We acknowledge this is a budget hotel. we requested non smoking room but the room smells very bad of smoke. The aircon vent looks dirty and smelly. We complained and the staff not willing to change room for us. The advertisement says parking available but upon arrival we were told only one parking lot on the street in front of hotel. We were told to park 5mins walk away on a open space public card park. reconsider your stay here.

Great hotel in the centre. It is got everything that you need. Old part of town is around 10min from hotel.

They should change the air condition in room 302. Buy a new one. That's the only thing for this property. They made me wait 30 minutes for check in. Other than these everything was okay. Location was okay

You get what you pay for. Canceled my reservation hours before check in and had to call and get it fixed. Apparently my credit card wouldn’t take but not sure why i didn’t get more notice to provide a different form of payment. The lights didn’t work in the room and had to call someone up immediately after check in. The shower door didn’t seal and left a huge puddle of water on the bathroom floor every time. The drain in the shower wasn’t great and I ended up waiting in the shower for water to drain to prevent more flooding. Asked to change rooms or have fixed. They said they would look at the shower but didn’t and could only offer another room e at the same as my current one but for more money. Served hot dogs at breakfast instead of sausage. No bed comforter or blankets. Ran out of extra towels which was the only way to mop up water in bathroom. Would not stay here again.

Surpassed Expectations

This place was beyond amazing. Room was huge and got more than what I felt I paid for. Everything was beyond expectations and I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I arrived there by 15:13 , was so tired and sleepy. I couldn't check in until about 16:30 , and then there was electricity problem in room 303 , they changed my room to 304 and tye same problem happened again . The staff were trying to help , but that was so disappointing!

This boutique hotel is by far the very best hotel I've ever stayed in.... this hotel deserves a 7+ stars rating. The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff outstandingly friendly and helpful. Sadike at the front desk is the most welcoming with her smile and friendly personality. She was very helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The owner of the hotel "Ramazan" was very professional and very gracious. Ramazan would walk in during breakfast to make sure every guest is happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel... you'll be happy you stayed here.

Nice hotel in a good location. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. The view from the terrace is of the road with mountains in the distance, not really the port (although if you look to the side you can see it partially). The air conditioner took a long time to get the room cooler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent location with very helpful and friendly staff. Literally a few minutes walking distance to all Fethiye attractions and the Dolmus station (local bus service) for ones a bit further afield. Breakfast was a little basic otherwise would have been full marks from us. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with great location, only one hiccup

We stayed in a room with a balcony and it was lovely. We could see the sea to the right and the rock tombs. Location was great. Our only complaint was that the hotel lists that free parking is included, but it turns out that this "free parking" was on-street, and it was always full. Instead, the hotel had us park in a lot that was two blocks away and we had to pay for it ourselves. The cost was only 12 Turkish Lira a day, but still it was a bit annoying to be told parking was included when it was not.

This hotel sits on the fringe of Fethiye with lots of kebab shops etc right downstairs. Easy walking to the water front and restaurants, and the old part of town and mariner.

Good Hotel with some disappointments

The hotel is clean, breakfast is good though i had to wait 15 min for my room to be ready. There is no free parking nearby, be warned the street parking is very scarce.

Good location cityside but a bit bland

The hotel is in a good location for the city side of the waterfront, so its at the opposite end of the waterfront from the marina and the Rhodes ferry. Easy access with a short walk to the restaurants, shops etc and the fish market/restaurants. Only downside for us was that the room, despite being non-smoking, had clearly been used by smokers immediately before our stay and the room was noticeably whiffy. It disappeared after a few hours of open windows. Price was good value for a relatively bland businessy room experience.

WOULD WE RETURN? YES AND NO...

While this is a lovely hotel and I would have no problem in returning, I am not sure whether it is more suitable for business travellers rather than holidaymakers. The Wi-Fi is fine for browsing the internet and e-mails but not enough bandwidth for streaming films and games and this is something families (even business travellers) expect these days. If you want to stream, the Wi-Fi only has enough bandwidth at 6am when few people are using it. Rooms on the top floor have no balcony overhang and it gets too unbearably hot to sit outside at times; some kind of awning or large parasol would help. Not really one for families especially as there is no pool or anything for children to do. Nevertheless a hotel I would recommend for people who just want a hotel and breakfast.

YENICERI FETIYHE MARINA

Yeniceri hotel is on the I deal location near two minutes to Marina for twelve island Boat tour and all all kind of TURKISH eateries are side by side hotel and McDonald's,Pizza Pizza and the fish Market, Tuesday Market and specially near the Big mosque . Also the famous Umbrella street is at ten minutes walking distance with lots of restaurant nearby and on that street which goes to blue bar and other night time lovers places with in walking distance of 15 to 20 minutes .This place is also very ideal for those who came for short trips in fethiye.Breakfast is very nice with lot of varieties like fresh fruits ,variety of Olives, Different kind of cheese,jams,assorted confectioneries,omelette cooked with Mushroom, Boiled eggs etc etc . I am writing so much about the breakfast because I thought it will be a breakfast that we got in USA. But it was more than that with lots of varieties even in some countries Four star hotel do not serve like this . So I really very happy what I spend was for a normal hotel but I got more than the price I paid .

It was a quiet place, right in the centre of everything with a traditional Turkish flair catering as it appeared mainly to buisnessmen. Would definitely recommend it and hopfully go again

Use Fethiye as a centre to see the sights

This hotel deserves a far higher rating. It was great to get to a real hotel with a large comfortable room with a chair and a well appointed bathroom, an ELEVATOR, and with professional service - and also very caring service from all the staff. We had a sea view. The hotel is wonderfully situated, with all the amenities of the town and also within 1 block from a beautiful walkway that goes for miles along the waterfront and all the waterfront restaurants and boat tours. Also we were only 2 blocks from all the dolmus buses that go to all the sights there are to visit. Fethiye makes a wonderful centre to visit Lycian tombs, go paragliding or to the beach in Oludeniz, visit the Sakiklent gorge etc etc. We stayed 5 days and could have stayed much longer.

위치 나쁘지 않고 뷰나 청소상태는 좋았어요. 구글맵위치가 딱 맞지 않아서 조금 헤맸어요. 화장실 세면대에 하수구 냄새 심해서 막고 지냈어요. 샤워실은 배수가 좀 안됐구요. 세탁서비스를 이용했는데 다음날 11시12시쯤 받을수 있댔는데 잊어버리고 안한모양인지 나중에 주겠다고 자꾸 미루고.결국 체크아웃전 받았는데 다 마르지도 않았어요. 유료 서비스인데 엉망이었고 사과 한마디 없더라고요.이래저래 너무 기분 나빴어요.

Ein gutes Hotel,in City Nähe und am Hafen.Sehr freundliches Personal.Zimmer sehr sauber,und gut ausgestattet.Wir hatten ein Balkonzimmer mit Blick zum Hafen.

Konum, temizlik ve konfor bir arada

Oda geniş ve gayet temizdi, personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, güzel bir şekilde karşılandık ve ağırlandık. Hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Konum olarak çok merkeziydi herşey elinizin altında yürüme mesafesindeydi. Biz çok memnun kaldık.
