The hot tub gets are too weak, good elevators, quiet, did not like the bathroom lighting , too dark and no makeup mirrors.

Its Kamloops But check in was strange .. nobody was at the desk… we waited 8 minutes for a girl who was annoyed we were there … I had booked 3 King suites … no greeting… no professionalism It was bizarre We got our rooms They were fine But the tile floors were disgusting So as long as you wear shoes You are fine But it was gross to be honest

Nothing about this place to be excited about or any real reason to return. So bland and staff that didn’t really want to go to work and serve customers without it seeming like a huge effort for them. I don’t think I would return unless I’m desperate.

The hotel is pretty clean overall, both common areas and the room. Staffs are friendly. However the breakfast is just average.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and found the hotel to be comfortable and quiet and close to shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful whether they were front desk or maintenance or cleaning staff. The pool and hot tub were spotless and extra fresh towels were provided. We appreciated having access to washers and dryers also..they were a reasonable fee. Breakfast was great, the dining area was kept clean and everything was restocked constantly . I also loved having the heated covered parking especially since it was winter when we stayed and appreciated how secure it was. I really have no complaints! This hotel will be my first choice every time I stay in Kamloops.

Easy access to visit our child at TRU

Good convenient location. There are a few restaurants in the area but you have to explore to find them. Breakfast was usual for Canada. Nothing exceptional. Staff very helpful though.

The hotel was fantastic. Very friendly staff, clean and includes a continental breakfast with some hot food options. If I were to make one criticism I would say the food warmers didn’t work as the hot food offered was lukewarm. However that did not affect the stay overall

Front Desk clerk who helped us check-in was very indifferent to us; offered no information on the property or parking options. Ended up stopping to listen to the other front desk person explaining the guests he was helping.

Met expectations for budget hotel. Elevator had taped on “Out of Order” on 3rd floor but was being used? I took the stairs. Asked about local restaurants on arrival 8:30pm. Referral was closed.

Perfect location. Clean rooms. Electric charging station in closed parking. Wish breakfast was little better and not so much processed food

Friendly staff and a clean room. The lights in the pool area would flash and the jets in the hot tub didn't work. The island at the car park was filled with dog poo.

Air conditioner wasnt keeping up to the heat of the room and it wasnt even hot outside, maybe 12 celsius( outside) . Not a big deal, we just opened the window a little bit. staff wanted to switch us rooms, but we were good with it

Easy and fast check in was appreciated. The beds were so comfortable and clean - we were all impressed. Breakfast is varied for such a small hotel but get there early because options are not replenished. My only small complaint was no shower cap. Also the ridiculous barn door on the bathroom didn’t fit properly but that’s a building design issue! All-in-all a very good choice for a short visit and very convenient for TRU.

Hotel is located in a small area with other hotels and consequently the area is congested. Your buses and vans loading and u loading blocking access to and exit from hotel. Room was located on main floor facing front where tour buses loaded and unloaded, and therefore was noisy. Checkin was fine. Room very small with bathroom barn style sliding door that didn’t fit properly and made loud banging when moved. Dogs could be heard barking in other rooms and the hallway. I dergrou d parking was nice.

The breakfast could improve a little with hot options instead of eggs, sausage & cardboard hasbrowns

I requested a walk in shower did not get one.The bathroom door is a sliding, non locking, barn door which is terribly noisy in the night. The ac would not come on. I have lung issues so had no choice but to open the window and breathe gross traffic air. Walls are not sound proof,heard the next room's noise all night.Tried to have our included breakfast in the am. only to find zero places to sit. People waiting in the lobby for tables to become available.The straw that really breaks the camels back for me is the check in. We were at a fam wedding and I had made a special call to the hotel making sure the elderly inlaws could check in smoothly without us being there, as we had rented the rooms but made sure to put their name on the rooms as well so there would be no issues at check in.It took half an hour for the desk clerk to deal with it after me having to re show my id and credit card,rooms were paid for weeks prior when we booked them.I was assured that just adding the inlaws name to the rooms was all that was needed for a smooth check in just in case they wanted to check in early without us being there, and it was not smooth,it was ridiculous! Making 87 yr old people stand in the lobby that long ,it never should have happened!
