Adorei a experiência!! Staff muito prestativo e simpático, comida no restaurante Terroir e bar incrível, espaço exterior e interior maravilhoso!! Sem dúvida alguma voltarei a repetir esta experiência!

amazing place to stay!

Highly recommend Vinha Boutique Hotel. What a fabulous experience! It's a beautiful property with an extremely helpful staff. The restaurants are delicious with impeccable service. Had we known what a wonderful place this was we would have stayed more than 1 night. We definitely plan to visit again!

Beautiful hotel. Had a wonderful stay

Most comfortable bed ever! The amenities were from Jo Loves. The food was wonderful (dinner and breakfast)! It was a pleasant surprise throughout our short stay. I wish I had more time. Would surely go back!

Beautiful and clean hotel. Amazon staff. The only thing is if you are traveling with small kids you won’t be able to use the indoor pool or the Vinha restaurant.

This hotel is amazing. Has a wonderful landscape right next to the river. As a matter of fact they even offer you a free riverboat ride to the center and a charter transportation to pick you up. I really enjoyed the attention to detail and the spa is great.

This hotel is simply exceptional in every way, I can't wait to return. The amazing staff, the gorgeous building and interiors, the location, the unforgettable food and drink. It was absolutely amazing ❤️

Overall hotel is outstanding, impeccable service. The SPA was amazing. For this winter season, they should provide fire pits for the guests and some wine tasting activities.

Great and friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, Room was not the same as the online picture, as we booked a suite, and they have several ones, perhaps next time worth asking them which room will be provided. roads to get to the hotel small and bumpy but very quiet and clean, great and very friendly service would def visit again.

This place was just beautiful and the staff were so incredibly helpful. Everything we enjoyed on property including the Turkish baths, the pool, and the restaurant were fantastic. Wish we stayed longer

5 star is overrated for this place

Our arrival at the hotel was not ideal. There was a miscommunication on our pick up arrangement from the airport. The hotel had send me an email to which I responded to, on top of using the link within the email itself to ensure proper delivery of my message. I had to call to ask where our driver was and apparently they had never received my email response. Upon arrival, our room was not ready because we arrived in the morning. We were able to get breakfast but then no one really accommodated us. We ended up sitting in the middle of the common waiting area with a lot of foot traffic, which is typically the area that the guests would use while waiting for their Uber etc...but in our case, we had already been traveling since 3AM and we were both tired. I ended up sleeping on the their designated sofas for about 3hours. My partner was very disappointed, because no one cared to ask him if he would want some water, tea, coffee etc..while waiting..or even if we were okay. He felt very uncomfortable and out of place, and for a 5 star hotel, it just did not meet the 5 star hotel service standards that we would have expected. We stayed in a 5 star hotel in Mykonos a few days prior and the difference in customer service and attention to details was blatant. Most of the staff speak a little bit of English but when I went to the SPA, there was a bigger gap in the language barrier, which is not ideal when you are about to get a massage. Customer service needs improvement

Gorgeous high end hotel with excellent service

An exceptional Hotel worthy of 5 stars

This was our second visit to Vinha Boutique this year and we really appreciate the stunning decor and beautiful grounds. The only negative is the location but this could be easily solved with a boat transfer service from the hotel to Porto. As there is already a superb jetty at the hotel I am not sure why the owners of the hotel are not providing this as they have spent so much money making sure everything else is perfect.

Hotel stay in Porto

Spent 2 weeks in Spain and Portugal. We only stayed there one night, but it was spectacular. The room was amazing and the view of the river was excellent. We stayed in the Four Seasons Madrid and it wasn't as nice.

The property is aesthetically pleasing. Restaurants are mediocre at best, food is not worth the cost, service is extremely slow. Room cleaning also mediocre, the only thing that was done was the bed being remade. Overall nice hotel to see once but probably won’t be coming back.

Everything is very expensive here .. In order to eat at the restaurant is like pulling teeth and there are practically empty . Imagine if they were full. They room for ever to bring our dishes each like 30 minute wait . I has to cancel the last dish because they were taking too long and had to practically fight verbally with them because they didn’t want to cancel it and wanted me to pay The door to the bathroom is a sliding door which is the same door to the coffee and safe so when someone needs to use the coffee maker the door must be closed to the bathroom and vise Versa.

Hotel is away from hustle and bustle but with beautiful setting on the banks of the river it’s hard to find any fault except it’s a ten euro taxi to town centre I thought it a plus

Muita rigidez

Hotel 5* sentimos desde o início muita rigidez por parte de todo o staff com a exceção do restaurante. Tudo demasiado formal com muitas regras. No spa tínhamos de marcar hora eu fui fazer uma massagem de 90 minutos a minha esposa só foi depois porque só podíamos estar no máximo 90 minutos faz algum sentido principalmente com um hotel vazio?! Agora imaginem que quero ir de manhã e depois já tarde estou num hotel spa para relaxar não me parece que tenha o mínimo de sentido

Execelente hotel mas o ar....

Então, o hotel é lindo e tem uma vista belíssima para o Rio Douro, tem um pátio e jardim super bonito, café da manhã excelente, vistas para fotos lindíssimas, o hotel é novo porém tivemos problemas com ar-condicionado do quarto, fato esse que tive vários aborrecimentos, primeiramente no dia 1 o ar não esfriava, após reclamação feita quando saímos para jantar o ar voltou a funcionar mas apenas por aquela noite, no dia seguinte saímos pela manhã e ao retornar o ar já não esfriava, indagamos a recepcionista e a mesma disse que iria lá, pasmem a mesma chegou ao quarto e disse "para mim a temperatura está agradável", ora, pra ela né, sendo assim na noite 2 dormimos com praticamente sem AR, logo no cafe da manhã fui abordado por uma diretora técnica que informou que aquele andar passava por um problema técnico e sugeriu para mudarmos para outro andar e assim fizemos, logo o ar funcionava normalmente e ai sim tivemos uma noite de sono. Pontos positivos também foram os amenites da JO Malone, no segundo quarto o mesmo era maior e tinha uma cama mais confortável. Mesmo assim recomendo bastante o hotel e por favor ajeitem o ar condicionado e treinem os funcionários para tratarem com hóspedes quando os mesmos apresentarm problemas em sua hospedagem.

Palhaçada hotel não sabe receber família. Crianças não podem na utilizar piscina apenas avisam no check in. Mandam informação incompletas apenas falando sobre o spa que não aceita crianças. Como vou adivinhar. Uma vergonha ridículo. Não sabem receber ou informar antes. Muita decepção.

Lugar incrível perto do centro do Porto

Sitio incrivel, com muito espaço exterior para passear. o hotel é novo e muito bonito. O quarto espaçoso e confortável com vista para o rio. O spa e o ginásio tambem sao muito bons. Pequeno-almoço incrivel, funcionários muito antenciosos e simpaticos. Vale a pena experimentar o restaurante Vinha e passar antes no bar para um cocktail. Realmente adorei tudo. Voltarei!

Greatest ever.

평점들이 다 10 점이길래 처음엔 업체에서 올린 광고 평점들인가 의심했습니다. 하지만 숙박하는 2 일간 모든 직원들이 하나 같이 보여준 친절함과 , 깨끗하고 격조 있는 시설들에 저도 모든 면에서 10 점을 남깁니다. 여러 유럽을 다녀봤고 언제나 제일 좋은 호텔들을 골라왔습니다만 가격 대비 이렇게 훌륭한 호텔은 처음인 것 같아, 난생 처음 후기를 남깁니다.

This is a really outstanding hotel one of the best we ever stayed at. Excellent service, beautiful hotel, rooms, design, surroundings, view and great food. The spa and pool area was also top nice. Would love to come back.
