay by one day since the wife liked the shopping in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, accomadating friendly staff

Very comfortable and clean room. Had an issue with the air con in heating which cooked us in the night, but asked reception to swap the modes but couldn't as it was controlled by floor. So was moved to another room on a different floor which was set on cooling. Great staff!

Nice hotel, god location if you are there to shop, very bad internet connection.

A comfortable room but where was the soap?

This was a nicely situated hotel right next to the famous spa. We were able to park for free for 20 minutes opposite the hotel entrance to unload our luggage before moving the car to the paid for basement car park under the spa building. The room was spacious and clean, we had a fridge which was handy. Unfortunately I wasn't well when staying here (no fault of the hotel) and therefore spent longer than anticipated in the room. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, instead choosing to venture out into the town for a wander and food which was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. My only gripe with the hotel is the soap. We all know to wash our hands when using the bathroom, the hot water and soap kills the bacteria, what it seems that the hotel do not understand this as there was no soap in our room, nor was there soap in the toilets by the hotel restaurant and bar, instead there is a bottle of shampoo and shower gel which does not kill bacteria. Please please please, when you read this please can you change this to proper soap? Maybe it was more apparent to me as I was ill but I thought it was standard knowledge that soap (not shampoo) kills germs.

Nice quiet area, yet close to everything

Modern hotel with four-star amenities, excellent location to shopping, culture, sports. Simply park the car and go! Quiet neighborhood, with beautiful park across the street, state-of-the-art gym and spa 50 ft. away, two-block walk to the heart of the main shopping street in Escaldes and Andorra la Viella, all kinds of restaurants and cultural attractions.

Mola Park Hotel is Go

Very nice hotel. Very helpful and friendly desk personnel. Dining room open late. Modern decor. Nice shower. Easy to find due to proximity of Caldea spire. Stop in to see the architecture and lighting and massive indoor swimming pools. Short walk to shopping and dining on La Rambla. Free underground parking at Caldea.

Summer hike...

We had a two-night stop here and we're very happy with our stay. Andorra is beautiful and Mola Park makes a great base to experience this gem.

Great place to stay

Mola Park is conveniently located right across Caldea Spa. It's also within walking distance from shops and eatery. Love the breakfast, not extensive but delicious.

Great Location

I wanted to get one day skiing and experience the Caldea Spa. This hotel was great for both! Located right next to the Caldea Spa which was excellent. Also only short walk to bus stop to head up the mountain. A little distance from the city centre, but only a comfortable 10 minute walk, even in the snow. Our room wasn't available until 1300, but this was advertised so no issue. Room was great and comfortable. Noticed it did not have a clothes warmer rack as it is not a designated snow hotel. Note that there are no ski clothing hire facilities at Andorra, only ski/board equipment. All in all a very pleasant stay though.

Good location

Good location, easy walk to shopping street and some great restaurants. Room is a bit small, but new. There was some hair on the floor of the bathroom, so they could improve their cleaning. Staff at check in super friendly, fair parking rate at their underground garage (15 EUR per day).

Smokers only

Hotel was modern and clean, although a bit stark. Our assigned room was tiny and clean but reeked of cigarette smoke. It seems everyone in Andorra smokes, even in the spas! Fortunately, they had one room left that was available and it did not smell. It only had twin beds, but it was larger than the first room and the beds were together, so we made do with it. Staff was pleasant but not very helpful and not willing to go out of their way to assist us in finding local attractions, restaurants, etc. We found out from the bar tender that Caldea spa was right next door after asking at the front desk about activities in the area. Not a bad hotel for the price, but definitely disappointing as to front desk staff.

Séjour de 4 nuits reposant

Très bon hôtel . Bien placé pour Andorre la Vieille, Caldea, les boutiques . Pour les randosil faut prendre la voiture . Nous avions la demi pension et c’est très bon avec un service rapide et précis.

Très déçu

Février 2025 : une chaleur insoutenable dans les chambres sans possibilité de modifier ni la température ni de passer de chauffage à climatisation. Nous avons du dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec toutes les nuisances sonores d’un centre ville. Touristes français : comme par hasard parking de l’hôtel plein et on nous invite à aller au parking à côté à 25€/ jour. Extrêmement déçu par cet hôtel qui est pourtant bien noté et qui n’est quand même pas donné. Pour venir tous les ans dans différents hôtels, celui ci, nous n’y reviendrons plus.

Pas de service client, hôtel très mal isolé.

Service client médiocre, pas même un bonjour quand vous rentrez dans l'hôtel. Chambres qui ne sont pas insonorisés, impossible de dormir après 8h le matin. Entre le personnel de nettoyage bruyant dans les couloirs et les bruits de résonnances... Hôtel très chère pour la prestation. Le chauffage dans les chambres n'est pas réglable.

El hotel cómodo,limpio tranquilo,el servicio de comedor genial los desayunos y cenas geniales, lo malo es que dependes de plazas de garaje porque no hay plazas libres en Andorra,pero las que tiene el hote son baratas , céntrico y para ir con niños pequeños sin problemas ,lo único que deberían tener una cafetería ya serían los mejores

Todo bien , el personales muy amables ,el único que no tenía sitio libre para parcar en el hotel . La habitación tenía mucho calor no funcionaba la máquina de termostato para bajar la temperatura.

Ótima localização. Atendimento excepcional. Café da manhã delicioso. O único ponto negativo foi o péssimo sinal do wi-fi nos quartos

Hotel bem localizado, em frente ao Spa Caldea e próximo à principal avenida comercial da cidade. As instalações são limpas, organizadas, mas não muito novas. O isolamento acústico não é dos melhores, conseguimos ouvir os apartamentos vizinhos com facilidade. Funcionários atenciosos, porém confusos.

Personal súper amable. Todo limpio y arreglado, detalles cuidados. El único pero para nosotros ha sido que hacía demasiado calor (la calefacción no se puede regular)

Expérience agréable dans cet hôtels, dommage qu'en premier le receptionniste nous a pas proposer le parkings partenaire du caldea sachant que nous sommes venus pour ça. Sans l'intervention de sa collègue et un grand merci à elle pour son professionnalisme, car après 4h de route on a qu'une envie cest déposer les bagages. Point a transmettre aux employés de la réception ,c'est de proposer le parkings caldea car la majorité des personnes qui réserve dans cet hôtel qui est à 2 pas du centre vienne pour se détendre.

Bien en general, a mejorar los idiomas del personal... Las sábanas estaban limpias pero tenían unas manchas, un hotel de esta categoría no puede poner sábanas manchadas

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Stayed in the junior suite and it was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, everything was near and Caldea spa (highly recommend that one as well) just next door. Price-quality ratio extraordinary.

Habitación limpia en general, colchón blando para mi gusto.. El desayuno un poco pobre en variedad pero buena calidad.. La ubicación perfecta para ir a Caldea y muy tranquis, con parking de pago cerca..

Hotel di classe in pieno centro di Escaldes Engordany. Grande parco per bambini a 150 metri e strada principale per lo shopping a 250 metri. Convenzione con autosilo sotto a Caldea, comodo e con molti posti auto. Buona la colazione a buffet.

Justo enfrente del Spa de Caldea y a 5 minutos andando de la principal calle de compras. Además dispone de parking. La atención del personal es excelente. Creo que siempre que vaya a Andorra escogeré este hotel.

El baño tenia desperfectos mejorables. Igual que la limpieza.

Rien à dire sur l'hôtel Par contre attention il n'y a pas de parking. Il faut vous garer au parking souterrain de Caldea et payer 17 € la nuit.

Petit sejour en Andorre

Hôtel très propre, le personnel à l'écoute, j'ai apprécié la machine à café dans le hall de l'hôtel, juste une note négatif j'aurai apprécié un buffet pour le diner.

En general bien pero la limpieza y reposición de productos de las habitaciones podría haber estado mejor. El Maître del restaurantes es antipático. Los recepcionistas, muy amables. El buffet tenía varios problemas con la máquina de leche caliente y pancakes pero la comida estaba buena. La localización para mi fue perfecta, está al lado del Caldea y cerca de Restaurantes, tiendas, etc.

Hôtel de très bon confort, chambre spacieuse et moderne, calme. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et de qualité. Personnel parlant français à l’écoute et serviable. Parking public payant juste à côté. Emplacement idéal à 3min à pied du centre balnéaire Caldéa, et 10min du centre. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel Mola est bien situé et calme

L'hôtel possède de grandes chambres très agréable L'hygiène covid bien respecté au petit déjeuné une pince individuelle est donnée à chacun je trouve cela judicieux. Le personnel est à votre écoute. Dommage la cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur.

Inmejorable situación para acceder a Inuu/Caldea. Aparcamiento en Caldea, plazas amplias (difícil en Andorra). Precio aparcamiento "1 noche 15€, 2 noches 12,50€, 3 noches 10€" por noche. 1/2 pensión correcta.

el personal es muy agradable (sobretodo el de sala!) el desayuno muy bien planteado ante la situación covid. La habitación espaciosa y comoda, con vistas a caldea.

Gente muy servicial y amable, al gefa de camaretos y habotaciones 10. Las habitaciones perfectas. Y todo de 10. Seguro volveré. Y encima al lado de caldea.

Muy bueno - volveré! Hotel bonito, limpio y céntrico. Personnel amable y servicios buenos. El único cambio sería de poner café normal en la habitación, solo tenían descafeinado!

Buen hotel Immejorable situación al lado de Caldea y a escasos 5 minutos andando de la zona comercial. Facilidades de aparcamiento.Staff de 10, tanto las 2 recepcionistas como el responsable del restaurante han sido muy agradables y atentos. Repetiremos!
