The hotel is very clean. We arrived at 1:30 am and checked out at 7 am. So, did not get to interact much with the staff. The only person there could not speak English, but we were able to communicate the basics. He was polite. I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Ataturk airport. However, the airport was moved to a new location far away, and I had to spend a fortune on 2-way taxi. The hotel did not provide free airport pickup / drop. They should now remove the word "Airport" from their hotel name.

Otele Check-in saati sabah 9 olarak yazmasına rağmen, saat 13:00’de varmamıza rağmen büyük bir rahatlıkla hazır oda olmadığı söylendi. Ayrıca balkonlu oda seçip ödemeyi o fiyata göre yapmış olmamıza rağmen balkonsuz standart bir oda verildi ve ücret iadesi yapılmadı. Oteldeki görevlinin bu konularla ilgili yaptığı açıklamalarda gereğinden fazla olan rahat tutumu da oldukça can sıkıcıydi.
