Nice place to stay

The shuttle bus only comes once every hour. They will not make up the room without request and only made up one of the two beds when we asked for it. There was still litter on the floor.

Contradictory to the listing on this website, there was no shuttle from the Miami airport. We called the hotel directly, and they assured us a shuttle would come to pick us up, but the shuttle never came and we ended up having to pay for an Uber. We needed an early shuttle to the airport in the morning, and the shuttle service did not begin until 6 AM, so we needed to take another Uber to the airport. All in all, we had to spend $40 on transportation at a hotel that boasts a free shuttle. The hotel restaurant was nice and the room was comfortable, so I recommend this hotel if you have your own car.

Our room was connected to another one through a door. We did not ask for this type of room, and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us, which disturbed our peace. When we asked to change rooms, the male receptionist told us they would have one ready in the afternoon. However, once we came back to the hotel to change rooms, a female receptionist received us instead and said there were no rooms left for us and wasn’t quite nice about it. After much insisting that the noise was too loud, she finally said that there was a handicapped room we could use. This experience was annoying to deal with and overall ruined the image we had of the guest service.

This is a good property as part on a MIA travel plan. Restaurant closed as we walked in, so i called Papa Johns for a quick pizza divery. Overall, its good stay. Towel quality could be improved.

The hotel room was extremely clean and the staff was willing to accommodate a change when my flight was switched. However I did have extreme trouble with transportation issues when it came to being picked up from the airport. I called to arrange for a shuttle bus to get me and I waited for hours and I wasn’t picked up until the final bus was arriving at 11pm.

Pool closes at 8PM which is fairly early and is not in great shape

A superb hotel, friendly staff, swift check-in, room was fabulous, lots of towels very hot water, comfy bed, it was a truly wonderful stay. The bar on the 6th floor was great, and they allowed us to have our dinner out on the terrace, watching the NYE fireworks, nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms are spacious, the hallways are bright, and everything is very clean. The AC works perfectly, and the cozy ambiance created by indirect lighting adds a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Great location— close to Miami's attractions and it's only 10 minutes from the airport car rental.

Place was nice, but room had no hot water and little water pressure. The cold water tap in the sink got stuck in the on position and the water was still on when we checked out. As our luggage did not arrive we asked for toothbrushes and toothpaste but they did not have any..seems odd for an airport hotel. Overall not impressed. Airport shuttle was reliable so that was important.

The AC would let th room get very hot, the blast cold air and get it very cold and then repeat. We had to cover up ourselves, then uncover all night

The property has a nice restaurant on the 6th floor with a good salad. It was clean and had a nicely designed room. It is right next to the airport so it is quite noisy and other than the restaurant your only food options are the gas station or the golden arches.

The Wyndham has sincerely gone downhill. This is the second ( AND LAST) time I'll be staying at a Wyndam hotel, if I can help it. The window in Our room was not sealed properly so it whistled all night (making rest impossible), as well as hearing planes overheas.The room was small with old antiquated amenities that were similiar to a rinky dink Motel. Also, the shuttle schedule was sporadic, AT BEST and neither of the front desk people could tell us when exactly we could expect it! The only upside was that they Staff was friendly. If I hadn't just traveled 13 hours straight, I would have attempted to find better accommodations. $145 for this room an ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!

The location is close proximity to the airport which is why I chose it for the transfer. I waited an hour for a shuttle at the airport and saw none. I tried calling the hotel to inquire about the shuttle but no one answered. I ended up taking a Uber. Once I got there, the receptionist was too busy speaking with the security and other workers to focus her attention on me. Very rude.

The layout and design of the room was especially great for two friends sharing. Clean, wonderful restaurant, friendly staff, great orice.

Hotel appeared to be newly & completely renovated. excellent job! Staff is lovely & friendly. Tired after a difficult drive from Palm Beach. Decided to try the restaurant upstairs in the hotel. Food was surprisingly good as was the service abd the drinks

My room was dirty, the floor looked like it was never cleaned and there was hairs of all kinds all over the room and beds.

Staff was horrible. We are non-smoker and they accused us of smoking in our room. Extremely offended by even the comment.

The breakfast should always be included, otherwise its way to expensive for a breakfest per person...it should be per room if anything.

Love that i can send packages to the hotel in advance and they will hold it for up to 2 months with an affordable fee.

Stayed for two nights. Was disappointed that I had to pay for breakfast ($21) when many other hotels I stayed at included it for free. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Food and service was ecellent.

Wonderful property to overnight in, great value. You have to request housekeeping service though prior (we were not aware of this) and they did not provide that. Otherwise, would recommend.

They don't recognize the Expedia Status... you ask them for the benefit and they try to ignore you.. I request for the room upgrade and they told it doesn't apply for Expedia... two drinks from the restaurant only.. no applicable for drinks in the reception... they charge me $60usd just for receiving some Amazon packages... i use this hotel for location, like the rooms... the restaurant...

We were not warned about the fire alarm testing at 8 am after we came from a 17 hour flight and got in at 10pm to be woken up at 8 am and alarms going off until we checked out at 11 I was so upset I would have rented somewhere else 😡

The area around this very nice hotel is bland, but the property itself is very well maintained and clean. Excellent value for the room. Conveniently next to a McDonalds, has a very good restaurant on the sixth floor and a gas station within a minute walk/drive. Nice to have parking included so close to the airport, when you check-in make sure to get a parking pass. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Close to airport

I had a one night stay and I found the rooms to be very noisy. From street traffic to my ability to clearly hear the phone conversation of the person in the other room. Further upon checking in, the staff were just doing their job. There's was no warmth and welcoming feeling.

New property, very clean. Staff very friendly food was great, the in house restaurant had great options and a very nice view.

We enjoyed our stay! The Pilot House’s food was great. Also loved being able to see the planes taking off and landing.
