Great staff!
We had a great stay. The room was a bit small but not misrepresented in the pictures. The best part was the amazing service by the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful.
Great amenities, location and value for independent travel. 15 min walk to Tower Bridge & Spitalfields Market. 10 min to Brick Road. 5 min walk to Algate East station. Full in-suite kitchen, onsite laundry, optional continental breakfast buffet, and friendly staff.
Comfy and Welcoming!
It was amazing! The staff were so courteous. I would definitely stay there again!
Really lovely apartment hotel, friendly staff & close to Aldgate East tube station. The microwave & some plug sockets didn't work in our room so we were given free breakfast which was very good.
We had a wonderful stay at the Wilde Apartments would highly recommend staying there. The staff were awesome.
.
Staff were always helpful and very polite
The hotel had work being done downstairs at night which set off the fire alarm 3 nights in a row. I would otherwise highly recommend the place as comfortable, clean, and quiet
.
Staffs was amazing! Had a lot of help from them during my visit!
Clean and safe. What else?
Very clean and tidy
Very clean - (I stay in a few hotels and I’d say come as one of the cleanest) Did stay on bottom floor. Wasn’t ideal as I think there may of been a car meet going on at 3am. And was fairly noisey. But didn’t ruin my stay. Would defo stay again
Rooms are very small but comfortable. The location of the hotel was close to a metro and bus station so access to other parts of the city was great. The breakfast was wonderful and I would recommend adding it.
Great location. Close to underground station.
Provided exactly what we were after, good accommodation at a sensible price.
Good
Very nice room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful
This is an excellent place to stay with high class and modern amenities in the room, really comfy and large bed and great shower pressure with the rain head. The place was immaculate and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!
Would highly recommend
Absolutely wonderful stay. I couldn't have asked for more from the hotel and staff. Nothing was too much for them. We had a travel cot brought up to our room and put up. We were moved up to a higher floor as we had a young child and they said it would be better for us and my goodness it was incredible. We had the most amazing views and it was silent. We can't wait to book again and come back. We booked here on a whim because we've booked with another chain hotel regularly and thought we'd try something different and I have no regrets.
Very clean! Staff are super nice and the location is great
Home from Home
Thank you to all the staff for a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere.
Great Location and Great Service
It was my first time in London and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I don’t remember the young woman’s name who check me in and helped checked me out but she was wonderful, helpful, and very informative. I would definitely stay again the next time I’m in London.

My wife and I stayed there for 10 days. I’m going to start with the bad because that’s what most people look for. The worst thing is the heating/cooling controls. You absolutely need to inquire right off the bat and understand them. It is NOT intuitive. Once you understand them, they work fine. It’s an apartment type hotel with stove top, microwave and dishwasher. All work fine but you are severely limited on counter space. Cooking is difficult due to space management. Likely you will need trash pickup everyday or every other day if you do. During our stay we experienced 5 short 5-10 second smoke alarms caused by other residents. Don’t freak out. They stop. The bed has a pull out drawer for clothes and hangers on the wall for shirts. The studio is really designed for one person. Just realize the space it tight and the bed goes up against the wall. With 2 people someone has to crawl out the bottom of the bed. Now on to the good. Our room on the 8th floor away from the elevator was very quiet. The electric shade is great and helps with noise. Staff is great and responsive. Had a Nespresso machine and they supply unlimited pods and sugar. Also bottled water when you ask for it. Dishwasher pods too. Nice! Lights take a short learning curve and heated towel bar. The hotel is right on the edge of a diverse neighborhood area. Food options are quite unlimited. Always felt safe though some graffiti around. Waitrose grocer is a 20 minute walk. Great store. Close to underground.
It’s difficult to be positive given really bad experience with AC. This was controlled centrally and switched to hot so that I could not adjust it in the room. This necessitated someone coming to my room at 2 am which as a woman alone was uncomfortable. Around 370 a night - really expect more. Person in check out was disinterested
good location
The room was not worth what we paid. I booked two beds and received one bed and a chair that could be slept it. Most frustrating was the fact that I ensured the stay included air conditioning. The details of the stay indicated that AC was included. It was there but the room would not cool and windows don’t open.
Lovely aparthotel. Fully stocked kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall great experience. The neighborhood is lively, full of character, but no issues with street noise in our room. Small grocery just down the street. Close to Aldgate East tube station, Brick Lane and Spitalfield market are walkable.
Staff went out of their way to make us feel at home! Will definitely return.
Fabulous stay, location was very easy for Elizabeth Line from airport & then the tube stations were close by. The staff were all lovely & so helpful. Overall ten out of ten!
The staff were really friendly, helpful and had a great knowledge of the local area.
good stay
Very good first time i used and will use again
Nice quiet area, felt safe. Easy accessibility to Underground. Friendly and accommodating staff. Small studio was perfect for a week long stay for two. Hats off to Leah for resolving an issue.
great staff
We had a lovely two night stay, friendly staff, clean comfy room. We stayed on the first floor just above the entrance and it was very quiet. Easy access to tube. Really recommend.
Property is nice, staff is awesome!!!!
Great hotel for a reasonable price
Great hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, and close to the heart of the city. The area immediately adjacent to the hotel seemed to be a little rougher, but not terrible. However, it is a quick walk to the Aldgate East underground station, and a fairly quick walk to both the Tower of London and Liverpool Street. Overall, great hotel for a reasonable price. Worth staying a little further out of the City Centre for the cost savings.
Very conveniently located. It was nice having a separate sleeping area from the kids. Staff was friendly and the rooms were modern.
Very comfortable contemporary room. Small but fully functional. The staff were friendly and helpful. They fixed some small problems with plug ins and the tv remote quickly.
An excellent stay. The staff were friendly and efficient and my room was in excellent condition, with everything I needed for my stay. My only disappointment was not having my coffee pods replaced at all during my stay.
Very quiet hotel with great amenities. The area outside the hotel was a little disconcerting towards Whitechapel but great in the other direction.
Property is convenient place to stay to visit London.
Staff was wonderful and helpful for our recent trip. I would definitely stay there again.
Very uncomfortable bed, extremely low pressure shower and lots of lights in the room that stay on all night.
Nice place - clean and comfortable. Great facilities
Clean, convenient, interesting design
The staff in the hotel were amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay. 5 minute walk to tube station and great amenities within room and also a great breakfast.
Very good stay was a lovely hotel
David Tugberk and the rest of staff outstanding customer service and will help you with any questions
The staff were very attentive and resolved the issue I raised quickly and explaiend the process clearly.
For my family of 5 we booked two rooms - each with a double bed and a pull out couch. While the rooms had everything you would need, I found the rooms to be quite cramped but then again it is probably typical for hotel rooms in Europe.
Amazing service, friendly staff - highly recommended.
Stayed here for NYE and it was great! It gave cosy vibes. I love how the room was stocked with drinks, snacks, coffee etc. Room was so spacey and had everything we needed, it was a shame we weren’t in the actual room for that long! I do recommend
It’s a bit of a hike to the nearest tube stations, but the property was clean, service was excellent.
Super place to stay.
Amazing place. Plenty of space in the room for the four of us. We were in the main bed. One son in sofa bed and the other in a cot provided by the hotel. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. The room we had was the studio accessible. Modern kitchen which was brilliant. Modern controls with the keypads to turn lights on and off etc. Looking at either booking here again or another of the Wilde Aparthotels. Many thanks to all the staff especially Fareed.
Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience, both our rooms hadn't had any bedding change. Crisps, and long black hair in 1 bedroom The other bedroom had blood on the sheets, stains believed to be poo. Glass on the floor, staff delt with the situation changing us rooms at 00.25 at night. Gave us free breakfast and £100 compensation. Just wont stay there again Unfortunately.
Clean comfortable and contemporary
Very good value for a clean comfortable and contemporary London hotel. Large room. Location 10 minute walk to subway. Depending on London activities, look at other Wilde aparthotel locations in London as well. This was a bit far out for access to the theatre district.
Clean, modern and comfortable
Comfy beds, great blackout curtains, useful appliances and Smeg too ! Great for one night. Some nice extra touches -real milk, water and sweet treats. Friendly staff.
Lovely little hotel
Lovely little hotel. Ideal for a nights stay on business
Nice property, but located in an area that had a lot of trash on the streets, with some sense of not feeling safe walking around the street especially after dark.
This property looks brand new it’s very modern and CLEAN. The room is small but very well put together which impressed me. A special shout out to Justyna Wojcik who was very helpful and friendly. She was engaged with us in conversation and genuinely caring. She also gave us her business card in case we were back in London.
not as expected
unfortunately the room was in rough conditions. the safe, soap dispenser and shower needed maintenance to try to resolve. location was ok but in a rougher area then expected.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, it was good sized and was comfortable. The staff was really nice, good location, well connected through bus and underground.
wilde aldgate
lovely overnight stay at the wilde aldgate comfortable well thought out rooms super location extremely helpful and friendly julia justina at both check in and check out
Clean and tidy.
Clean, tidy, easy to check in. Able to leave bags after checkout. Really nice receptionist. Great matresses, clean sheets. Nespresso pods and.milk, great!
Excellent Hotel. Alex and Louis were very kind! Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, they let us check in right away. The room was nicer and cleaner than the photos. The appliances in the mini kitchen were all high-end brands and were in excellent condition. Definitely recommended!
Amazing service will great accomodation
Bathroom was not perfectly clean, but it was still acceptable/not an issue. Service was extremely good, and the staff went beyond to help out at any point they could. Room was very stocked for an aparthotel, and the bed was comfortable.
Omg! The hotel is decent. The Shower is small but awesome. The room we had was a double bed with a sofa bed. It was on 12th floor and the view was spectacular. Customer service was beyond outstanding. Cannot fault it and will not hesitate to choose the place again.
Loved all the modern appliances. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
The property was in immaculate condition, the staff was so friendly and helpful we had a few issues with checking in but was quickly sorted and got offered some drinks on the house to apologise. They was so welcoming i would definitely stay at this place again.
Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as one should expect at that price
Excellent!
Une adresse à retenir !
Super accueil.
