Room was fine. Vending machines were in operable. At breakfast, the juice machine with broken and the milk that they had put out, apparently for cereal was spoiled.. Otherwise, limited options.

Nice area, clean room, friendly staff, and plenty of dining options nearby. I would definitely recommend to others.

The place is what it is, a reasonably priced olace to sleep in a city that can charge youvan arm and a leg for just that. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the elevator was out so we had to use the stairs. The pool was great and a perfect respite after a long day, but the hotctub is forever broken or so we were told

We had a great stay. Everything was as we expected.

Not a bad place but could use some changes.

It was good for what we needed as far as just a place to sleep. We were there for a sports tournament and we were hoping to be able to swim but the pool closes early. They had a 9PM close time on a Saturday night. I also book our hotels based on breakfast included because when you are feeding teenagers every dollar counts. The only juice available was apple juice and it tasted more like water with a hint of apple. If you are looking for hot breakfast they do not offer anything hot but waffles and the batter was watered down too. I did not expect a huge spread but I did expect at least a couple options.

Awful hotel. Dirty, staff doesn’t speak English. Stains on sheets. Bathroom was in disrepair. Shower was hard to figure out to turn on.

You get what you pay for

This is a very dated property. The bathroom is super tiny. We thought we could save some money staying here on the road back from a ballgame in Cleveland but ended up spending $60 elsewhere on breakfast. I wish we would have rolled that over into a better property with a nice breakfast.

Wasn’t the best but it was somewhere to sleep

It was a place to stay! I’ll give it that. I was disappointed as we had 5 kids with us all we wanted to do was relax in the hot tub while the kids swam and it was closed with no indication that it would be. The shower in our room had a rotted out floor so you felt like you were falling when u took a shower because the only thing holding us up was the plastic insert of the tub. The place says no smoking and all you could smell in the halls were weed. The older guy at the front counter always seemed like we were inconveniencing him if we went down to ask him for anything. He’s slam on his pause key to stop whatever he was watching to get up..(We asked for sheets for pull out couch, and then went and asked for extra towels) They had ONE option for drink at breakfast which was apple juice to which my kids are allergic… no water or anything… I will say the waffles were good! Again not the best place I’ve been to but also not the worst!

Staff was quick and efficient, while maintaining a friendly and welcoming manner. Room was clean and comfortable for short-term and long-term stay. There is much to do in the area that is walkable and short driving distances.

Just overall not great. Not very well kept up and smokier and smokier smelling every time we visit while they claim a no smoking policy. Won’t be back

Coffee was not ready at 6 am. Housecleaning never cleaned. Noisy and dirty

Upon arrival of my 2nd stay the woman forced me to deposit 100 for hold and kept my money. The room obviously had animals and.smokers in it prior. The shower head broken and there was bedbugs. It turns into a meth den at like 2am people breaking into rooms threw windows.

They are trying. There were wires hanging from the living room ceiling. No fixture. The bathroom had one light with a open fixture that needing the light bulb replace and there was a lots of debris that needed cleaning. Better job of caulking needed around shower for infection control purposes.

The hot tub was taken out of commission. Someone split a malt across the hallway. One person gave the front Desk lady a hard time.

Well this Hotel is a Great deal. The beds and pillows were super comfy but not new by any means. The room was clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. Danielle went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous! The only thing that needs fixed ASAP is the hot tub. But the pool was very nice. I will be back!

There were many places to shop and to eat at. All located within easy walking distance. The showerhead adjuster was broken. The bathroom was very small.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette and small table made a nice area for the kids. Room could use an updating bathroom had multiple issues. Sink faced the beds making it difficult to get ready early in the morning without waking the kids. Pool area was outdated, and hot tub was taken out did not live up to the online pictures facility advertised.

East to get to off the highway - a good deal of parking - staff was very friendly - and it was a quiet stay

I know that it is a old property but it should still be kept up with the apparencies of the property. It didn't smell bad, but it was old looking. The grass was tall and not well kept it was just dirty looking.

Carpet in room was disgusting- my feet were literally black after having socks off and walking around room for about hour. Room is in dire need of upgrades and fixing - several areas where patching if walks was done but so obvious. Walls were dirty

Building is damaged and in poor condition. Room was not very clean. Dead ants and bugs on window cill. Mirror looked like cleaned with dirty rag was all smeared.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BED BUGS!!!! Th desk staff refused to cancel my night when i had only had been there for an hour about to sleep and got bit!!! Then pushed my charge faster to pull from bank! Had to wake my children over this!

None of the amenities listed were available no pool, no hot tub, no Jacuzzi tub.

The carpets in the rooms and hallways had black sticky "stuff" not sure what the hell it was. Could not walk in hotel room without feeling gross and sticking to the carpet. Shower head had one speed that could beat to death. Didn't take a shower and only stayed one night out of the three that we booked. Was charged 144.00 for the night we did not stay and who knows what we were charged for the 3rd night that we weren't supposed to be charged for. Overall a horrible experience. "breakfast" looked like old food and barely anything available. When we asked for another room staff was "attempting" to find us a room but wasn't sure and so when we decided we were not staying then all of the sudden there was different room to put us in. There were other guests complaining and checking out early.

Location was close to highway and football hall of fame stadium. Numerous restaurants in close proximity. Breakfast was decent but not ready by 6 AM as advertised. Building and grounds in need of care. Tub/shower buttom was soft and spongy underfoot... disconcerting and really gross. Mold and mildew penetrated 1/3 of the ceiling over the tub/shower. We wouldn't stay there again.

Room appeared as if it was not cleaned. Bathroom faucet in the shower didn’t work and the handle was so loose it would not work. The sheets/comforter smelled like pee. Old bottles were left from the stay prior. No back to the remote and the ceiling had a huge water stain and peeling paint. Atrocious for the cost. Don’t do it.

Rooms were very small and had no chair to sit or rack to set your suitcase on. Ants at the breakfast bar and mouse traps in the hallway. It’s the cheaper place in town and that what you get.

The outside had not seen any lawn work. The pool was not in service. The staff was uncooperative no towels offered no cleaning of rooms. Bathtub backed up. The room was horrible. Don’t add them to this site again.

The staff is professional, courteous and kind. The property itself is in disrepair. Large sticky Stains on the hallway carpets, pool water is cloudy, pool area is rusted with peeling paint. The hot tub is not working and the plywood and traffic cone coveting the tub indicates it has not functioned for a long period of time. Alarm clock in the room did not work, the in room phone does not work. Poor patch work on the walks and ceiling from previous damage. Litter around the building exterior.

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a concert. There was no water when we checked in. The light fixtures in the bathroom were not sealed off could see wires. In the evening we returned the parking lot was full of people in their cars yelling stuff at us as we walked into the building. In the morning when I went to take a shower I could not find a lover to turn the shower on. I was informed by the front desk that I had to turn a faucet hidden valve which he physically showed me as I'm assuming most guest had problems turning this on. I never was able to take a shower. Very dirty unsafe property. Very disappointed it was a Wyndham

Property was dirty. They don’t cut the grass or clean out their landscaping. Rooms are old. No water pressure in shower. Only had a 32” tv. Doors was getting jammed and stuck. Never will stay here again.

Rundown this place needs work

Definitely needs renovated. Very dirty and just out of date. I feel they are just doing the bare minimum to stay open. Would not stay again, especially for the $380 per night fee. Ridiculous.

The property clearly shows its age. Scratches and rust stains, felt dirty…Very displeased.

Room was nice and big but the building is showing its age. My young kids were disappointed the pool was only open 1PM-9PM. We got in late and would have liked to swim before checking out.

Whyndam not so nice

Hotel was mediocre at best- grounds and landscaping is terrible- hotel is clean but dated another 5 years as it is i wouldn't even stay there. Considering the area it is in it should be nicer

I can say that the man working the front desk was very nice and helpful. The outside of the hotel looks abandoned. Overgrown weeds, landscaping hasn’t been done in what looks like years. The carpet in the hallways leading to the room is so disgusting. So many stains and smells terrible. The glass doors haven't been cleaned in months. The room it’s self at a glance wasn’t awful, but stained pillow cases, dirty glass, mold in the bathroom, along with what looked like dried up poop and blood behind and around the toilet was found once checking in. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Worst hotel EVER. Sleep in your car before here.

Horrible. Mold mildew roaches. Stained sheets and towels. Tub full of filth. Pool covered in mold. Green walkway due to so much mold. Floors sticky and not vacuumed. Staff rude. Breakfast stale and dirty. Then ask for a refund and they accuse of you scamming them! Absolutely horrible. Every aspect! I am letting all know as we travel quite a bit for work to never stay here. Rudeness gets you nowhere.

Room was disgusting dirty bed and bathroom had pubic hairs on toilet and floor, the bed sheets look like they not been changed in days. I asked to cancel and was told id be charged full price. I called corporate and spoke with someone about that. The pictures on the website are from another hotel somewhere else.

The manager on duty was not paying attention when checking me in and forgot to give me my license back and almost gave it to another guest. The first floor hallway reeked of marijuana snd the hallways were dimly lit and the carpets were dirty. My room had a broken window that had benn crudely taped into place. The matresses were stained at the bottom, the kichen sink had stains, the refrigerator had crack inside the door, the shower had mold in top right corner and the carpet was dirty. Good area to stay in

Hotel was outdated. It was a quiet area to stay in.

Needs to be up graded. Looks old and falling apart. Bathroom is so small you can barely turn around. Doesn’t look like it was pictured. Breakfast food was just average.

This Hotel was extremely dirty. I was surprised! There were ants in my room as well as mold in the bathroom. The privacy door was broken and the staff that was responsible for cleaning the rooms smelled so bad that the hallways and elevator reeked during the morning hours. I was afraid to complain because someone I know complained a day before and they were thrown out of the hotel. I had 3 kids with me and would have had nowhere else to stay.

Room was very nasty from the door all the way to the bathroom tub.. we had to literally buy our own sheets pillows and blankets We sanitize the whole room including the bathtub and toilet and sink.. the room smelled terrible I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND FOR THIS STAY!!

Bad experience

We had a really bad experience. Was supposed to be there 3 nights but left after 2! Hotel is dirty. Carpet is stained, our bathroom had dirt and toilet was old with paint peeling off. There were only 2 towels in room and they were out of towels and gave us a pool towel for our group of 4! The room was never cleaned and smelled bad from when we walked in. Would not recommend and would love a refund of some sort. Tried messaging the hotel multiple times and never got a response

Good hotel for the money. No TP and had to ask for that and a dirty pillowcase (had blood on it) so didn’t use it. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Not worth the money

The first room had mold on the celling in the shower. The second room had mold on the ceiling in the shower as well - you could see it under the paint. There were trash cans catching leaking pipes in the hallway. There was trash all over the grounds. I would avoid this hotel if all possible

This was the nastiest place i have been at. Planned a two night stay and upon check in turned it into a one night stay.

Should have been cheaper ran out of food so no breakfast, no ice, trash was running over in the hallway all weekend And not emptied at all.

Embarrassing

The hotel is terribly outdated and dirty , elevator smelled of vomit and cleaner . Most everything in the room was broken or breaking . Would not recommend a stay there to wild animals

Nice staff. Nice room. Exterior of the hotel looked horrible. Grass way too long and out of control, trashy looking exterior. I was concerned to park my car overnight. Looked like the ghetto.

Lots of good shopping and restaurants

I was here for the eclipse. The hotel is in the middle of a large shopping district. No problem finding restaurants or fast food. It’s also close to the Football Hall of Fame, but I don’t follow football. It is across the street from a cemetery, if that kind of thing bothers you.

Very loud neighbors called the front desk 4 times and also visited the front desk to complain. No working ice machine.

I wouldn’t say that the hotel was dirty , but it wasn’t clean either. There was a lot of trash around the property and it was kinda dated on the inside. It wasn’t a terrible stay , but I wouldn’t go back again

The hotel manager or property people whatever you want to call them are rude the service is not fast there very mean to adults and about children rooms are small and cheap because they are nearly a motel

We didn't even stay there. The moment we got in the lobby the entire place looked horrible... Downright dodgy.. And smelled strongly of roach spray. The night concierge was extremely rude, cold, not hospitable at all and told us there was No reservation for us in his computer even though I pulled up my email and showed it to him. Wyndham has to remove this hotel from their hotel group immediately.

The staff was so nice; however we found several items in the room left by previous guest including a man's ring and food on the floor. Even though there were signs everywhere that the hotel was a non-smoking hotel the hallway smelled so strong of either cigarettes or weed all hours of the day.

I did not enjoy my stay at all not clean , very rude people at the desk .

Not impressed with this location. Ceiling was coming off in the bathroom. I prepaid for a suite. We got there and the room they gave us was dirty, so I told the man upfront and he gave us a room that was NOT a suite. I was already late for the concert I was attending so I let it go. Do better guys!

I requested a room on first floor or one close to elevator, they put me in 231 6 units away from elevator on Sat I requested to move to first floor and they said it would be another 11 dollars a day, thanks but no thanks not handicapped friendly

Dirty A$$ Hotel

I’m not a picky person, but this was almost the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Trash all over the outside and puke in the hallway the next morning were just a couple of the issues here. This is the second Wyndham we’ve stayed at and they’ve both been disgusting.

Booked in advance and just stayed overnight. The room was surprisingly bigger and a lot nicer than i expected, consoderong the outside looks kind of run down. Landscape could use some work, but without being too particular, it was a nice hotel. I was charged twice, which is annoying. My card was approved but it "didnt show in their system" so i had to pay again, even after showing my bank statement proving it was approved and pulled out. Apparently the transaction will cancel, but we will see. It may be worth it to just pay online prior to arriving so you dont have to deal with the same.

I found insects… I killed roach in bathroom I am afraid to take my belongings home for fear of transporting insects in them.

There was no kitchenette like I was told. Just a refrigerator and tiny microwave. There was no ice available. There was no clock and I was told there was none available. The hallway was extremely hot and the floors had not been vacuumed.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The room was smelly and hot. I killed a couple of roaches in the room. The breakfast bar had ants crawling around. There was a gapping hole in the hallway ceiling, and they had a large garbage can sitting in the middle of the hallway catching the water that leaked from the hole. No wonder the room was cheap.

Loved the stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and my kids loved the pool. A little upset that they closed down the hot tub in the pool area however i do understand that they have to run a business and some times you have to make very difficult decisions. But over all a 5 star review from me.

Room was dirty, surprise $100 deposit upon arriving. Hot tub permently closed pool barely works. Staff rude and unhelpful. Woke up with ants crawling on my, room was dirty and no one ever came and even emptied the trash or changed towels entire stay. Goose poop everywhere including entrances. Worst stay would not recommend.

The 1st room was dirty when I opened the door … beds were unmade with the bedsheets on the floor etc. 2nd room ( 325) the floor creaked every time I took a step. I felt sorry for anyone in the room below me. For breakfast both coffee pots were empty and when I told front desk was told 1 had just been filled but that was not the case. I waited for 7 mins then left without coffee. The lobby smelled really good ( candle was burning ) but back by the elevator the hotel smelled of weed near the elevators. There is a flat ck of Canadian geese outside and you have to watch close as there is geese poop EVERYWHERE.

Fair for a road trip

Adequate for the single night. There were mold spots on the ceiling. Otherwise clean and everything worked properly. The staff gave great service considering how busy it was. The treadmill broke down.
