Great location and value. Close to Old Town. Friendly staff.

Close to the Old Town and very quiet. Close to all needs such as grocery, public transportation, parks and tourist sights. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again!

Stayed in the single bed economy room. Overall great stay. The host communicated with me before arrival and helped me coordinate transportation. The room had everything I needed. The air conditioning worked amazing!! Old town was in very reasonable walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend.

Ela at the reception desk was amazingly helpful, flexible and extremely nice.

Nice sized apartment, clean and comfy with laundry and only 10 mins walk to old town. Location was a bit confusing to find as it's tucked off the really narrow awkward street and their parking is overpriced at 15 euros but I recommend you just pay for a spot to save the headache (make sure you mention that so you get the instructions on how to get in!!). Some restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy etc within a minutes walk. Would stay here again.

The staff was waiting for us, which was good. The property is newly renovated and is in excellent condition. Dining options nearby is limited. However, 10 min walk will take you to the old town, where there are so many restaurants. We would be more happier if there were tissues provided at the property.

it was a nice enough stay for the price but had bed bugs and i am now covered in bites. the bathroom is lovely and the beds comfy. okay money for what it is especially if you like sleeping with bugs

Location is perfect

Prefect location, very clean and tidy. Plenty of dining nearby plus groceries stores.

This is could be ok for a budget traveler, but the lack of any kind of reception desk or follow-up to see if everything was ok with our room, no trash can in the room, not enough toilet paper for a two-night stay or only enough hot water for in e person to shower lowers it to two-star.

Parking was a bit difficult, but otherwise the stay was great!

Stay was very nice. Very comfortable. The lady was very helpful. She waited for us to welcome us. She suggested us to park in front of the apartment which was helpful. She was available always to give us information through email. She responded very promptly.

The villa was very reasonably priced and close to the city centre ( walking distance). No complaints

The staff is friendly and easy-going. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The location of the property is nice - within walkable distance from the old town of Split and there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants within very close proximity. It is a accommodation option with a very high CP value even breakfast is not included. High recommanded!

The place is located at a walkable distance from the old town and also near to bus stops if you decide to take public transportation. The room was good sized and well equipped. Communication from the host was also good and welcoming. The main issue that we encounter were the beds!!! They were so damn squeaky that we could barely sleep through the night. I hope the owner gets some new beds. Other issue around the place is parking (if you have a car). The lane of the hotel has free parking is always flooded with cars. There is barely any place and people even park in such a ways that block you from exiting. But parking is something we can't hold against the hotel since they offer €15/day parking that guarantees you the place.

Let’s start with the positives: - convenient location - newly renovated building - sufficient amenities, ie, towels, cutlery, etc. Next, the so-so: - main door into the building was always unlocked. The lock at the time of our stay was broken. - the pillows (two on the double bed, which means one per person) were very thin and didn’t offer any support against the metal headboard. - there were no clothes hangers in the room. Inside this massive, custom-made wardrobe - no clothes hangers. Next, the absolute horrible: - we stayed in the apartment C2 and the smell of methane (sewer) gas was very strong. Nothing could mask it, the open window in the washroom, the flushing of the drains, the open window in the main room, nothing. It is obvious that the owner is trying to maintain the building in good condition and make it attractive to the short-term tenants. Umbrellas in the lobby, clean hallways, newly renovated exterior of the building, newly renovated interior of the building, are all the indicators of a good host. Unfortunately, whoever did the plumbing in C2 washroom didn’t do a good job with air venting, thus causing the sewer gas seeping into the inside air.

The apartment was clean and close to the old town area. It was a short walk and also was in a much quieter part of town.

Good location for walk to centre of Split

Good location for visiting the centre of Split, 10 mins walk. Slightly difficult to find on arrival but the lady had texted about arrival time so we were able to call her and she popped out to find us. Parking also difficult but again she saved us a space. Note - the rooms didn't have a kettle there's a saucepan to heat water up with. Shops nearby to buy supplies or breakfast.

Decent spot for a short trip

The rooms are clean, the bed is ok. You have to schedule a time to check in and there is no iron or hairdryer in room (i asked about iron and didn’t see a hair dryer so it might be there but i didn’t find it). Location is great!!

We absolutely loved Villa Spalatina! Great location, and the staff was really wonderful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that they let us leave our bags in the Villa on the day of check-in after we arrived very early before check-in time. Thank you again! Hope to come back soon!

The staff was very helpful when we needed something done to the apartment. Great non tourist part of town near Old City. There is street parking for free in the area but can be a bit of a challenge. Roots restaurant nearby good healthy food.

Great place

THis was probably our favorite place to stay while we were in Croatia. It's a bit of a walk from the old city, about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were no toiletries provided so come prepared. it's a bit hard to find the first time as it is off the main street. There is an wonderful bakery just around the corner.

Good location for walking to palace and riva, felt safe but not in attractive area--with construction and vacant buildings, plain concrete courtyard is hangout for local children, adequate a/c, minimal kitchenette supply, friendly desk help mostly not at property but can be called, some deferred maintenance (broken shower head, broken waste basket).

Great place, convenient to town centre. Easy to get to, clean, well kept and just a nice place to stay. Check in and out we’re easy. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Excellent location and good value

Located within 10 minutes of Split harbour it is really convenient for all local attractions. The room was very clean when I arrived though there was no housekeeping during the week I stayed. The room was well equipped and had good aircon. Only negative was a lack of towels, fortunately brought my own for the beach. Communication was good in advance and airport transfer is offered at market rate, with a friendly welcome. Alternatively it is next door to the bus station. Overall it is great value for money.

Very nice! Easy walk to Old Town . Well appointed with bedroom & Ensuite separate from kitchen sitting room. Automatic clothes washer in bathroom.

Cheap and cheerful

Good apartment in a small block about a 7-8 minute walk from the main areas of Split. Decor is a little dated but it was clean and tidy. Very much focused on self-sufficiency so no cleaners or reception but we got a very quick response when we e-mailed about one small issue. Supermarket and cafes near-by - including an amazing pancake place that was perfect for breakfast!

Perfect stay in Split

Great communication with staff, enabling me to settle into hotel early once I arrived at Split. Staff were very helpful and efficient. I felt very safe, this was very important I as I was travelling alone. I was given a map of Split and advised of scenic areas and 'Not to miss panoramic views'. The walk into the centre of Split was well lit and busy, once again I felt safe to walk by myself in the evening. A good value hotel, one I would use again if I returned to Split, Thank you. Jane P.

Very comfortable and great location

Small but vey functional apartment. Lovely reception lady and vey easy walk into Old Town. Excellent value for money. Plenty of food and fast food options close by. Highly recommend.

Exactly what we needed on a short visit to Split

Completely understand why 100% of guests recommend this property. We had a quick overnight in Split before heading to Hvar on a ferry and this property was exactly what we needed! Zrinka at the front desk was super welcoming and professional. I don't think I've ever had a hotel staff member be so kind and helpful. At check-in, Zrinka helped us find street parking, quickly got us in our room and gave us ideas of what to do and where to go in the city. At check-out, she even wrote down the bus lines we'd need later in our trip to get us to the Split Airport and how to make reservations. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and was a relief after a hot day outside. We had a sink in the room and even a washing machine for our clothes, but we didn't use it. Thank you, Zrinka!

Modern Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Spalatina it was a ten minute walk to the old town & bus was close if needed. Was two stops to main bus terminal & ferry port.

Inexpensive, clean and good location.

The villa is small and is behind a building on the main street. It was basic, affordable and clean. The woman (owner/staff) was sweet and helpful.

Good place to stay in Split

Villa Spalatina has a great location, just about 7-10 min walk from the beautiful Old Town. The apartment was clean, comfortable with quite new furniture and a good air conditioner. The staff was very helpful, they gave us all the tips on where to find nice restaurants, bakery, shopping places etc.

What i want.

Nice clean room,in fact it was spotless,fridge was good,apartment owners/management helpful.i was just looking for cheap and clean,somewhere to sleep,got exactly that.

Good option away from the noise and crowds

Nice place, 10 minutes away from the Port and Riva, where all the noise is.

Os colchões são bem desconfortáveis, logo pela manhã havia um cheiro de esgoto muito forte vindo do banheiro, como se a água que saía da torneira fosse suja. Ficamos com receio até de tomar banho e escovar os dentes. Roupa de cama básica e antiga. O aquecedor de água parecia não funcionar muito bem ou era insuficiente para um casal. Só era possível manter a água quente para o banho de uma pessoa. Quando uma segunda pessoa ia tomar banho em seguida, já não havia mais água quente, sendo necessário esperar bastante tempo até haver volume de água quente suficiente para outro banho. O único ponto positivo foi a disponibilidade de uma smart tv no quarto.

Excelente localização! Ótimo apartamento. A única observação que faria é em relação ao colchão e travesseiros e parecem almofadas super altas

Very basic for a 3 stars hotel, but central

The hotel is located in a quiet but central neighborhood with everything you need close by (supermarket, cafes, restaurants, etc) and it’s only 15 min walking from the old town. There’s no possibility of early check in as the reception opens at 14. You can leave your luggage there before checking in, but the reception will be empty and there is no real locked storage room. The room was very basic. The TV worked only if you logged in with your Netflix account. One window blinder was broken, so lots of light comes in in the morning. All in all ok for one night, especially considering the position, but have low expectations for a 3 stars hotel.

Parfait pour un court séjour!

Pas d'insonorisation. Aucun entretiens de la chambre, la pomme de douche et le frigidaire sont en mauvais état. Éclairage insuffisant. La porte extérieur n'est jamais verrouillée et personne à la réception.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette hébergement avec des odeurs de remonté d'égout dans la chambre. La cuisine est peu fonctionnelle (équipements présents verres, assiettes, couteaux, fourchette cuillère, tasse, une casserole) et équipements nécessaires à ajouter liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon, sac poubelle, poêle ou casserole supplémentaire, bol et tapis de douche. L'eau chaude du ballon se vide rapidement, porte de douche cassé, marjerelle de porte de salle de bain cassé. Le logement est très bruyant nous avons entendue les voisins tout le temps même étant dans leur chambre a regarder la télé. La porte de l'entrée a un code inutile car elle se ferme pas vraiment nous avons du mettre le code une fois en rentrant vers 3h mais sinon accès libre vers 22h.

Très proche du centre historique.

L'avantage de ce logement c'est sa proximité du centre touristique de Split (5 mn a pieds). Sinon besoin de rafraîchir la SDB, mauvais confort literie. Possibilité prime video et netflix. A noter une kitchenette avec frigo. Parking quasi impossible, sauf a prendre l'option 15 euros par jour.

Best location!

The villa is very close to Split’s old town and to several markets. The apartment had a stove and cooking appliances, as well as a mini fridge, very convenient. What we felt that was lacking was trash bins. Other than that, we were very well greeted by the host and the room was quite comfortable.

Maison seule dans un quartier à deux pas du Palais de Dioclétien. La réceptionniste ELA très sympathique et qui donne tous les renseignements nécessaires. Chambre avec clim spacieuse avec coin cuisine et frigo. Seul point négatif le parking payant et les deux Bull terriers impressionnants promenés sur celui-ci tous les soirs vers 23h30....Avec les aboiements qui vont avec ...

Small scale apartment building surrounded by residential flats. Easy walking distance from where the airport bus terminates, the historic city center, the long distance bus station and the ferry port. There is a small reception desk, but it's often not staffed. The rooms are fine but basic. Kitchenette, fridge and a washing machine. Air-conditioning is fine. Window blinds are leaking a bit of light in the morning. For the price it's fine and i would stay here again.

Okay. Det var super billigt og vi skulle kun bo her en dag. Det var derfor en del bedre end forventet. Dog sov man kun med et lille tyndt tæppe. Det liger 1,5 fra strand.

Bien pour une seule nuit

Notre nuit s’est bien passée. Les indications pour arriver à l’hôtel étaient claires. Néanmoins, il manquait plusieurs équipements basiques comme une éponge pour la vaisselle, un égouttoir ainsi qu’une poubelle.

Purtroppo nel monolocale non erano a disposizione i servizi minimi che un appartamento dovrebbe fornire: detersivi, spugne, strofinacci, olio, sale, tovaglioli...ecc Inoltre in una camera doppia c'era una sola sedia al tavolo. Impossibile mangiare in due.
