This is not a place to bring your kids for a short stay.

Reasonable for the money

I stayed for a night here before taking a flight next morning. The location is quite good, next to a cinema and some restaurants. There were limited staff and I had to wait at the reception for a while before a staff came and help me with the check-in. Room is neatly arranged but the bathroom fixtures are not well maintained, the faucets are rusted.

The hotel was unclean and smelled and we did not feel safe leaving the room

I loved that Starbucks is in walking distance, Tampa Joe's burger in same parking lot as hotel was delicious. Quiet clean, safe, goodnight sleep!

First time in this property and was very disappointed. The first room they assigned us had broken cabinet damaged door. We were switched to another room and it had stained sheets and we requested sheets to be changed and didn't have staff to take of it. They have a kichennet, but don't forget to bring pans, dishes and utensils because there is non in the room.

Roach Infested, overall dirty looking

Lady at front desk was friendly. Quick check in, arrival to room was in and out within less than 2 minutes due to being greeted by 5 roaches. Lady at front desk was prompt with getting me my refund and apologizing stating they had just underwent treatment

First time there I don’t know if considering for next’s time

Pillows were about an 1” thick making me use both for my head. Toilet team all night so I closed the bathroom door. No breakfast or pool. Otherwise good place to stay.

There are roaches in the room. I have photos. The first floor was flooded. I can hear everything through the walls, even sneezes

Reliable and Convenient

It met our needs for a quick overnight stay. Close to most everything.

Waited 20 minutes to check in. No staff called all 3 phone numbers listed with no response.

Not even a pillow!

Place was clean, however my partner is used to using 2 pillows to sleep. I called the desk and was informed they had no additional pillows on site.Our room had a total of 2 pillows, also there was no ice machine on property. First & last time I will stay @ a Woodbridge suites.

The room was a non smoking room that someone had smoked in odor was horrible. The staff however was very kind

The property is convenient to my job. Didnt like one of the frint desk ladies. She didnt speak, was nosey and asked was I extending my stay when they didnt have power for 2 days... Never said anything about the food I lost due to no power.

Disappointment is an Understatement!

First of all the check was not welcoming. Front desk seemed like they were annoyed. Maybe not their fault to some extent as to where they were there alone with no help and a lobby full of customers. The elevators smelled like marijuana (not that I mined too much) I just didn't think it was appropriate for a hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable with only TWO!! SMALL PILLOWS!!. We went to the front desk to ask about getting a couple of more pillows and there was no one there. We were informed that the front desk attendant was away upstairs. We finally gave up and went to our room where we met the attendant up our floor mopping, so we asked if they could give us a couple of extra pillows and they said ok and asked for our room number. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!. Not to blame them for too much cause they were working ALONE!!! An entire Hotel alone!! This is very unacceptable to run a business. I will never stay here AGAIN!!

Room smells, cockroaches all over the place (can provide photos and dare say I can show you where some of the dead ones are right now.) Bathroom was dirty and smelled moldy Fridge had drying bugs inside

Stay Away!

I will start by saying that the lady at the desk was the only nice experience at this place. When I walked into my room it smelled so bad of pine sol that I caught a bad headache. No pillows, you can feel the spring on the bed. It was supposed to be non smoking and as soon as we stepped out of elevator the marajuana smell was so bad it was going into our room. As soon as the great lady at the front desk closed up shop at 11pm the hanging out in the hallways started, more weed smoking we ended up leaving at midnight. It was the worst experience I had at any hotel.

This will definitely be where I stay from now on. I am a native NOLA girl and this is by far the best location in the city.

Was raining and palmetto bug was in room. Staff was great and came back to property at 2 am to give me a new room. Was busy. Newer hotel.

What I like about it everything is convenient their stores all around as long as you have a car. But walking distance, you do have Starbucks you have the restaurants around you got the movie theater👍👍👍

Stayed here for a last minute shelter, I enjoy staying at new establishments they same to care for things better from the staff to the rooms I felt at home. Didn't use any other amenities like the pool

Great facility

The hotel doesn’t offer the basic toiletries, neither a hairdryer. The guests are very loud and disturbing. If you arrive at night, you’ll have to wait a very long time for someone to come there to do your checking and give your room. Too expensive for the poor service.

Check in girl was very friendly. Check in is 3:00, we couldn’t get into our room until 4:00. The room had a terrible smell. Beds are not comfortable. Convenient location, but would not stay here again.

Do NOT book this hotel!!!!

This location is terrible. I arrived in late because of a flight delay. After a long day of travel and delays, all I wanted was to get in my bed. This location has no one at the desk overnight. You call a phone number and some man tells you, “I’ll be there in 30-45 minutes”. I will NEVER stay nor recommend a Woodspring Suites again

No shampoo conditioner in room. Outside noise on Bike night. Otherwise space and staff great.

The location was good for what I needed. Hotel was very disappointing. Examples— If you like water with your shower (seriously), do not stay here. If you want to brush your teeth or wash face at bathroom sink, you also need water, can not do that either. I had to wash my face standing beside tub and wash it there in mornings. If they only had water, and was cleaner, would have made it better.

Amazing Employees

My review dose not count. I couldn’t book the room. I really hope I don’t get charged for this stay. I had difficulty with my Apple Pay. The man in the office was excellent at wood springs. But the communication with hotels .com and wood springs were a joke. I tried canceling multiple times over two days. I still get a message saying the communication was disturbed and that’s it.

Best hotel ever!

I love it safe and clean place

The property was sufficient to support my needs while transitioning between locations. Hotel was conveniently located. My only issues was that my microwave did not work and over the course of my stay, it was never looked at, fixed or replaced once reported.

The Young lady that works at the front desk, I think her name is Keisha is very pleasant. She is very energetic, and professional, and ensured that our two-day stay went well. Room 417 was very spacious and pretty clean, king sized bed, was not, but that was rectified very quickly with the staff. Laundry on-site, and there is a bonus to sign up, I only had to pay for soap with the bonus added for signing up. Movie theater, Starbucks, and three restaurants are right in the same complex, so the hotel location is very convenient for anyone who doesn't want to drive for food.

Smell of weed and cigarettes inside the facilities everywhere. Bedroom floor was sticky and dirty. There were cockroaches in the room, bath towels were stained, there were no complementary shampoos or conditioners nor hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable and only 2 pillows provided. When staff was notified there were no actions taken barely an apology even though photos were shown of cockroaches. We will never be back at this location.

Uncomfortable Ripoff

The WoodSpring Tampa Airport North is a very uncomfortable hotel to stay at. The staff and front desk was not friendly. The rooms have a single mattress bed on a metal stand that is not comfortable to sleep on. The room has no coffee maker, no cups, no basic utensils (spoon). Also there are very few fast food or other restaurants in the area. Only a big AMC theatre. The amount that they charge for a one night stay is a ripoff. Not worth the money. A very basic hotel.

Our stay was for the werkemd and there ended up being a roach in the room As well as lots of banging in surrounding areas. It’s not a place I’d recommend if you’re on vacation or business travel.

There is a restaurant within a short walk that has a nice menu and not really expensive

I din't like luggage charges

I was told it was non smoking and asked to agree to not smoke in room only to find the room had such a terrible smoke Oder that it made my clothing stink within 5 min in the room. When entering the hotel it appeared people were living there in a section8 type housing arrangements rather than trying to debate with the front desk I chose to find another hotel.

Was very disappointing.

Well at first looked nice, we weren’t able to check it out till we came in real late . But it had a slight musty smell couldn’t pin point it till after I showered and the shower floor was cracked ( plastic type shower) was nervous I was going to fall through the floor . So I’m pretty sure that’s why it was so musty too late to complain about it . But the other thing I didn’t care for was the fact only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths I had to use a washcloth to step on when I got out of the shower. Oh and make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner because we only had a bar of soap to use. On the plus side it had a full refrigerator a microwave and 2 burners but no pots or pans if I did want to cook . And you can hear people coughing the walls are thin very cheap building.

The hotel is more of a long term place. I stayed for two nights. Bikes in the hall way, hall way smells like Chinese food. Front and back entrance surrounded by young kids smoking. Furniture is cheap and uncomfortable.

I stay there for a month and i loved best place i ever stay at gots a full kitchen big fridge and enough of space for u to haveur cloth i would go back if i get the chance again also the styff very nice abd helpful on everything u need

The place had great parking and entertainment near by. Very great staff, and the rooms were comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress very thin with no extra padding. The pillows were very thin so made sleeping more challenging. Not a good value for the price paid. Very disappointing

The check in process was simple and easy . I went to my first room and it wasn’t clean the sheets . I went to a second room and sheets wasn’t clean . So I was told I had to change the sheets myself . Very disappointed . I did get clean sheets .

I stayed in room #207 and the door does not lock. I am so glad my wife realize that and it took me a while to notice that the latch was not hitting the strike properly, and I had to raise the handle with a lot of pressure to get it to lock. I was very unhappy when I told the cleaning lady about it and they said they were aware of it and so was the office. why would no one mentioned this to me or why would this room even be rented???

Worst stay at a hotel I have ever experienced!!!! The lobby closes so u have to call someone to check in.. which too about 15 min for them to show up.Our room was clean but no soap or shampoo in rooms: That would have been nice to know! The walls are paper thin so neighbors were so loud until around 1!! Not sure what was above us but about 130 am our room was shaking loud scraping snd bouncing the ball noisesZz it shook our room.. sounded like construction.. it lasted til 4 am despite my efforts asking hotel for help!! Dont stay here!!!

The same night I have to booking another hotel. Because I can’t get in on the woodspring suites because no one was there. No one ever send me a confirmation to get in. I wanna my money back

I made a reservation for one of my employees which was asked to for a room which I already paid. When he tried to sort the situation he got absolutely no help from the staff and had to leave because he didn't have money on him to pay for it. When I tried to get refunded they made up an excuse saying that they couldn't refund because he had a different name.

Good spot with plenty of options within walking distance, would return.

Had to change rooms because first room was dirty n beds looked like someone had slept on them n staff didn't even clean them plus food was in fridge. Bathroom mirrors hadso much dirt we definitely knew no onw had been to clean room. Very disappointing. Second room was worse so we checked out
