A 5 Star Experience - Truly a Home Away from Home Vivanta's security services were top-notch, providing a sense of safety and comfort throughout our stay. The reception staff went above and beyond, offering a warm welcome and efficiently addressing any inquiries. Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for a delightful stay, making us feel valued as guests. The room service was exceptional, catering to our needs promptly and with a genuine willingness to make our stay memorable. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The gym staff demonstrated a high level of expertise, making our fitness routine enjoyable. Their friendly encouragement and personalized assistance added a personal touch to the fitness experience. The dining staff, especially in the kitchen and room service, were outstanding. They not only prepared delicious meals but also took the time to understand and cater to our daughter's preferences. Their effort to introduce her to Indian cuisine and ensure she relished every bite was a heartwarming gesture. Panipuris were the best amd memorable. The entire hotel staff made us feel like an extended family, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the kitchen to the room service, everyone seemed genuinely invested in ensuring our comfort, making my family feel cherished and at home.

Checked in and checked out same day felt like I was at Motel6 in the states. Bathroom was run down and old and so was the room and the hallways seemed like nothing was ever updated. Save your self and stay at court yard Marriot which was a actual 5 star hotel

The location is good for my office but the property was undergoing renovation starting around 830 in the morning. This meant being woken up every day by drilling, hammering etc. I will find a new hotel and use a car service.

I am really impressed on our 5 days stay at the hotel- stuff went over and helped us in every way- I would like to thank everyone in the kitchen who made our stay more wonderful- Hiren, Neelima,Malavika and of course the chef Tanayi)who made my first time of enjoying the best food- Also I want to say the guys who are there when we first enter in - Hats off to the high security that they have- And never the list Vikram-(housekeeping) a big thank you for making my stay so comfortable- I sure will be back- thankyou

Nice stay

Stay in the executive suite and hospitality at the hotel was awesome.

Courteous staff, very Taj.

Everything was good, except the property needs some refurbishment. Plus covid appropriate protocols were not followed at the restaurant for breakfast. Almost all guests were not wearing a mask, and no one was following social distancing.It was as if covid never existed.Maybe they need to open another space to handle larger crowds for breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Needs renovation

Everyone made you feel like home and nothing was too much trouble. Location is perfect. The service by all the staff was impeccable in everyway.

Service was bit slow

The property was kept clean and I liked the hotel

I booked executive room from expedia however when I arrived at the hotel their only executive room was stuffy, dark and with dirty couch. They then put me in another room which was good however a level below. They didnt returned or adjusted the final fare as they argue I booked the room through expedia. Also their staff was less friendly when we asked for water and request to get internet once we checked out.

Location, service and staff. Very welcoming place and felt like home. Enjoyed breakfast as well.

Great hospitality in a lovely place.

Overall nice hotel. What put this place over the top for me was service. I came back to the Gateway from my jobsite, suffering from what I believed to be good poisoning. I was able to see a hotel doctor and was taken care of very well by the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The stay was excellent.

Overall very comforting. Mayank Front office Manager took good care. The restaurant was very hospitable and gave personalized attention. Ginger cake was delicious

Every staff were kind and polite. The room condition was usual for me. Restraurant was good for breakfast.

One of the best in Vadodara

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Vadodara. Although it is a five star hotel, it felt like a four star (whatever that means). Great service and friendly staff. Recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in the city. Will definitely book again. The staff is very helpful and humble. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Facility has restaurants and swimming pool. WiFi is okay, but acceptable. Location is great, very convenient. My stay was pleasant without any problems.

A very friendly atmosphere. Great service. The rooms and hallway could do with some upgrades.. Queen size bed in wheels in an excutive room!! Not a good feeling if bed moves when you waking up in the mddle of the night reaching for water or phone... Decent cleanliness, Great food... a recommended stay...

Nice comparitively

Staff was wonderful, very welcoming. It was nice that there are bathtubs but the water is not hot enough to use. Main hotel temperature could be cooler but rooms were fine. Would be nice if they had a 24 hour restaurant; they would get more international travelers. All in all though, a lovely stay.

Beyond wonderful

Everything about this hotel is superb, from the wonderfully accommodating staff to the delicious food and the immaculately clean room. The menu is varied to please everyone, and in addition to Indian cuisine, includes healthy options, American and Asian dishes. 24/7 room service offers a diverse menu as well, with prompt service and surprise extras, like freshly baked cookies with our evening tea and cappuccino. The chef Ravi personally visited our table at every meal to be sure we were pleased, and to present us with samplings of his special dishes. Housekeeping service was outstanding, with spotlessly cleaned rooms, fresh towels/linens and bottled water every day. The fitness room was also very clean and a peaceful, pleasant environment to work out in. Complimentary bottled water, fruit and fresh towels made it a pleasure to visit.

Excellent in the vicinity

The staff is super accommodating and makes sure your needs are catered to. They have restaurants for all cuisines with good taste. Buffet is slightly overpriced but variety and taste is good. Good for business as well as family stay. Safe and Calm location.

Excellent hotel.. great staff..

One if he best staff i have seen in any hotel.. almost everyone was happy to help us.. at breakfast the Chef cooking Dosa was exceptional... i wish i could hire him!! Felt totally at home!! Taj hospitality at uts best!
