Love!
Good location, limited kitchen
Convenient location, target and Whole Foods within walking distance. No daily cleaning. The kitchen has no cutlery or cutting boards, no coffee machine, very limited utensils and small pots. Not really able to cook a meal. Otherwise, good size rooms and bathroom.
Everything was very comfortable and clean.
Delays and confusion at check in. Staff were friendly but check in process took 33 minutes and included add on fees not disclosed at time of booking. Room was clean but very basic, no hand towels were provided. I'll look elsewhere when booking a room next time.
This property key not working and also they can't resolve esay this problem I went so many times to the reception She can't resolved esay key problems. It was very bad.
It was incredibly noisy from road traffic. Could not sleep at night. Asked for a different room but was denied. No tissues available. 1 micro-sized bar of soap for use in both sink and shower. Shower dripped all night.
I was charged a certain amount on my card for some makeup that could of been easily washed out and was told I wouldn’t be charged without me being aware and I was not, nor was I told about these types of charges in this hotel when I checked in. Very disappointing.
I never even stayed here, I made a reservation and came in and cancelled it IN PERSON. They charged me for the first night 5 DAYS LATER, I called got it sorted out. WRONG!!! Two days after that they CHARGED ME AGAIN! So to summarize, I made a res that was to be payed in person, cancelled in person and they charged me for two nights after I called and told them to stop after the first one. Manager won’t talk to me, staff is totally brain dead. Avoid this hole of desperation!
Check in experience was not good . Staff was not friendly at all. And lift was not working so I need to carry luggage on upper floor
very thin walls. people blaring music and TV's all hours of the night. The night staff didn't try to help resolve any issues - just complain.
ac is broken. elevator is not working but room is at 3rd floor. amenities for 4 persons is less. wifi is not working.
I will not recommend this place and I will not return. When I arrived to check-in, I was informed that my assigned room would not have power, lighting, heat and wifi or working outlets, meaning I would not even be able to charge my phone. I explained to the maanger on duty that I had booked the hotel because my home was without power due to the windstorm. Despite this, I was told I could pay an additional $50 for a room on the third floor, where some rooms have electricity. My reservation was prepaid, I expected that electricity and heat are essential amenities to be provided without further expense. Given the circumstance, I found it unacceptable to be asked to pay extra for a fundamental service, and as result, I left the hotel without staying for the night. I am still asking for my refund as I was unable to use the accomodation.
Very clean , the only thing don’t get room on the road side, too. Uhc of vehicles passing
The go to spot in Redmond
If needed I will always give this place my business. Katrina is awesome as well as Theresa. Great spot for extended or short stays!
Plenty of room, bed just so-so but all in all good experience
Very friendly and helpful staff . Excellent exercise equipment. Wish there was a swimming pool.
Need to fix the bed, they are unstable making it difficult to sleep (rocking bed)
Bed was noisy. Check in took too long with extra chit chat late at night
Owners of property are obviously obsessed with running this hotel as cheaply as possible. Very few towels, no soap. Staff was lesz than pleasant.
This is one of the worst hotels in my personal experience. It is located by a busy street and it is pretty noisy. for the first three nights, I could not get any sleep. It felt that I sleep directly on the street. The staff here is also kind of arrogant. I complained about the noise to them. they just told me that they know this but they have no ways to handle it. they cannot change the room for me even if the hotel is not full, which I can clearly see from its almost empty parking lot. They gave me two ear plugs and one noisy maker and asked me tried it. It is ridiculous to wear two earplugs to sleep in a hotel. And here, I would also thank Expedia staffs, they called and contacted the hotel staff multiple staff. Although they cannot get my room changed, but I really appreciate their help! The air quality in this hotel is bad, it has a strange smell. I have a portable air quality tester because I am pretty sensitive to pollution. In the room, my air quality tester says light, and sometimes serious pollution, which worried me a lot while staying in this hotel.
Business trip
Bed was shaky we laying in it, went forward and back - remote for TV did not work
Ok
Dishonest management- still waiting on the refund from the days I had to check out early.
We enjoyed our short stay. We are country folk and big cities are confusing to us but we had to be close to hospital and this is the only place that looked close. Nice hotel, good parking, nice rooms. Could use clearer parking signs from main road.
Loved all the details especially for keeping everything safe. The extra security of cards that needed to be swiped twice to get into the building and the hangers for on your rear view mirror to indicate you are indeed a guest are just two things that made me feel safe. I was also glad it was truly dog ( and people friendly) including the magnetic sign you put on the door indicating there is a pet inside. And every staff member I met was friendly. Which are just some of the reasons I would return if in the area.
Great stay!!! The bed was terrible. The frame anyway. Everytime we moved it tried to roll away.
Decent stay for price range
Rooms were modern, well maintained. Bed not so comfy. Didn’t offer much toiletries as other hotels, such as a shower cap, body wash, napkins. There was hair on the sink from someone else’s stay. Overall, decent stay for the price range.
Charged me 3 times, won't return my call to tell me why I'm being charged 3 separate charges Way too many scentsys smells like a perfume parlour
It's like a studio apartment,it had everything in the unit.
There’s no housekeeping unless you ask & pay extra for cleaning the room & new sheets. Otherwise, bring your cleaning supplies inc wash detergent bc it’s your responsibility to keep the room clean. I wasn’t quite expecting this, but it would’ve been ok, except when I first got to my room, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The tub/shower still had occasional hair strands in the tub & sink. I just took pics & disinfected it myself. I hate finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom Im supposed to use. Bottom line is, it’s a decent place to stay, but you get what you pay for & that’s ok too… just be prepared. I am handicapped & traveling alone so the last thing I want to do is lug out a bag of garbage from my room & take it all the way to the trash bin while walking with a cane! The staff could be a little more personable, smile, that would be a welcome treat. Also the bed is softer than I would’ve liked, plus its on 4 legs only, so every time you move, the bed bangs against the wall, so they need to fix that.
They mistakenly charged me the deposit fee and have yet to reverse the charge. Would not stay here again
It was fine. However, I could not control the AC unit. It just stayed on and was close to 55* in my room. I like it cold so it was fine, but I would like to have the ability to control the temperature in the room. Aside from that, it was a fine place to stay.
Clean and comfortable
It was fine
I was sceptical at the beginning because they are a bit unusual and it took me 48 hrs to adjust and get used to it but over all after a week staying there I can say that it worked perfectly. This property is surrounded with Costco, Wholefoods, Trader Joes and dining options a few minutes away. The rooms are nice with great amenities, room laundry on the first floor, nice lobby with coffee in the morning and a nice fitness center. Free parking on sight, sitting and smoking area outside. Quite, clean & safe! Nice & friendly staff. Will definitely book it again when I'm visiting.
I’m a frequent traveler, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. First of all, they said it is a non-smoking property, however, the second we walked into our room, there was cigarette smell or moldy smell. In addition, they left us a half used bottle of shampoo. We requested the front desk for a change of room as I am allergic to secondhand smoke and had instant headache, but he said they are unable to and need to wait till the next day when the manager arrives. For the time being, he came and inspected the room, agreed the smell is not normal, and offer me a bottle of frebreeze to spray. In the morning, I spoke to the manager and she said she would call me after she looks into the rooms. Not only did she not call, they said only thing they could provide was room cleaning. Even then, the room was never cleaned. I would warn travelers not to stay at this place!!
Descent clean no thrills hotel with kitchenette.
Noisy rooms with vibrating walls, housekeeping was 3 days late, lots of extra fees, stuffy gym; it is pet friendly and close to 3 grocery stores
If need a place to just relax this is the place
Our next door neighbor was noisy all night long but there was no way to communicate this to the staff because no one was at the front desk until morning and the emergency number was out of order; consequently we got very little sleep. This facility is not sound proof. There was no soap to wash dishes in the sink. Otherwise, it was extremely clean.
It was a good stay
We like to use microwaves and the glass plate was missing, ask staff to bring one ,no luck, lots of hairs on the bathroom floor, told to the staff too and then we are charged for the dirty towel. On top of that our passport was photocopied ,which happened only in this hotel.
Stayed at hotel 07/2024
This was a very clean hotel, the staff was friendly, and the room itself was nice and cozy. It was on the other hand right next to a busy road which was noisy and could be heard from the room and the bed was unstable and flimsy, it was uncomfortable. Over all the stay was average, but I would not book again because of the bed.
Everything was fine.
In conviene that those employees are getting paid by the hour and want to charge us a fee to check in. I understand if they had to drive back but they are already there. Didn’t get checked in and I lost $200 on a room I didn’t sleep in. Also drove home 2.5 hours sleepy because I had no where to stay. Would never book there again. Zack needs to not be on FaceTime when dealing with customers. Super unprofessional.
Check in took a very long time. The lady from alabama at the front desk when we were checking out was awesome, though!
Great staff. Super clean. Lots of construction around that area. Good value. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Close to freeway and other amenities
Disappointing quality
Kind of shabby, truth be told. Very thin walls, damaged furniture, minimal bath linens (especially considering the lack of maid service). The bed was adequate. I had no use for the kitchen facilities, since I was visiting my son, who has an apartment in Redmond. I've stayed at a number of other hotels in the area, and while this is the least expensive (not by a lot), I don't think I'll be coming back.
Clean, new, close to town. Thin walls
Place was nice enough, very clean and new. The walls were pretty thin you could hear other people easily. Fortunately all my neighbors were pretty quiet Close to town. 15- 20 minute walk to Redmond Town center. Would stay again.
Pet fees weren't accurate or fully explained but otherwise the place was great. Lots of food options right down the road, easy walk. Relatively quiet area a short drive from the park. Room felt spacious, updated, and clean. It had two cups mugs, plates, bowls, pots, and utensils. Free coffee machine in the lobby with decaf or regular and a gym with a cable machine, some Pelleton cardio equipment, and water. Dog fees included a $50 cleaning fee that wasn't listed on Expedia and the $5/day fee which was. I thought the cleaning fee replace the daily fee because it was the only one on the receipt at check-in, but it didn't. We had a change of plans and checked out early but still got charged the daily fee for the night we weren't there.
Ok hotel..no ice? Bed was not very comfortable but room was nice.
I loved having a kitchen and super easy parking; staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!
It is a really nice hotel, I wish I could stay longer than 1 night. Very clean
Ol
Confortable & quiet
Good
Kitchen is the best facility for reheat or cooking
Thw staff was very helpful, i was there for my daughter to have surgery in Seattle. Room was clean, beds were a nice size. Close to grocery stores and restaurants if you need to go to them.
They photocopy your ID and keep it in their cabinet. They rejected our stay simply because we asked what the policy of photocopying ID.
A quick and clean stay
Short but sweet overnight for business...i checked out at 5am...the room was quiet and clean...i would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room, as coffee was not available in the lobby at 5am
Not recommended at all
Could use a boiling pitcher for water
Horrible
Bed was uncomfortable, nickle and dimed all services, no ac
I really wanted to like this hotel. It was reasonably priced in comparison to others in the area. First of all it took over 30 minutes to get checked in. I was second in line. Should not have taken that long. There were no toiletries in the room - one bar of soap. We called and asked if we could get either plastic utensils or a couple more metal ones and were told no. Someone vacuumed the hall outside our room at 6am. The street noise is very loud.
Service was above and beyond. Very helpful
The room I chose was surprisingly big enough. The place was very pleasant and nice. I enjoyed the bathtub. The only bummer was that the cleaning service only comes after every 2 weeks. So for our nine days stay no cleaning service for us.
the only negative thing i noticed was the floors were oily. i’m not sure if they use the wrong cleaner but whatever not a big issue. i did encounter many different people and they ALL told stay safe, wasn’t sure if its because of the neighborhood or what. Other than that my 4 day stay was lovely and definitely would go back again. overall 7/10.
Clean and friendly
Nice kind help and clean safe property
Avoid this place at all costs There’s bed bugs, it smells like a zoo and management is extremely unprofessional. Katrina specifically. They charge for towels, WiFi, linens and there’s no coffee. The tvs are really old and cable didn’t work. Again, avoid this place at all costs
Front staff was amazing. Rooms clean. Hotel accessible.
Best customer service!
Staff is amazing. Won’t stay anywhere else.
The cleanliness was just perfect
nice, clean and comfortable, close to grocery store,
pleasant, clean stay. some road noise at night.
Very noisy in the room, and the office guy is very inpatient
Like it
Itinerant Grandpa's Retreat
As an itinerant grandpa who care's for a toddler one week each month, I found the perfect retreat: spotlessly clean, a small kitchen, a comfortable queen size bed and a good-night sleep between my shifts. Thank you WoodSpring Suites for being there!
I arrived late due to a delayed flight. Joseph checked us in right at closing time. He was very nice and explained the area. Took time to make sure we were settled in. Very much appreciate his kindness and professionalism.
It's a brand new building so it's fine for now but given the level of care the staff exhibits it will likely get run down quickly. Tucked off the street which is nice but not a walkable area
But the time a got at the hotel to do my check in they don’t have my room available due a delay flight I had I show up late.
It was noisy over my head, phone didn't work, a light was out, and shower certain is wanting to come off. But it was a nice room for the night
I would never stay here again. Paying for towels and parking shows no customer service. The people above us were extremely loud.
Very unprofessional staff , they oversell and try to charge you whenever they can . I had a 2 weeks reservation at this place but they didn’t have room for me when I check in . So they cancel my reservation and charge me cancellation fee so they can charge me higher fee which I end up couldn’t stay because their unclear per policy . I had to call about 10 times and not even get redound for the money I shouldn’t have to pay Will not recommend anyone to stay
The room was clean, but the corridor has an odd smell. The reception counter did not operate after a certain hour. We were given only 2 towels in our bathroom (we have 3 people), and when I went to the reception to get more towels, they were closed. I called them using the phone in the lobby, I could hear them inside the office, but they refused to give us any towel and just kept saying that they were closed. Not helpful at all.
Next to a cemetery, bad smells, bed was shifting easily. Air conditioning/ heating was not working properly. I get the fact that it’s a cheaper hotel, but the basic as the bad smells really turns me away.
Very nice, clean. Beds are extremely firm, wish they told you that upfront, I personally like a soft bed and it’s like sleeping on a board
Nice setting, clean and safe. But, walls are thin. If there is a noisy neighbor above, you hear everything.
Bathroom smelled like sewage.
Overall everything was the same as mentioned in the web site There is no staff at night
It was nice And pretty
There was a female manager that I called prior to my trip…. Answered all my questions and made sure I had accessible room since I was traveling with a disabled parent. When we arrived, Joseph was fantastic and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff was always so helpful and kind. We will definitely stay again.
Staff was friendly and nice the service was great but they charge extra for simple things like extra pillows and blankets and towels
Great value for the price. Love that I can do laundry, cook, have groceries if I want. I’ve stayed at hotels double this price that are garbage. This place is an amazing deal!! The only thing it’s missing is an iron for my clothes but that’s not a big deal. It’s also very close to Target which I find so convenient, especially with the full kitchenette. Great area surrounding the hotel. Very safe. Highly recommend.
Would never stay here again. The customer service was beyond terrible. You can hear everything at night, they treat you horrible if you have pets. Save the trouble and go somewhere else
Dog friendly. Kitchenette
Great place to stay, like a home
Clean and budget friendly
We were hesitant to book at first due to the reviews online, especially for the tukwila location. We took a chance and were pleasantly surprised. There's no room service except once every 2 weeks and there is a hidden linen fee to exchange linen. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. It's kid friendly. We would stay again.
