The aircond in the room leaking

Western Hanoi Hotel is a very nice hotel with great location, comfort, and value for money. A major drawback is just the cleanliness of the property which can be associated with the on-going construction nearby. Overall, the hotel is recommended for your stay in Hanoi.

Overall ok

Internet connection is good, and pretty stable. However I don't really feel comfortable with the interior of room. For my very first night, the air conditioner was spoilt and shower room flooded. Requested a change and was given a new room the next day. Good service. However, doesn't feel comfortable with it.

Not a top market hotel but good enough

The rooms were big compared to ones in Hanoi City, a lot smaller. the food wasn't flash but the staff were very friendly and nice.

Great Staff but Poor Location

The staff were wonderfully helpful. But the surrounding area had nowhere of interest. It was 10 kilometres from the Old Quarter with construction work and roadworks nearby. Even the nearest supermarket was five minutes by taxi.

There are room for improvement. I could hear what my neighbors talk during the night. Advise to install shower curtain

Bad hotel, please avoid

This hotel is lacking in character, facilities and service. We recommend that you go elsewhere. Firstly, our "Executive suite" room wasn't really a suite, it was actually a medium-sized bedroom with a separate bathroom. It's layout was poor without a convenient place for putting on make-up except the bathroom sink and no convenient place for working. The pressure of the shower was extremely variable with the associated extremes of hot and cold water temperature and also had poor drainage leading to lots of water being left over the bathroom floor. The service was also poor, an item of clothing was stolen from us during our stay and the staff who dealt with our complaint didn't want to reimburse us, claimed it was our fault and ultimately hadn't been given any authority to fix problems. The manager who we asked to speak to never turned up and was always non-contactable when the front-desk staff tried to reach them. The facilities at the hotel are poor. My brother had problems with the laundry service not returning his clothing on time. There's no hotel bar to relax in and the evening food service superficially has a good selection, but when we ordered actually had a much smaller selection of available meals.

エアコンの効きが悪く、暑かった。

モーニングを食べたが、 テーブルに虫がたくさんいた！ ホテルに着いた時フロントに誰もおらず、 音を立てても誰もこなく、 20分待ってたら ようやくホテルのスタッフが来た。

ホテルは良かった。特に朝食が美味しかった。

いつも宿泊するホテルが満室でしたので、スグ側にある こちらを予約しました。普段はお向いのホテルなのですが、最上階にレストランがイルミに気になっていたので丁度よかったです。バーとレストランは少し今どきな感じ。夜はイルミが可愛いです。食事は朝食ビュッフェでした。美味しいですよ。お部屋も広くて綺麗です。ただ お部屋によって 窓がほとんどない部屋もありました。

예약을 지키지 않는 사기(?) 수법

예약된 슈피리어 룸이 아닌 일반 룸으로 배정한 것부터 사기(?) 당한 느낌.

5번째 이용했어요 . 하노이에 갈때마다 이용했는데 모든 직원들이 친절하게 잘 대해 주셨어요. 미딩송다 한인타운과는 택시로10분 미만입니다. It's the fifth time I've used it. I used it every time I went to Hanoi. All the employees were kind to me. It's less than 10 minutes' taxi ride to Miding Songda Korean Town.

窓無い部屋で良くなかった

フロントスタッフ、清掃員、レストランスタッフの応対が良い。 マッサージは質が悪い。

目的地の近くだったので宿泊しました。部屋も綺麗で、スタッフも感じがよく、良かったです。

ビジネスでの宿泊と割り切って。

悪い点：スリッパが無い、窓が無い？、アメニティの補充不備、リモコンの電池切れでTVが操作できない 良い点：ビュッフェスタイルの朝食 ホテルはクラシックスタイル(古い)のホテルで懐かしい感じです。 でも何か感覚がしっくりしませんでした。

특가 객실은 샤워실이 너무 좁아서 불편함. 일반 객실을 선택하세요 그외는 괜찮은 편

내부 시설이 오래되었지만 저렴하게 숙박이 가능한 호텔

호텔 룸의 컨디션은 오래되서인지 보통이거나 별로임. 샤워기에서 따뜻한 물이 안나와 방을 교체함. 직원들은 친절한편. 룸써비스로 음식을 시켰는데 음식 맛은 괜찮았음. 호텔 주변에 식당과 마트가 있음.

しっかりとしたホテル

英語対応、お湯がしっかり出る、電源設備、Wi-Fiの強さなど、ハノイでの一般的なホテルの水準は満たしていると思います。 問題無く快適に過ごせると思います。 1点言うとすれば、窓が無い部屋があります。ハノイの街並みを窓から見たい方は窓があるかは確認した方が良いと思います。窓が無くても快適なので問題ないと思います。

隔壁新開了啤酒屋，熱鬧方便 旁邊還有新蓋的建案，都在夜間施工，吵了一點

침대가 굉장히 넓고 좋았습니다. 편안하게 잘 지내다 왔네요~~~!

ロケーションOK

出張時利用しました。普通のホテルです。次回も利用しようかと考えております。価格的にも安く魅力はあるかと思います。食事については利用しておりませんのでコメントは出来ません。

室内用のスリッパが、密閉袋入りの使い捨ての物だったらもっと良かった。 シャワールームに水飛沫防止カーテンがあればもっと良かった。

ホテルの部屋は快適に過ごせました。 大通りから少し入った場所にあるため、わかりにくいのでしょう、Uberで配車を頼んでもホテル前まで来てくれることは少なかったです。

移動に便利

タクシーで移動するのに比較的良い立地です。従業員も若くて親切です。 レストランは眺めも良く料理も美味しくリーズナブルです。

저렴하고 괜찮은 호텔

아침식사는 괜찮았습니다. 다만, 객실 청소는 좀 더 필요할 듯....옷장내부에 먼지가 남아 있고 욕실 샤워욕탕 밑에 지꺼기가 남아 있습니다.

便利で清潔感あるビジネスホテル

周辺には工場中現場がありますが、レストランが多く治安も良好です。部屋は広く清潔感がありフロントサービスも合格です。 シャワーカーテンがあれば更に良いビジネスホテルです。

意外と快適

日本の民放とNHKが見られて、ありがたかったです。

思ったより良いホテル

日本のテレビが５チャンネルほど映ります。また、毎日２本、無料のミネラルウォーターサービスがあります。英語が十分に伝わります。

住宅街にあるホテル

フロントの方は大変親切に迎えてくれました。併設のマッサージ店、活用させていただきました。気持ちよかったです。

Excellent stay in Ha Noi

Here is little bit far from old quater, but it is very nearby My dinh, Korea town. Most of all, room is very comportable and clean. If you choose deluxe room, you can enjoy bath. 구시가지에서는 멀지만, 미딩에서 가까워서 좋습니다. 무엇보다 방이 편안하고 깨끗합니다. 디럭스 룸 이상을 선택하시면 목욕도 즐기실 수 있습니다.

출장 이용 후기 (웨스턴)

조식은 좀 부실한것 같습니다. 방에서 약간의 쾌쾌한 냄새가 났고요, 샤워장소가 별도로 없고 욕조에서 사용해야하는데 유리문이 있어서 조금 불편 했습니다.

가격대비 만족

객실은 만족스러우나 조식이 부실합니다. 아직도 공사중인지 낮시간에는 시끄럽네요.

추천할 만한 서울시내 호텔

아주 접근성이 좋은 곳에 위치하고 있으며, 조용한 호텔이며, 가격대비 편이 시설이 잘 갖추어진 추천할 만한 호텔임.

호텔공사중

호텔옆빌딩공사로 인한 소음이 심해서, 몇번 항의했으나 전혀 개선되지 않고, 아침새벽부터 시작해서 저녁늦게 까지 공사진행중입니다4월13 일 부터 일주일정도 있었지만 호텔에 머물고있는 시간이 괴로운 시간이 되었읍니다. 이 점 미리 감안하셔서 booking 시 참고 바랍니다.

My room was on 2nd floor. It was so noisy becuz of some crazy family shouting on the robby, but hotel did not control those people. I've called reception to make them quite, but no use. You can hear anything even you already lock the door. but they allow me the check out late. Its was ok.

1주일 정도 출장으로 머무른 곳

깔끔하고 조식도 구색을 잘 갖추고 있네요. 주변 다른 곳에 비해 가격이 조금 높지만 가격 값을 합니다. 친절하고 쾌적해요.
