Great hotel, it was very easy for us to get around and everyone was so friendly. We used the on site valet and they were always so quick at getting us our vehicle.

Love the property, but a couple things missing in room that were there previously, heating did not respond well, room was cold. Will go back, soon.

Location is super convenient and staffs are friendly! Will definitely come back next time I’m in Montreal.

Nice location and easy to walk thru all of Montreal. Rooms were clean comfortable, had a bathtub and had a very comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms also were larger than the norm, with comfortable couch.

Great stay , everything was perfect

Personable and pleasant interactions with staff. However, housekeeping failed to clean the room properly and failed to replace towels and amenities. Response from front desk was cordial, but again incomplete, requiring 2 follow-up calls. Not a big problem, but frustrating, considering the rates charged in this "upscale" hotel.

Terrible communication - overbooked hotel

Arrived at vogue at 6pm. We had booked AND pre paid for our room a few weeks prior for an event we were attending in Montréal. Upon arrival at the front desk, we are told there are no rooms available and are left with no where to stay downtown. The worst part is we had driven three hours and we’re not informed (no phone call, text or email) prior to arriving at the hotel about this issue. The hotel tried to put us at a hotel by the airport (for the same price and without any compensation or offer of transportation). As we booked to stay downtown for the event this was very upsetting. As a result we found a hotel on our own which meant we had to fork up $1000 for a same day booking on a busy weekend (which the hotel has not reimbursed). I would not recommend staying here based on the terrible service received and zero effort of communication.

we got there and they said we couldn't stay cause the hotel was overbooked and then put hmus honing another hotel but way out of the area. it completely sucked

Construction noise outside starting 7am!!

One of the front desk staff was extremely Rude. No hot water, instead of telling they tried to cover it up. Finally they admitted they been having issues. I had paid for full breakfast but falsely was told there is a limit on what we can order. When leaving the breakfast area lady there said there is no such thing. Room was clean but the rest was not good.

From the moment we stepped into the Vogue Hotel Montreal, we knew we were in for a treat. The hotel’s impeccable cleanliness, and a ray of amenities truly set the stage for a wonderful stay. Despite the surrounding construction, the vibrant energy of the area filled with fantastic shopping and dining options, added to the experience. The courteous staff made us feel welcome from start to finish, and we particularly enjoy the delightful drinks at the hotel bar and the delicious breakfast each morning. Our time at the Hotel Montreal was nothing short of exceptional, and we can’t wait to return.

We got a nice upgrade to our room with a jacuzzi tub… Very spacious. The best thing about any hotel is how good the people are, and yours were excellent, very polite and helpful.

The hotel is very nice, but the bathroom bottles had not been refilled. There was no shower gel whatsoever, and a couple other bottles were very low. Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay of one night.

It was located in a great location- close to everywhere you can walk too.

Wonderful hotel but we had to wait over 45 minutes past the check in time since the room was not ready.

The room wasn’t ready at 6pm and then the next day we got locked out of our room because the latch was broken. They had to send an engineer to physically unscrew the door. It was fine otherwise but not the high quality experience we are used to with this hotel. The staff person at the front deck was rude when our room wasn’t ready two hours after check in time. Didn’t offer any sort of credit or anything for the inconvenience. Overall, I don’t know if we’ll be back or not.

Let's just say it's not what it used to be. Our shower was in the kitchen area, with a door that didn't lock, there was no window in the living area and although we checked in at 11 with a promise of the room being ready shortly, we returned at 330 to find out they needed an another 45 minutes to prepare it. As I said, not what it used to be.

Very disappointed that the room wasn’t ready until 6pm despite checkin time being 4pm. I was told I would be called when it was ready and never was. I had to call down after waiting nearly an hour to find out it was ready. No one seemed to care at all that it wasn’t ready or about the delay.

I will give a one star bcs when we require to have a bottle water, the men in the front desk always trying to refuse us, as what he said, sure it’s not complimentary .However,the girl in the frontdesk was always willing to help,besides ! They totally forgot to do the housekeeping for us in one day of our stay, Not only this but also anti-lock us outside 15 minutes…BTW…I was busting to go to the toilet！！！

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. I was very grateful that they let me check in early after a very early morning flight in. Room amenities are top notch and the room service is very fast. Only downsides is that it doesn’t have a smart tv so you have to order movies or watch local tv and my room was very noisy at 4am as a delivery truck for the hotel was offloading right outside my window.

Great 4.5 star hotel

I stayed here 10 years ago as part of my honeymoon. It was listed as 5-star at the time, and was the most luxurious hotel I ever stayed at. Fast forward 10 years and I've been blessed to stay at many more 5-star hotels around the world, and I appreciate that this one has been downgraded to 4.5 stars, because its most definitely not 5-star. The service was 5 star. Everyone was super attentive and helpful. I'd put it on the better end of 5-stars. However the property itself showed signs of wear that a hotel at this level shouldn't. The tub shouldn't be scratched from cleaning, it should be pristine. The materials, and general luxury (apart from the soaps) were about par with a 4-star Hilton. The fact of the matter is the world is messed up with pricing right now that ruins everything. This is a great hotel, we loved our stay, but at $500 a night... not sure.
