Very clean. Excellent hotel. Friendly staff
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were basic. Pool was murky and too much chlorine. They have coffee available in the lobby all day. Breakfast included hot and cold items with lots of variety.
It was super convenient, clean and easy check in. The only down side is they charge for you to park your car. I don’t get this if your at a hotel your most likely from out of town with your car & don’t disclose this. They also put a $50 hold for damages which most are only $25.
Family enjoyed the stay here, the property was walking distance to the venue which was great having a 3 year old with because of weather. The breakfast was delicious.
The bed is so incredibly uncomfortable. I found hair in the sheets. Comforter was ripped. The pillows were beyond flat. The sheets felt closer to paper than linen. Just awful. The desk chair looks like it was never cleaned. Found hair on one of the towels.
Super friendly and convenient
great place, great location, check in NOT friendly
Came into town for a concert. The hotel was a perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere. The check in process was not pleasant...the girl was very rude and not friendly at all. I know it was busy, but a little kindness would of been appreciated.
Love staying at this hotel. So close to vibrant arena. Staff is so friendly
.
All the staff was very friendly. The proximity to the concert venue was excellent
It was like staying in a day care where the care givers were on strike. There was a din of kids running around, being obnoxious until after 10:00 pm Had a drink at the hotel bar - Woodford bourbon - a bottle is around $40 retail. The drink was $20.90 before tip. It's a nice place and all but it is not Nashville, TN Broadway Ave. The prices are... Service is fine and food was fine - they just need to come on back down to reality. Just because you call yourself a "Chop House" doesn't mean I want to pay double for everything. Dude, it's Moline.
It was wonderful
We always love coming here ! It has always been really quiet when we are in hotel room, no matter what floor we are on. They must have good insulation in the walls ! They gad 2 teams staying overnite on Friday nite (I think) . Because Saturday & Sunday mornings there was a young girl's team (10 yrs. old) who had played a final tournament Hockey game & won ! One of the girls showed me her medal. I was a impressed, I told her congratulations to her team. Everything was great about my stay ! Thanks a ton Wyndham !
Rooms need updated. You could hear and feel the wind coming through the window frame during the night. TV has the basic cable channels, would be nice if it were updated to be able to connect customers streaming services. Breakfast was crap, have had better breakfast at motels that are half the price. Only good thing was the proximity to the Vibrant Center, only a few feet to the front door.
Always clean
Poor pillows = No sleep
What stands out to me is that the pillows in the room were small, square, down types that completely flatten. I did not sleep well at all there. The shower also had low pressure.
False alarm
The smoke detector went off every 15 minutes for 3 beeps. All. Night. Long.
No complaints
A great QCA location near great food.
A very clean property
It was a nice property. The breakfast was excellent. The attached restaurant was great. We were in and out fairly quickly but had a nice stay. Would absolutely stay again in the future
Came here for a comedy show with my boyfriend, great stay
Quiet good location but service was oook
Good enough
Overall great hotel
Overall things were good. Pool was a little cool and hot tub jets didnt work. Bath tub was slick and so was bathroom floor . But otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable and we love the separate seating area in the suite.
This is THE place to stay for a concert at the Mark. Easy walk to bars and pizza places.
Will stay again
close to mark
I like that it’s close to the arena but it’s about it
Walking to the Arena was like walking across your backyard-close. Breakfast was good. Was very nice. Only problem was the ice machine needed repair. Other than that would definitely stay again.
The Sugai’s Moline trip
Experience was very good. Had a good time. May come back next year.
Clean, comfortable, and quiet.
Large room
Pay to park
Hotel is in older shape and some repairs are still in progress, as can be seen by catch buckets on floor below holes in ceilings in hallway! Pay to park in an unsecured lot is uncalled for. People park in lot for hockey games and are not charged, the lot is unsecured and no security is present, so charging people who stay at the hotel to park there is not right no matter what you charge! the bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable! I will not be coming back to stay there!
I did not have a room when went to checkin. And the staff was very very rude. I stayed at a different hotel.
Nice people; convenient location
Perfect for our access to the concert at Vibrant Arena. Nice room and great breakfast. Very nice stay!
Loved the rooms. So nice. We had a beautiful sitting area separate from the bedroom area. We enjoyed the rooms. Breakfast was OK -- nothing to brag about... however we'd stay again because we like the rooms and the hotel.
Our room was very nice and affordable. Pool was clean and hot tub was very relaxing after long day on road. Will definitely stay here again.
Wonderful. Probably the nicest room we have ever stayed in. Very good breakfast
Nice evening in Moline
Very seamless check in. Excellent location with an upscale steakhouse adjacent. Complete hot breakfast.
Great place, great price!
Everything was fantastic! We were shocked that we had such a nice hotel and room for what we paid! The staff were all so friendly, the breakfast had lots to choose from, and everything was pretty clean. The bed was a little on the hard side, the side table in the living room area was dirty, and there was a leak in the ceiling in the hall, so a hole was cut out with a bucket underneath, but those things were pretty minor considering! Would absolutely stay again!
Clean and great room
Location good. Building needs update/remodel old carpet old old bathroom tile and wall make look unclean. Key cards failed 2 days and need reset. Breakfast was horrible
Nice rooms.
Updated and clean rooms.
Nice location good breakfast This was our 2 stay this month and never got the VIP perks
Breakfast needs improvement. Eggs were not hot. No orange juice.
I really enjoyed my stay here. I will come back again.
Perfect stay when attending a concert or event at the Vibrant Center. Clean & safe.
Great hotel, would stay again. Easy access to Vibrant arena
The location of the hotel was perfect for the concert we were attending at the arena right next door. The room and hotel were very clean and the staff was very efficient and friendly. Only problem we encountered was that we had no hot (or even warm) water in the showers in the morning. When I informed the front desk about the problem, they were apologetic, but there was no effort to try and rectify the situation or provide any refund or points or anything because of this inconvenience. But for that, would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
Close to attractions. However asking for pool towels was told no there closing and none available. The breakfast area ran out of food and milk. Had to eat somewhere else.staff was not very friendly.
Our stay was excellent. The area has the potential to be a very good social and entertainment destination. However, there are a lot of empty store fronts and limited dining choices within reasonable walking distance of the hotel and Vibrant arena.
Stayed here many times was a bit disappointed this stay. Staff was not that friendly this stay. Breakfast was also disappointing this time. Thinking twice if we will stay here next trip.
Very conveniently close to airport. Walking distance to many great restaurants in a quaint town riverside.
Very conveniently close to airport. Near some great restaurants in a very quaint town along the river.
There were toe nail clippings on the carpet and a tear in the curtains. The light switch to turn on the lights in the enrty way was in the closet. We didn't have hand soap in the bathroom, we had to go to the front desk to get a bar of soap. There was no glassware in our room. Lastly, my daughter, who has been swimming in chlorinated pools all her life, emerged from the pool covered in rashes.
The stay was great. The breakfast is free but not great.
This is my go to due to location. Stayed a few days this trip. Hot water took 5 minutes every time. Morning or afternoon. But overall a good place to stay.
Under construction for remodel, a bit dated
Clean, decorated beautifully, quiet
Good location and friendly staff
Nice place
This trip we were disappointed in the property
I had booked the hotel for my Son and Granddaughter to celebrate his 50th Birthday, and when they checked in no one mentioned that the heater to the pool was not working or that the hot tub was not working and not able to use. I think that when they checked in the front desk should have mentioned. that the pool and hot tube were not working, as we would have booked another hotel, there was no compensation and a dismissive response when I called to inquire,
Great hotel for the venue
Beds were comfortable, staff was nice. Bath Tub was clogged when we checked in and we let staff know, they said they would fix it when we checked out. Ceiling tiles in various spots in the room were broken. Otherwise great hotel if you’re attending the venue next door.
Clean, & new
Probably one of the nicest hotels I've been to in many years. We had a concert next door at the vibrant arena, literally a 30 second walk! And in a beautiful location! We will be back!
Amazing stay most definitely will come back again
Nice room for a reasonable price. Had a pleasant stay. Had to ask for VIP access pkg (2 drinks means 2 bottles of water). Disappointed in cold pool, non-operational hot tub, bar closing at 9pm and no NFL Network on TV for Thursday night football.
Its time to renovate this place, the cielong in the bathroom looked like it is collapsing. The desk clerk when we checked in seemed mad that he had to get up from his desk to help us
Nice room and everything was near perfect. The only thing I could see they could improve is to repair the ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast was great as well.
Quad City convenience
We have stayed here multiple times. It is clean & comfortable, location great for fun family visits. Staff is always very friendly & courteous. There are a few places to eat/ drink nearby and close to Mississippi River walking trails.
N/a
The sidewalks around the property were not wheelchair accessible...on one side, there were trees in the middle and on the other side were street lights in the middle, causing a wheelchair to have to travel on the road...
Nice- the parking was not disclosed $$ but well worth it
The staff was great, very pleasant and welcoming. The property was very clean. The only downside was the large group of soccer parents unwinding in the lobby until 11pm who were quite loud and at times rude to people who were walking through the lobby. By the time I got to my room, which was pretty close to the lobby, I couldn't hear them at all, so it wasn't a big deal. My experience here was positive and I would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here partly because the hotel had a hot tub in the pool area. It was out of order when we went to use it, and staff had no idea when it would be repaired.
Kind staff, clean rooms, and nice location
The room was clean and very comfortable.
Beautiful Pleasant Stay
Older but clean facility with a bit of a Mississippi River view out our window. (It may be time to update a bit). Beautiful Ben Butterworth Parkway is just steps from the parking lot. All in all a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
I enjoyed it.
Ease of access and parking. Staff was very good and helpful. The hotel is very clean , but needs some tender loving care. Shower curtain was clean but torn and worn. We were there to attend our Grandson’s football game at Augustana . It was an ideal location. We are Hilton awards members and that is our preference.
We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham in Moline. Great location when visiting our daughter at Augustana.
Great room
The breakfast was terrible. Can't believe what you eat in America. Come to NZ to taste proper food, healthy fresh & not plastic/false food like you eating here. Also the throw away breakfast plates, cutlery etc is a disgrace. I would be mortified if we did that inNZ. Can't wait to get home to eat some proper food. Other than that USA was great thanks!
Can't find anything bad to say. Had a great relaxing time
Our stay was GREAT ! We had a very nice, clean room. The bedroom separate from the living area. We really love that is so quiet there, you really don’t hear much noise, if any ! Rosa who sets up the breakfast in the morning made a point of making sure that there were COLD apples out for me at breakfast ! I had asked her if she could put out some cold apples for the next morning . I said,” I know that makes more work for you.”But, She did ! I really appreciated that ! I don’t really care for room temperature fresh fruit. I suggested that maybe put out a plastic tub of cold apples on ice or something. Thank you Rosa !
Quick overnight stay.
Did the pre-check in which was super smooth. Love the room. Bed was comfortable, cool air, and nice river view. Breakfast had a good variety and was nice and hot. We will be back.
They had a new pre check service. I split the cost of the room with another person. Long story short, they ended up adding a $155 dollar to our room due to the mistake of the pre check program. Not happy bout that, but manager said they would get me my money back. Money I hadn’t planned on. Spending. Never do that again . Other than that, location is great. Hotel is nice.Staff is excellent. They don’t do housekeeping everyday unless you ask for it. But if you were missing or needing any supplies, you had only to ask for it. Parking lot not overly huge , but shares lot with a steakhouse and Mississippi Catfish boating place. Other than the pre check lri problem, very nice!
Location was great. Staff terrific and breakfast very good. I did not like that I got charged for parking.
Very nice location & well kept property.
Our stay was really great
.
Beds were ok. Floor rug was typical not clean enough, par for most motels. Shower was good but slippery and good towels. Bathroom sink drain was slow. Toilet did not flush correctly unless the handle was held down for complete flush and then just barely. Breakfast eggs and potatoes were cold. Milk was almost room temperature. Elevator was good and we were on the fourth floor. The hallway to our room was too cold.
Great location for vibrant center and channel cat
The check-in staff (the gentleman who literally worked from the late evening to the early morning of our stay) was surprisingly attentive, available and polite. We thought that he would be a zombie, but he was professional through and through. Thank you!
Hotel was nice, had immediate issues with the air conditioning in my room. Was very very disappointed by the breakfast in the hotel, was a very cheap and not very good.
.
Just happened to be there during the marathon. Made getting in and out of the area around the hotel more difficult.
