I don’t understand how this hotel has such good reviews. This is a party type hotel, not great for couples or mature adults. The rooftop pool and bar area has a DJ playing throughout the weekend and it’s so loud you can hear it throughout the entire hotel. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because of the “party” atmosphere there that you can hear all throughout the hotel day & night. Also, the pool closes at 5pm? But the DJ stays for the bar section all throughout the night. The second floor also has an event area so on some nights, even week days, you’ll have a second DJ blasting music. Again, you can hear it all throughout the hotel. We had a really hard time sleeping. Other things to note: -No temperature control in the water. No matter how much you try, you’ll get water that is “changing” so one second you’re ice cold, and the next you’re getting burned from the water. Very difficult to wash. -Around 11pm one night, I got out of my room to go make a noise complaint to the front desk about the noise. When I got to the elevator, there were two drunk men in their 40s rolling on the floor in front of the elevator without shirts. When they saw they they got up and said “ohh sorry, go ahead miss” and winked at me. Pros: the location of the hotel is safe and quiet, the breakfast was very good, and the staff are very kind. Even when I complained about the music blasting throughout the hotel on several Occasions, the staff would get the bars to lower the volume right away

Very accessible property and well maintained. Pool was clean with tempered water. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that the room doors closes very hard and makes a lot of noise. Other than that a highly recommended hotel.

Had a bar and dining on site, no need to go anywhere else. Breakfast included.

When I made our hotel arrangements, I didn't realize it was so far from city center. A cab ride was the answer to that. This was where the actions was.

Very happy with our stay, they accommodated our very late check ins and very early check outs. Free luggage storage during our tours. Breakfast was superb, kept stuffing myself. Rooftop pool offered a fantastic view. Free welcome drink included in stay. Rooms were very clean and updated, toiletries provided. Staff were very friendly. The location felt safe and conveniently located, walking distance to Miraflores and Costa Verde.

A great place to stay in Lima

As always an amazing and wonderful stay in a place I called my second home , every visit to Lima Peru. The staff from all areas are cordial and attentive the guests have a good impression from the start to the end of their visit. Short or long stay o guarantee you , you will enjoy it !!! This is definitely a five-star hotel at a economical price. And a quiet location. Very comfortable and upscale. The service was exceptional. I was given an upgraded room for the price I pay. The breakfast is enormous. Treated like a queen the whole time. This was an incredible hotel and I visited it twice because I had such a great time the first time

Needs to fix the gym

I’ve stayed at this place over 10 times in the last 6 years, so obviously I like the place, but I have started to notice that they do not care about the gym at all. First they made it smaller and now you cannot find a treadmill to run comfortably, stationary bike is broken and was not fixed over my 6-day stay. The place is an excellent space for the cost-benefit ratio, food is great, rooms are good, service is great, but they used to have a decent gym and now it just looks like they do not care about it and there are no plans to fix it. If I plan to go back in order to use a gym in a hotel I may end up looking at a different place.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff

Everything on this Facility was excellent without any complaint. Staff treat Customers so kindly, respectfully and with knowledge of their chores.

Bath water was constantly going from really hot to cold, not consistently temperature.

I absolutely loved every part of it from its amenities to its cleanliness, and all the staff were exceptional. This Hotels design is very appealing. I went all over Peru and I love this hotel the most of all very good value

A great place to enjoy Lima

As always the best place to stay in Lima. Customer service is cordial and attentive to all needs; make you feel comfortable and relax. My family enjoyed her stay as well too. Strongly recommend whenever visit Lima.

Best hotel I've stayed at in Lima yet. Great experience.

You get what you pay for. Facility needs renovating (the rooms). Shower ran hot and cold regardless of the temperature you set it on. Woke up at night feeling very stuffy. Carpets need to be changed and was a bit noisy.

This place is safe and nice to visit ill be coming back next time i come here to peru i highly recommend this hotel

Stayed for 2 nights. Came in to a smelly room (sewer) and the smell never went away. Next day, the room was not cleaned during the day, finally the shower was terrible. Water temp would cycle from boiling to regular to cold. Would not stay here again.

My hotel room was amazing. Just one thing the TV in the bedroom didn’t work and no one came to fix it as I told them hours After checking in, I stayed 5 nights. Buffet for breakfast with always cold and it took me forever to get coffee. The location is OK it’s not closer downtown but the Taxis are very reasonable

The staff went out of their way to welcome us at 1:30am. We took advantage of the welcoming Pisco Sour the following day. Buffet was great and well chosen. Our room was spotless and the bed was perfect. Leaving early at 4am, we each had our sandwich bag, a nice gesture. In short, we love the hotel and the staff. Will stay there again.

The property took care of all our requests and pre booking with Aaron was exactly as distributed. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was a short walk from a central shopping mall that had all the services we were looking for.

Juan Carlos is what really made this hotel so amazing. It is a very nice hotel in a more upscale area. The neighborhood is clean, walkable, and convenient. For a city, its very nice and beautiful. The amenities are wonderful and we have absolutely no complaints. We really want to recognize Juan Carlos, the hotel concierge, for going WAY above and beyond. My boyfriend had a handmade suit from Cusco that was supposed to be delivered to this hotel during our one day stay. We were leaving the next day to return to the United States and the package did not arrive in time. Juan Carlos spent a TON of time with us to get in contact with the seller, talk to them and translate for us, and make sure the suit would be delivered to him safely at the hotel. He then received the suit for us after we left the country, and arranged for it to be delivered to us in the United States. NO one else will provide this kind of service to strangers. Juan Carlos is a gem of a human being and he deserves the very best.

This hotel is clean and centrally located not far from miraflores The breakfast was really good. Jimena at the front desk was just great always smiling and helpful and it helps that she speaks good English. I was able to park for free though getting in and out of the basement parking was like a driving obstacle course

I have stayed in different hotels on my previous trips to Lima-Peru; but recently (Jul 25-Aug 05/2024) I stayed at “Costa del Sol-Lima City” (Av Salaverry 3060) and I felt EXCELLENT !!, for different reasons: ideal location of the hotel (close to transportation to everywhere, 2 pharmacies less than 100 m away, other restaurants at the same distance, BBVA Bank about 200 m away and also leaving the main door on the left side and about 200 m away, a newspaper stand (in Spanish), a grocery store and another restaurant); I was very impressed by the cordial and respectful manner of ALL the hotel employees (they truly make you feel like you are at home), emphasizing the staff at the reception counter, such as Martin Martino (Supervisor), Maria, Malena, Jimena etc., as well as the concierges: Juan Carlos and Jose Cienfuegos, who at all times provided their services in a very commendable manner to all the hotel guests. I also really liked the cleanliness of all the facilities as well as the fabulous buffet at breakfast. I must also mention the delights of the menu in the restaurant for lunch and dinner; as well as the sauna services and a small gym on the roof (12th floor); there is also a small pool and a bar with live music and exotic drinks. For the reasons stated above, I recommend this hotel, which will be my favorite on my next trips to our beautiful Lima.

The hotel was great, friendly staff and super clean and very safe. The bed was pretty stiff is the only complaint I can even think to have. Would stay again!!

Overall great service

This was my second stay at this property within a few months. All members of staff I interacted with exemplified the corporate values of the Wyndham group e.g. Accountability, Inclusivity and Caring. The values were observed and experienced consistency throughout my three week stay. Indeed a nine from home.

A very pleasant hotel to stay at

The hotel was well maintained and very clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast buffet had many different options to enjoy. The neighborhood was great and there were lots of areas of interest we could walk to from the hotel. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was very nice and warm even in the chill of winter.

The hotel was so clean and quiet. Also it is located in a very safe place. If there is anyone who needs to stay in Lima before going to serious hike or travel to go to Cuzco, this hotel is highly recommended.
