la nourriture n'est vraiment pas bonne .
צוות הנקיון צועק בבוקר מוקדם במסדרונות כאילו הם בשוק
Horrible experience
Hotels.com didn’t inform in the receipt that tax will be charge at the hotel, nor when the guests arrive, but in their departure. The spa took an order and my credit card I asked to pay from it, in the departure they ask to charge the guest, which all the order was a gift and pay by me. Was great disappointment and embarrassing and misleading have the guests ask to pay things that shouldn’t be. I order a cake birthday extra which was expensive and not tasty. Beside good breakfast noting to mention for excellent . Will not visit again, nor do order in local hotel.
Staff was professional and courteous. Food was exceptionally delicious. Highly recommend. 5 Stars
Nice, clean
Jerusalem Mamila
great location and stuff
Horrific issues with the front desk, credit card got charged on multiple occasions without my knowledge or consent. To such an extent that we got charged almost the triple the cost of our advertised booking rate. Still waiting for refunds , apparently it can take up to 20 days to process.
Really like the people who work for making me feel happy. Thank you very much you have such an incredible customer service and beautiful hotel with so much good food
Real quality
Having stayed in many places, this for sure is straight in there in the top three place we’ve ever been to. Attention to detail. Parking, breakfast, the room, gym, pool everything simply superb
We had a super fantastic stay. The Israeli-style breafast is out of this world! I've never seen anything like it!!! We highly recommend Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem!!! This was our second time back!!! :)
Fabulous experience
We have been coming to Jerusalem for the past 20+ years and this was our first time at the WA. It is our new favorite hotel in Jerusalem- well-situated, esthetic ally pleasing, excellent service and impeccably clean. We will be back
Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Loved it. Will definitely stay here again. Beautiful hotel and gorgeous rooms.
Everything except housekeeping is excellent
Very nice stay, perfect location close to the old city、spacious room、good cleaning、delicious food. Thanks for upgrading room and additional bed for my daughter. And specially thank lobby concierge George, very nice,we family were very happy,we hope to be back.
Excellent Property
Great hotel
Great and luxurious hotel. The service was amazing and welcoming. Location is superb and the room was great. We enjoyed our stay and will return
Wonderful Hotel, Exceptional Service
The Waldorf, Astoria, Jerusalem is probably the very best hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many fine ones. The concierge Billet provided such excellent service that we were able to take advantage of many of the sites in Jerusalem that we might not have gotten to had it not been for all of his help. The service in terms of the twice daily cleaning of our room and the spectacular buffet were two more outstanding features of this hotel. The friendly doorman greeted you whenever you left or returned to the premises and helped get you a cab when needed. I would recommend that anybody thinking of going to Jerusalem take the time to read the reviews for this wonderful hotel and consider it as their number one option. I intend to return to Jerusalem one day and will definitely return to the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem.
The location is perfect to walk to old Jerusalem The property is beautiful and clean and comfortable The food is amazing The spa is great The staff is extremely helpful and nice Love it
concierge was awesome
We had a great time
Beautiful property and excellent staff.
very nice
Probably the best hotel in Jerusalem. Will definitely stay again
nice room but ac makes room very dry, not so comfortable
Would not recommend
Appalling, rooms not ready when we arrived, then they gave us an upgrade and that was not available. Room dusty, balcony covered in bird droppings, rooms not tidied unless we called, facilities advertised not available. Would not recommend
Clean top with service Staff are amazing. Professional
Always great!!!!
We always have an amazing time at the Waldorf Astoria!!! Everything is great! Food, Service, Room and Caring attitude! We look forward to coming back this summer!
Beyond excellent
It was beyond our expectation. Service was excellent. For the life of me i dont know why anyone would be critical of anything about the waldorf.
Well worth the stay at this hotel
We had a very comfortable stay, the service was excellent. I am not sure why there were critical reviews against this hotel.
WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE
It was awful. Such an overrated hotel. The worst service and security I have ever encountered. Rude and unprofessional staff. The worst food. Room service could not get one order correct. Not even tea and coffee‼️. I would recommend staying anywhere else‼️
Evrything was great but servicing at breakfast - chaotic movements of waiters resulting in long time waiting of coffee or tea. Otherwise, pleasant stay - everyone is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ameer - superb management skills!
Friday night at the dinner, light went off in the hotel. One day Room was not cleaned. Staff could be friendlier Too expensive
Excellent place to stay
Amazing
Location is very good. The room wasnt clean and it was too noisy from 6AM when staff opened and shut doors infront of the room. This shouldn't take place on a property as this one, including its rate
Nice hotel
aaa
At the hotel reception they upgraded my room to a suite. Personal treatment for us and all guests. The place is quiet and pleasant. In short, a very high class hotel.
Gorgeous hotel, built to the latest standards. Amazing customer service.
Beautiful hotel great location
Everything excellent, what I don’t get it is how an hotel such the “Waldorf” the breakfast is only until 10.30am and the fitness center is only open until 7pm….
Great place
Some of the staff is very not professional. 11:00pm I called the front desk multiple times, no answer. I went downstairs to front desk, the receptionist was on his cellphone for over 10 min totally ignoring me. At that point I gave up and left. Overall it’s a great place but they need a Siri is improvement with their staff
Close proximity to the religious and holy locations. Catering specifically for their Jewish customers during the passover period, at the detriment of the non-Jewish patrons.
Waiting to come again!
This is our third stay at the hotel. Service has always been amazing. They truly try to accommodate! They think of everything to make your room comfortable! Breakfast is amazing. I was a little disappointed in the Shabbos meal this time. Other than that it is a 10+.
location , staff service is excellent,
Always receive a lovely warm welcome, particularly from Adnan the best Concierge in Jerusalem. Room was a little on the small size for a King Size deluxe-the rooms in the upper floors seem quite a bit larger. Friday night dinner was superb as usual as was breakfast on Saturday.Had a strange incident Saturday lunchtime which resulted in the room not being made up in the normal Waldorf Astoria manner. The hotel mana
I liked that the check in staff member remembered my name for the duration of my stay. I didn't like paying an extra $15 per day for parking. Raise the room price if you must, but at an over £350 per night hotel, that just seemed grubby.
Perfect!!
Was just great We celebrated our mom birthday The stuff did everything to make this event be unforgettable
!
European look. very impressive. the checkout process is annoying.
All good
amazing!
Good
Yes for a stay No for dinner...
Everything was wonderful except for dinner. You would expect from such a hotel that prices a very very expensive dinner, to a level of food no less than excellent. It was not like that. The other nights we had to order food from a restaurant from Jerusalem to the room ....
beautiful hotel, very good room, breakfast wasnt good.
Everything was great but in the end the price was higher than told at the booking website
WALDORF ASTORIA JERUSALEM - GREAT SERVICE
The service of all staff members was excellent and the hotel is very clean. They serve great breakfast and their efforts to satisfy the guests are amazing.
The cleaning staff on my floor did not wear masks on two separate days, even though I informed the hotel reception. Trays and extra beds were left in the hallway for almost a whole day. When checking in, I was not informed that two of the restaurants were closed and that I had to park my own car. Furthermore, the afternoon tea was cancelled. I understand that COVID has caused some things to be changed or cancelled, but I should be informed and the room rates should reflect the lack of amenities available.
Was super clean. Great breakfast.very corona safe... All staff wore masks and instead of buffet , everything. Was brought to the table and you ordered whatever you want - With great service. Parking was very affordable and convenient.
Amazing
Amazing, trip, wonderful staff. It was a pleasure.
beautiful hotel but staff not very pleasant. At check in not at all nice in any way.
Everything was excellent. People were very accommodating
Fabulous Luxury Hotel
The hotel is luxury with exceptional lobby. The staff was gracious and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. Our room was beautiful, spacious with every amenity thinkable. The bed is huge and super comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem. Thank you for a wonderful memorable experience.
Everything was perfect . Couldnt have asked for anything more. Deff lived up to expectations.
Heaven on earth!!!!Great location and service.
Everyone was amazing .. the food excellent .... love this place .., I would go again
Liked the breakfast and the excellent service. The beds were fine but not on par with the rest of the hotel in terms of comfort....they were not bad but not outstanding. Also the king beds were just 2 smaller mattresses pushed together so the seam in the middle and contour of the bed was awkward.
First class staff—- First class hotel
This is a beautiful hotel. I stayed there two years ago and was absolutely thrilled. This time, it was a little different. The hotel is still beautiful but the food is just OK. Last time I was raving about the breakfast. This time, the selection was much narrower and the quality was just OK. Last time it was outstanding. Obviously, things changed ...
Very good location , excellent views to old city and walking distance to historic places
Clean,new,punctual checkin,tasty breakfast,fast wifi
room service was very bad and the towels in the room were dirty
Great location, nice rooms, but terrible service
Very disappointing for the price and not what I expected of the Waldorf brand. At the Shabbat dinner they charged me $150 USD for my son's hotdog. When I complained that they charged the full adult price for my child, which they told me they would not do, it took repeated requests to get them to refund me $25. No apologies or effort to rectify the overcharging. Multiple requests were made of our servers but items weren't delivered until third request. Conceirge wasn't particularly helpful. House keeping was asked to come back to clean our room and they did not. The bellboys were very courteous and helpful.
5 star
Great
Expedia misrepresented the deal by rating the hotel as a five star. They are not a five star hotel and the hotel itself does not claim to be a five star hotel. No pool, no spa. Really? In August on vacation there is no pool. None! The staff was obnoxious and the front desk supervisor Mohammad was downright nasty.
Excellent
Excelente Service !!!!!!! And wonderfoul hotel
Good Facility but the dining issue is poor, the service was not good
Beautiful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, amazing courtyard.
I’d want to know
Walking to our room I was surprised to see that there were many stains in the hallway carpeting. The shower stall outer wall had rust marks along the side. Our room has a lot of nice details but it was small. We were celebrating my birthday. The hotel did send a delicious piece of cake & bottle of wine to our room. Nice. Breakfast was ok. I was surprised that the salads were not appetizing. Fresh berries were in season but not available in the fruit section of the buffet.
Can’t wait to come back!!!!
This our second visit in the last year!!! We really have enjoyed The Waldorf Astoria. The first trip was a family celebration and second a couple trip. Everyone one thoroughly enjoyed location, accommodations, staff and food!!!!!! Truly an amazing experience!!!! We Totally recommend it!
Beautiful, Nice & Clean ,
Excellent customer service, very friendly there to help Delicious breakfast & dinner Bar available good drink choices
Very high standard. A privilege staying here. A little costly though.
Upmarket Hotel in great location
Great hotel and as all accommodation in Israel pricy . The service is however very good and the rooms very comfortable. It’s in a good location to trendy pets of Jerusalem and for us was perfect and 5 min walk to Jaffa gate . Only one concern why the WiFi was not as good as expected for the standard of this hotel . Anyway the staff is very helpful and we would stay here again
I liked all aspects of the Waldorf which I consider to be a first class establishment. It’s Proximity to the Mamilla Mall was an added bonus
I like the style of the property and convenience of location
Don’t miss out
The service was Great!!! Bartenders and servers were the best I have ever seen. Chloe,Aaron ,Asrar,Daniel and Joshua made the whole trip priceless!!!!!
We had a wonderful time the staff was amazing!there is nothing to criticize.we had a relaxing stay
Decent but slightly jaded
A decent yet dated hotel. Could do with new carpets and seating throughout. Very retro 1970s vibe in parts. Yet clean with v good service.
Both day and night doorman (guys with the tall hat) were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Room was clean, comfortable and good size. Location is very good.
Very Happy
The Waldorf Astoria caters to your every need!
It was beautiful and very comfortable but the only thing in the bathroom was some hair in the shower from the previous guest and one of the taps was loose.
The service was excellent. Only drawback was no pool. Otherwise , our stay was excellent.
We are coming to our vacation and is was not good.
Great experience
Large, clean and comfortable rooms Most of the staff were very nice, professional, and very helpful. The breakfast room manager should get some more training on Waldorf style hospitality
