Amazing place to stay, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Everything was clean and modern. It’s located in walking distance of everything. The Christmas markets were a 3 minute walk from us located in old town square. One of my favourite hotels I’ve been to by far.

fantastic communication and kindness

I will recommend the Vinfort Aparthotel to family and friends. It is in the perfect location walkable to numerous restaurants, shops, hair salons, historical sites and the street is fairly quiet compared to other streets nearby.

This is the perfect place for a stay in Krakow. It is a very short walk to the main square and 10 minutes to the train station. There are shops close by to get groceries at, and excellent restaurants nearby. Public transport is easily accessible. The apartment was extremely clean and has every amenity you would need. It is beautifully designed and decorated. The staff is amazing and very responsive. It's extremely safe and quiet even though you are in the middle of everything. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay

Excellent 4-night stay at Vinfort Aparthotel which was located at the centre of Krakow city. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

Great location, just steps from the square. No reception desk, but management was very responsive via text. You are given a code for the front door and another for the room. Note there are lots of stairs. Our room was on the 3rd floor which is actually four levels up as there are no rooms on the ground floor. Luckily we only had backpacks and no luggage. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay again, but would request a lower floor.

The location of this accommodation is absolutely excellent - seconds from the main square! The room was spacious, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Communication before arrival was great - we had no issues checking in to the room, despite no staff on reception. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Perfect location, spotless, spacious and quiet.

Lovely accommodation. So clean and perfect location for the main square. Showers were lovely and the beds super comfy. Only negatives is that there are no lifts and we were on the top floor. Oversight on my part as it did say no lifts at the bottom of advert. Also room was at the back of the building so no view other than the back of another building, again not an issue for us as we were out all day. Would definitely recommend apartments but would suggest requesting a first floor apartment and also a room at the front.

Perfect stay

Fabulous room and location. More an apartment than hotel as there are no staff or hotel facilities. Minor comment as the place was perfect for us. Kitchen had all the facilities needed, even a dishwasher. I booked 2 rooms for family and it was perfect right in the heart of the action but no more noisy bar as a previous comment was made. Room was quiet. Nice big bed and room was clean and up to date.

Lovely central hotel

Lovely apartment room, communication with hotel was excelent, they give you a key code for both doors the day before you arrive, room was clean and tidy and very close to centre so good location. Only thing i will say is there is no lift and a lot of stairs but over all fab hotel will definatly like to stay again.

This location is perfect, right around the corner from the main square (most sights were 10-15 minutes away). Could easily get around the city. Large apartment with plenty of room, great communication and amenities too. Felt very safe, would highly recommend.

We booked this at short notice via Trivago and when we arrived, the reservation made with the hotel had not included our 2 young children. Aleksandra on the reception was superb and offered us an additional bed at no extra cost (it was not needed because the room already had a Queen bed and sofa bed). The room was beautifully presented and had everything we needed with a kitchenette and lovely shower room. The hotel is just a few mins walk from the Old Square and very much in the heart of the Old Town with an abundance of restaurants etc close by. We chose not to have the delivered buffet breakfast and found an amazing Italian restaurant just 50 yds around the corner towards the square (Bianca I think it was called and highly recommended too!). In summary, great location, friendly and helpful staff and beautifully presented accommodation. We'll be back again soon!

Great apartment!! A stones throw away from the main square. excellent location. Our room was on 3rd floor (to be aware, expect to climb many stairs - there is no lift/elevator) - really spacious, modern furnishings and decoration, ensuite bathroom was clean with products provided, towels and bathrobes. small kitchenette with hob, kettle and nespresso machine (no pods provided however). We had a great stay, thank you.

Great location and comfortable room, would recommend

Perfect location for exploring the old town (a few steps from Market Square) and the manager Aleksandra is very heplpful. The room was very spacious and beautifully appointed, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom top range. Though the webite stated that housekeeping would visit at least once, the maid came every other day to change towels etc. On the downside, there is no lift so if one were staying on the top floor (I was on the 1st floor) it would be quite a strain carrying luggage and if you have any kind of mobility issue, impossible to manage. The other problem is the rather noisy music pub called 'Sticky Fingers' which is next door and has a late license until 2am or even later on Friday and Saturday nights. Take good earplugs to cope with this. Otherwise, 4 star accommodation at a great price!

On a relatively quiet street, just off the main square. The location couldn't be better. It's a beautifully restored and well maintained building. My room was large, comfortable and warm with a good bathroom and great shower.

Gorgeous apartment. Everything brand new and done to a very high standard. Amazing location, right beside the main square. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Alexandra at reception was a huge help. She had our room ready early on the first day and kept us up to date by messages. She even printed out ParkRun barcodes for us.

Just Perfect

I give props to Alexandra representing the hotel.. my flight was canceled and than other flight rescheduled and delayed all in 24h... she was patient and very understanding and very accommodating. We will definitely recommend and will stay again in this hotel. Absolutely amazing location and service!

Perfect location- easy to walk to from train station and just steps away from central square. Front rooms are over the street so noisy 😕 ask for a room in the back or wear ear plugs!

The property was in excellent condition, the room was very clean an in a great location, it was also quiet and the facilities were just right for our needs. Aleksandra went out of her way to help us during our stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel manager was fantastic and very helpful. Breakfasts brought to the room, when you want them every morning, were delicious. Without asking, a breakfast was left in the fridge the night before, for our 5:00am departure. Great location!

The hotel is clean, located next to the Main Square, very nice place. I really liked this hotel.

Careful of room description

The room was lovely and clean and in good condition, with the exception of a broken drinking glass. The hotel very central. However, care is needed when booking as the instead of the queen side bed we were promised at booking we actually had two single beds pushed together with separate covers. This really let the place down.

Ho prenotato una camera per 2 adulti ed 1 ragazzo di 14 anni. Mi aspettavo un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto ma quest'ultimo non c'era. Abbiamo dovuto dormire in tre in un letto matrimoniale. Ho provato a telefonare all'host due volte ma non mi hanno risposto. Ho inviato un messaggio e mi hanno risposto il giorno dopo che la camera era per due ospiti. Ma io su Expedia ho chiesto la prenotazione per tre persone.

Fantastiskt boende som rekommenderas!

Helt fantastiskt boende. Vi bodde i familjerummet och det var bekvämt och rymligt! Jättebra läge med ett stenkast från torget samtidigt som det var tyst i rummet och vi inte alls stördes av alla människor som passerade nedför på gatan. Smidig in- och utcheckning.

Great apartment hotel in the city center

Good location, right in the city center, Old Town main square just around the corner; plenty of restaurants and cafeterias in the area; river and Wawel castle around 10-15 min by walk. No personnel at weekends and evenings, entry instructions are sent by e-mail, which is convenient. Room is spacious, clean, equipped with good quality furniture. Only one inconvenience: it was not possible to reach the hotel via the phone to inform about late arrival, so needed to contact hotels.com support.

Moderne hotell nært torget og kirken.

Hotellet er velholdt, rommene romslige og moderne. Frokosten som leveres på rommet,er variert, rikholdig og god. Sengene er harde,og savnet en mikro. Hotellet ligger nært kirken, noe som betyr at man hører kirkeklokkene og trompetlyd hver hele time. Ta derfor med ørepropper for natten.

Hotelli on todella hyvällä sijainnilla. Äärettömän siistit ja isot huoneet. Yksi kivoimmista huoneista missä olemme koskaan majoittuneet. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä, mutta meitä ei se haitannut yhtään. Aamupala tuodaan huoneeseen ja oli todella iso ja monipuolinen. Todella ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Ehdottomasti mennemmä uudestaan tänne, jos vielä matkustamme Krakovaan.

Location ottima: in pieno centro, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, con parcheggio vicino, Camere estremamente spaziose, funzionali, pulite e tecnologiche. Unica pecca, ma comune a tutte le strutture come questa, la necessità di fissare l'appuntamento esatto x il check in quanto la presenza in loco del gestore non è continuativa. Però abbiamo trovato estrema cortesia e professionalità anche attraverso le costanti comunicazioni via cell. con la struttura

Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa täydellinen ja hotellissa osaava ja todella mukava henkilökunta. Myöhäinen check-in hoitui helposti. Kulku hotelliin onnistui vaivattomasti kulkukorttien avulla. Huonetta käytiin päivittäin hieman siistimässä, pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet vaihdettiin kertaalleen kolmen päivän aikana. Myös tiskikone oli käynnistetty puolestamme! Myös hotellin aamupala oli hyvin mieluisa: aamiaisen ajan sai itse valita (8-10), ja se toimitettiin suoraan huoneeseen. Aamiaisena oli kahdelle hengelle runsas valikoima sekä kasviksia että leipää, jogurttia, muroja, mysliä, mehua ja maitoa. Hotellissa on kolme kerrosta, eikä hissiä ole, mutta ainakaan näin nuorille se ei ollut ongelma. Suosittelen hotellia ehdottomasti, ja tulen itsekin majoittumaan siellä vieraillessani Krakovassa uudelleen.
