Free parking nearby
We were looking for a cheap place to stay in Selcuk so we could visit nearby Ephesos. We booked Wallabies because it offered free parking. I did not realize though that the hotel is so centrally located. You cannot really drive close to the hotel. Free parking here basically means free parking along the road next to the train station. Once we realized that it was Ok though. We stayed in a 3 bed room, which was ok, breakfast was Ok too. Overall quite decent place, works Ok for a day or two
Very good location, right in the city center, just steps from the train station. Great view of the aquaduct, Very spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Good breakfast. Excellent choice for the price.Thank you.
Pleasant stay I never Selcuk.
I really enjoyed my stay, well managed and comfortable
Decent hotel
Good and nice locality.
Great location. Room was clean and adequate. Nice breakfast.
Friendly service
The front desk people were very helpful and I was checked in quickly. The room was small but clean. The main negatives were that my shower was broken and unusable and the internet had connection problems. The breakfast was a fixed plate. I would prefer a buffet so I can pick the items.
near train thats all
Standard old small hotel, elevator DIDNT work and we had to bring all heavy luggages by ourself which was 3rd floor. very standard breakfast. This hotel have a really bad exchange rate asked me to pay 22 EURO OR 100 LIRA ( becareful if choose to stay here better bring euro cash to pay ) lucky my husband brought euro with him. Was a heavy rain there when i stayed and we borrowed umbrella from hotel , wind was hard and 1 of the umbrella support was bent a little. I told people in the hotel and asked me to pay 30 Lira, thats the most expensive bad quality umbrella i ever had to pay. i regret i didnt buy the umbrella , which ive been told around 5-10Lira only. At the end i asked to give me the umbrella and then I give to other person as the umbrella still can use rather than i leave it with them. Good thing about this hotel only location which just across train station , good for transit only.
Central location in Selçuk
Overall great family running it and were helpful to us regarding places to visit etc. air conditioned which was great. Unfortunately no hot water in the shower on our final morning but we survived. Traditional Turkish breakfast was filling!
Great service and location, but the hotel was overpriced for what you get. The free breakfast was a disappointment, however, the dinner (extra charge) was amazing! The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it was only a box spring. We had to layer the bed with extra blankets to reduce the springs poking into or ribs. The shower was very high pressure and would not drain. We could only shower for a few minutes before having to turn the water off and let it drain for 5 minutes. The walls are very things and it is extremely loud. Close to a mosque with prayer service going off at 3am.
Great location
Great location to train and best food. Own restaurant and jimmy round the corner for Turkish food and Julia / yuseli moon shop. The best for all shopping, very honest and friendly. Loved it.
Helpful
Hotel can help to save your luggages before you take long distance bus. It is very helpful. But lobby didn't have toliet, it is not user-friendly.
A common cheap hotel near bus station
One if the good things is the location, neat the bus station, many retaurants, shops near by. The desk lady is some how blunt and no TV in the room.
Clean room, nice location
the room is clean, I can see the hotel just got renovation, the staff is friendly. it's very close the bus and train station.
Very good
Very comfortable to travel with family and dogs. The storks behind the window are cool!
terrible hotel
we are a couple who were travelling through turkey during december 2017.when we arrived at the hotel there was nobody at the reception. The woman in the restaurant told us to enter through it and showed us the way to our room which was located in the 3rd floor. Apparently there was a lift that nobody used, and nobody talked about it. Our room was a disaster. there were no sheets on the bed, the blanket was smelly, the floor and bed as well as toilets were full of black hairs, it was freezing and the heating sistem was not even working. Taking into account that was night time and it was raining heavily we decided to stay at the ''hotel''. next morning we still did not have hot water for the shower and the breakfast neither helped us (a cup of tee, 2 tomato and cucumber pieces, 1 boiled egg, 1 small cheese piece and 2 olives). we leaved the hotel inmmediately before check out time which was at 10.30 We will never ever go back again. There are other much better choices neariby.
Great location
The hotel is pretty basic and could do with some maintenance, broken blind and cupboard handles, but good breakfast, welcoming owners and great location. Minutes from bus and train stations and 30 min walk to Ephesus.
