I simply love this place

This Hotel was very clean the reason for the 4 stars the shower was shooting water over the curtain rod near the door . Just a quick drop in because my connecting flight left 20 minutes early.

Great clean and confortable place to stay

The front desk guy was really nice. I believe his name was Adrew.

The shower head was shooting out water onto the floor, had to use the towels to soak up the excessive water. I got my socks and clothes unexpectedly wet. This is the only thing disappointed my stay..

The only complaint I have is that our room had a foul smell .

One night stay

I had high hopes for it but what really wrecked it was that we could hear the guests in the room above us. Loud noise, thumping, walking, slamming throughout the entire night. I had to call the front desk twice to handle it. It was very disappointing. We got ZERO sleep.

I would stay again

Was able to get my room when I was late to check in, and was able to check out early. Very nice mini kitchen and bathroom.

Pillows are to thick and hard. Not comfortable at all.

Andrew at the front office was awesome.

Almost ZERO water pressure in the shower. I'm winded from running around to get wet :(

Great place to stay! However, the wi-fi was quite poor at times which was frustrating.

Why the customer service at the front is very horrible. I never had anybody at the desk. Couldn’t check in on time because again no one was at the front desk ever other than the people that worked there at the hotel was pretty fine

This hotel, in particular, its manager and their staffs , are so impolite and rude! They don’t accept anything and their rooms are too dirty and the environment is unsafe. I booked this hotel for 7 nights , but I stayed only one night there!

Staff was extremely pleasant, they went above an beyond to make sure my stay was lovely. I flew in to spend time with my daughter an this hotel was 15mins away from the spot. Stayed for a week and let’s just say it was worth every penny and i am already planning my trip back.

Excellent stay

Nice room. Fresh smells, love that they do not have carpet. Very clean. Seems to be a new location. Highly recommend staying here.

Very clean hotel. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Checked in after hours, staff was prompt and got us in our room quickly.

My San Antonio visit

The facilities looked brand new. Everything was spotless. They even ran an ozone machine at my request. The staff was very polite and attentive. I'll definitely consider this place for my next visit.

Our stay was just fine the room was clean and had plenty of room along with everything we needed. The lobby was small and there were very strong scents throughout the hotel.

Very basic hotel

The cover windows don’t work properly, te A/C is very noisy, no hairdryer, no ice container, no body lotion nor shower cap, only onesies of the bed has nightstand

Cindy Hernandez is the area manager for these hotels and she is biased against the disabled, LGBTQIA , and she has a disregard for state and federal laws. She, along with her company, will be held accountable in a court of law.

Even though there's Highway construction going on you could not hear it at all. Really nice kitchen set up. Fresh and clean building and rooms.

This hotel is a gem! Value is unbeatable for the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. Convenient to stores. I will mention that it is an extended stay hotel so housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms daily but you have availability to get clean towels and bedding as needed. Perfect for families because of the full size refrigerator and cooktop. I highly recommend.

Great and easy check in. Place was immaculate and close to restaurants and shops. About 10 mins from the airport. Has a full size fridge, microwave and stovetop

Great / Clean

I always stay here whenever I am in San Antonio. It is always clean, quiet, and very safe. Also the staff is very nice and professional. I definitely recommend staying here due to those reasons and that it is not expensive.

Nice place

Clean, safe, lots of dining options close

This property is so clean! The hallways smell good and staff is nice. I extended my stay while my house was being built. It doesn't have an oven but the stove tops are good for cooking. Tons of stores nearby and dining options. Most people are here for work so it's quiet. I also brought my dog and then have tons of doggy stations for poop bags and the grass is always cut low.

Very clean, but Pushy housekeeping

10:30pm Check in was a little stressful. The check in desk was closed with a roll down garage-type door. Took a little while to figure out what to do. The hallways and room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The down side was that housekeeping knocked on the door at 10am to clean the room. Thank goodness I had a towel on, since I had just got out of the shower. With the door closed, I told her check out was at 11, but she just repeated she was there to clean room. So I cracked the door open, still in my towel and said it again. She repeated she was there to clean the room. So I said 11 in Spanish and she understood. I have never had to do that before. It was very uncomfortable.

We had a lot of fun during our stay, the bathroom was a bit small but overall great for the price and many food options close by !

It would be awesome if they could have the cleaning room services every week twice than weekly. Also, if they could add pool it would make this super

Best hotel for my family trip

It was the best hotel i have stayed in quite awhile. Its diffult to see the hotel's true look, but this one truly was. We were very comfortable.

I always enjoy staying here and this time is no different. It is always super quiet at night and it feels very safe. I highly recommend staying here whenever one comes to San Antonio. You are not too far away from anything and it is a safe area.

For the price you are paying it is definitely worth it and more. Probably one of the cleaner hotels ive been in, usually at some hotels you might find some sort of stain or something dirty with the sheets or the room. This hotel had spotless sheets and an easy check in process as well!! Would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful! The staff was beyond amazing and helpful! The rooms were super clean and comfy! Had no problems what so ever!

every week we stay there, today I made a reservation and checked in as usual at 9 am but the staff said there were no rooms available yet and asked me to come back at 12, and I came back at 12 but he said there were no rooms available yet, I had to wait 1 another hour, but someone came and checked in and he got a room, how could this happen? I am very unhappy with this, I think first come first get. Today I am very dissatisfied

Good low cost room

Bed bugs got a bunch of bites all over me. Room was clean but apparently not the bed.

Truly a lone-star review for a lone-star state hotel-- no-frills, no amenities (literally NOTHING except toilet paper, water and sheets).

There are LITERALLY NO AMENITIES AT ALL-- not even a bar of soap!! There was no coffee maker, no cups, no soap, no shampoo, NADA!!! If you want a BARE bones hotel with a bed, bare floor, a toilet and sink, then stay here. No frills, nothing special, but it was decently clean. They offer a discount to their long term renters if you leave a good review.... so don't let the high review rating fool you :-)

Bathroom had some mold, our whole floor smelled like mildew

The staff was friendly and super helpful! The property was clean and safe. The rooms weren’t my favorite. They aren’t as bright and inviting like they appear in the pictures. There was just an off putting smell to the rooms…probably because they allow pets, I guess. The air conditioning wasn’t the greatest. It worked, but took an entire night to fully cool down the small room. Not a stay that makes me want to return.

Very safe & secure

My husband and I always spend weekends there, they have clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff

It was an unique property. It was very reasonable and that is why I chose this property. I failed to realize this was an extended stay facility. The photos of the rooms and especially the beds were deceiving. The beds had a gray and black spread. I wasnt sure of the cleanliness with those on the beds. I suppose I got what I paid for and that was a bed for one night that was reasonably priced.

Staff gave us handicap room. The wall is very thin. In a middle of the night around 2 am, outside they had party and blasted music so loud that woke us up. Early morning, the room upstair had someone jumped and moved stuff so loud that woke us up again at 7 am. At 11 am, the housekeeper was very rude to open the door without knocking. I know it’s check out time but they should have knock. Overall, not very good experience. Would not recommend this place

Stayed there for a week. Good for extended stays

Ok but not great

For the price, this was a decent place to sleep. The walls are paper thin though, so we heard our neighbors a lot. The first night we woke up through out the night every time our neighbor dropped something and the next morning we woke up to the dog barking. The elevator was not working and neither was the coffee machine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There should be things explained. This isn’t a place where there’s daily cleaning service. Although you can request new towels they don’t give you enough. They only give you two big towels for two people. Women use two alone for hair and body. If you want more towels you have to take dirty ones and that was not explained. The people on the floor above were super loud until like 1am. Checkout took too long. Not sure why the front desk guy would leave at check out time. Also there’s no front desk 24/7 at front desk but there is a number you can call. The only thing convenient was the location. Very easy to get on freeway. Lots of things to eat and shop nearby.

Room was adequate and clean. Lack of sound barrier is poor. Could hear flushing toilet and someone walking above us at 2 pm. Location a little isolated.

Great stay

Great place to stay even thought he elevator didn’t work and four flights of stairs was crazy!! Would definitely do it again felt safe and secure. Staff was excellent and friendly. Great place to stay! Highly recommend

The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very professional and friendly. The cleanliness of the building inside and out was very favorable. The location was great because it wasn't around any busy streets or commotion around. I will keep this place in mind for my next stay!

I enjoyed my stay here for 8 nights although it had funny smells here and there. the staff was good but the lobby wait was a little inconvenient and card would sometimes not work. I did not like how cleaning service was only available during Wednesday. Had to use a dirty towel which was gross to me but other than that it was a good stay felt safe quiet and in the end I enjoyed my stay would come back. 8 nights here was good since I’m moving to San Antonio 8 nights here was good to help me decide my move and made me feel home.

It was noisy. We could hear the guy in the next room talking at 6 am and it sounded like he was moving furniture around. Also the AC/heat unit attached to the wall below the window was not sealed. Every time the wind blew, cold air would blow into the room.

Management very rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Elevator broke. Room reeked of dog. Walls very thin and hospitality of a good hotel wasn't there at all.

The property was kind as to let know way beforehand that the elevator was not working.

I always love staying here but their elevator was not working (not super upset because they called and let me know ahead of time). Thankfully I was on the second floor so I didn’t have to climb a whole lot of stairs. Still highly recommend staying here.

1 They did not contact me to tell me the elevator is broken we were on the 4th floor . 2 there was no irons available. We had to go buy one 3 there was no hair dryer available. We had to go buy that too 4
