Short visit arriving and departing by train

I wanted a simple clean place to sleep, close to Siena station, as I was arriving late evening. The key was left in the door for me, my room has everything I needed, clean, comfortable bed, shower, but best of all it was SUPER quiet, I slept very well. The owner communicated with WhatsApp, and even recommended places to eat, I had a fantastic pizza 🍕 only a 10 minute walk away. This is good, basic accomodation and does exactly what it says. Don't expect anything super fancy, not at these amazing prices. The garden is a bonus, very relaxing.

Clean, tidy and priced right.

The building and our room was fantastic. Updated bathroom, large, spacious bedroom. Convenient location. Lots to do in the area. Close to escalator system for the train station. Would recommend.

Quaint place near the train station and walking distance to all the historic venues. Clean, manager/owner very responsive to questions. Definitely stay again.

It was everything I needed it to be

Nice place close to train/bus station. We found later there’s a series of escalators you can take up to the same street, which is good to know.

Good location, although room slightly dusty.

The accommodation name is slightly confusing, and on google maps it lead us to a villa further down the street. I would recommend that the name of the accommodation is updated accordingly (B&B Villa Fiorita, rather than Villa Fiorita). The host lead us to our room upon arrival, but the staircase and room was very dark (the curtains being completely shut). I would recommend that lights are turned on or the curtains drawn for some light upon arrival. The room was clean, although slightly dusty in which my partner who has a sensitive nose kept sneezing. The location is good, 5 minutes walk from the Siena train station (you have to take quite a few escalators up), away from the city centre, yet easily walkable.

Close to train station and to center of town. Quiet at night=good sleep. Friendly staff welcomed us at the door. Had everything we needed.

Wow… truly a great experience.

Gabrielle is an amazing host and his Villa was a joy to stay at. Breakfast delivered to our door was a special treat. Just a hundred metres from the train station and a 15 minute walk to the joys of the walled city made our stay a gem.

Beautiful Siena

Great location, fine big room, great breakfast served in the garden.

Not what you'd expect.

The first impression of the Villa Fiorita is a little dubious as it's not exactly as you might be expecting. Once inside, we were met by the owner Gabrielle, who showed us around what turned out to a charming house. The rooms were simple, clean and fresh. Just what we needed as a base for a few days touring. Breakfast in the garden was a delight and set us up for each day. Gabriele and his team were friendly and helpful. Giving us on pointers to places to visit and eat. We ended up staying a further night and the bill when presented was more than acceptable. Happy to recommend to all for a stay in Siena.

Stayed at My Great Grand Mothers place.

If your looking for a place to lay your head at night, this is the place. Stuck In the 1950's it badly needs a face lift. Even the towels were just over sized "Tea Towels". No Fridge, and I'm sure the T.V. belonged to the owners grand parents! Really shouldn't be called a "Hotel" more a "Hostel" .The air conditioner was Very Noisy. The WiFi was very week in the room, The only thing that was positive is that it was very central. You get what you pay for here, Cheap price, Cheap place to stay

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our stay at Villa Fiorita was wonderful! Our host, Gabriele, was very kind and extremely welcoming. He always made sure that we were comfortable in our stay and he provided lots of information about delicious places to eat in the centre of Siena. He also provided us information with beautiful sights of the city and about the market close by. The house has multiple rooms and the house itself is very old but quite comforting but fortunately the bathroom and beds are renovated and new. Behind the house on the street is public parking which is perfect if you have rented a car and driven to Siena. The house itself is about a 10 minute walk from the center of Siena which is the perfect distance away from the mass numbers of tourists who visit Siena on a daily basis. Across the street from the house is a laundromat which is extremely useful! Overall, the host, house, and location of the home is perfect. The house is clean, comforting. The host is kind and very helpful. And the location isn't directly in the middle of all the craziness of tourism but it's not too far away either. I would recommend you stay in Villa Fiorita because I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Siena again.

lovely Italian villa at convenient distance

great place to stay- distinctive Italian decor, good location (short walk to all main sites- very easy and takes you past a handy gelateria) clean rooms and plenty of space. nice ante-rooms with tables and chairs and lovely to have breakfast in the garden. friendly, helpful owner. you can hear the road a bit, which is not surprising, but the villa itself inside was quiet. very convenient location for buses to florence and San gimignano. would definitely stay here again!

Hotel/b&b close to station and centre of town

The room I had was spacious and clean with excellent WiFi. From the front the hotel looks closed, but the rear contains a super garden. The owner is very helpful.

Good Value For Money

A simple, but clean, large room right near the centre of Siena. Good value for money and perfect for walking into the shopping and restaurant areas and sightseeing.

The owner gabriel has been very nice to us,the location is excellent, can easily reach from train station, that's why we choosed this very reasonable and wonderful place, we paid a minimal fee for a nice breakfast to start our day. We highly recommand villa fiorita to any tuscan travellers.

Siena Visit

A spacious comfortable room.

good spot, but not central to Siena's sights

close to train station, just had to take about 8 or 10 escalators up through the mall. A bit outside of the edge of the old town, but walkable. Room had antique furniture, but was a bit dim for lighting. Had a TV, but I'd prefer a little fridge (can't understand Italian TV anyway). Nice common area, with table and couches. Had a/c, and a place for a quick coffee across the street. Nice garden. Owner available but did not hover. Breakfast available on request for a charge, but we did not request it.

We liked this hotel

Stayed there one night only, didn't have breakfast as we had to catch an early train. Location of this hotel is great - near the train station and city center. Host is friendly and helpful - provided us with a map and suggested main places to visit. Room was comfortable, bathroom - spacious and clean. Overall - we recommend this hotel.

Very nice Bed and Breakfast

The location it's at waking distance from the train station using the escalators in front of it to climb the mountain. The room was fantastic, very spacious, nice furniture, wonderful bed, the bathroom was OK, but the shower had mold on the walls (needed some scrubbing). The owner was proper and very fast and precise in orienting me as a tourist even without asking. I did not have breakfast which was 5 euros extra. I went before the check-in time and did not call the owner, so he was not there.

The Hotel you feel like home in

A wonderfull family is owning the Hotel, in fact it is not a hotel, but rooms in their very warm-welcoming house. All rooms are differently decorated with love and art taste. You have the keys from all the doors, so that you can plan your day absolutely free. The Garden is Magic))

Hotel was close to all must-see sights. The owner gave suggestions on places to go and restaurants. From the train station-- there's a shopping center across the street. If you go into the shopping center, there's a series of escalators (near the grocery store). If you take the escalators to the top, that will put you on the same road as the hotel. Just turn right, walk few blocks and hotel is on the left.

Beautiful, Spacious place on the outskirts

I received a recommendation to stay at Villa Fiorita and we're glad we listened! It's a very short taxi ride to the center of Siena, but it's well worth because it makes up in comfort, beauty and affordability! The room we stayed in was large in comparison to most and we had a big, clean private bathroom which is more than we could ask for. The Villa is a freestanding building with a few stories and beautiful garden backyard, the unfortunate thing was that we only stayed one night. If we make our way back to Siena I would definitely stay here for the entire time!

Authentic Italy but dated

Remnant of having a room in a flat

Quaint but old. Not cookie cutter by any means. The quality was commiserate with the price. The owner was helpful and even said hi when he saw us in town. Large sitting area outside of the room made it feel bigger than it was. We have been going economy on the trip and this was not the greatest but not the worst of the lot.

Excelente experiencia, rapida la recepción, muy amable explicando todo. La propiedad esta cerca (30 minutos del centro de Siena). Muy facil de llegar de la estacion de tren a la propiedad. Unica observacion: la habitacion olia un poco a cigarro.

Achei as fotos do local antigas pelo que presenciei. A casa é escura os móveis antigos, havia um aquecedor e outro elétrico portanto a noite foi agradável. O estacionamento é na rua, então depende de achar vaga e pode ser perto ou mais longe.

Une chambre d’hôtes typique et particulièrement authentique, mais non sans confort et très agréable pour quelques nuits proche de Sienne. À recommander.

Moradia muito boa! Perto da estação principal de Siena e da cidade historica; tem lavanderia self service na frente, restaurantes, diversos outros hoteis. Atendendimento do Host excelente, passando dicas da cidade, alem de todo o resto!

There’s not much to complain about! Perfect price for this location. Easy to reach when arriving by train! A few hundred meters form the centro historico!

Court séjour d’une nuit dans une villa typique de la Toscane. Tout le confort nécessaire est présent dans un cadre vintage et authentique, meublé avec soin. La déco change des chambres anonymes blanches et grises que l’on trouve habituellement pour les vacances. Si l’on était restés plus longtemps, nous aurions également pu profiter du jardin et de sa terrasse.

B&B vicinissimo al centro di Siena. Ci si arriva a piedi. Camere comode e pulite. Parcheggio in strada ma sicuro. Posto tranquillo.

Questa villa d'epoca molto caratteristica si trova a pochi passi da porta camollia. La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo, ottima cosa, cosi non si hanno vincoli di orario.

Ho apprezzato la pulizia e la posizione strategica vicino al centro storico, nonché la possibilità di parcheggiare vicino gratuitamente

Adorável, a verdadeira casa da nona!

O hotel é uma graça, super charmoso! Fica em um local ótimo perto de tudo, com facilidade de parar o carro sem custo. Tomamos café da manha no hotel ao lado por 9 euros. As escadas 'barulhentas' são o maior patrimônio do hotel, lindas e não interferem na estadia! Quarto grande e confortável. Tudo muito limpo! Anfitrião super atencioso. Não esqueça de fazer contato com ele antes da chegada. Voltaria com certeza!

Slitt. Hagen som var avbildet på nett og i bra stand, var overgrodd og ikke stelt. Trapp opp til rom knirket noe voldsomt og bar tydeligvis et signal til vetten for han dukket opp for å sjekke nesten hver gang. Seng var ok, bad ok og ellers greit.

Chambre spacieuse, propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Petit plus avec la terrasse privée. A 20min à pied du centre de Sienne, très jolie ville.

Der Gabriel hat uns liebenswürdig begrüßt und uns am nächsten Morgen ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundlich serviert. Auch der Garten hinten raus ist gemütlich, um zu verweilen. Die antike Einrichtung des Hauses strahlt eine besonderes Ambiente aus. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und praktisch auch ohne Auto zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus S1 Station Cavour erreicht man rel. schnell die Altstadt. Gerne besuchen wir das besondere Hotel Fiorino in Siena wieder!

Ganz tolle Einrichtung, super Gastgeber nur die Straße war extrem Laut

La situación buena pues permite visitar a pie toda la ciudad. Sitio tranquilo. Es un mansión de Siena que alquila habitaciones y tiene el sabor de casa con cierta solera. Cuarto amplio y cuarto de baño bien.

Struttura essenziale e comoda, facilmente raggiungibile dalla,stazione ferroviaria e vicina al centro della città.

Cerca de la terminal de Trenes y acceso al casco antiguo. Casa antigua muy linda, con ingreso lateral incómodo. Falta acondicionarla.

War ok. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal besuchen wollen. Es gab eine Klimaanlage (top). Es wurde angegeben, dass ein Parkplatz zu der Unterkunft existiert. Gemeint war damit dann allerdings ein kostenfreier öffentlicher Parkplatz (Bruh ich kann auch angeben, dass ich einen Pool habe und verweise dann auf das öffentliche Schwimmbad…Wo sind wir denn hier?)

Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cordialità. La struttura, molto ospitale e caratteristica era ordinata e pulita. La stanza comoda e accogliente.

Niente colazione e niente parcheggio, camera non pulitissima ma con il necessario. Per soggiorni brevi va più bene. A 5 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso delle mura.

Ruime kamer op een fijne locatie, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! Kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum van Siena. Kamer verzorgd alleen parkeren wat lastig.

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione a pochi passi dal centro storico di Siena. La nota negativa è relativa alla pulizia. In 4 giorni di soggiorno la stanza non è mai stata rifatta.

Warto się zatrzymać

Siena skradła moje serce, a miał na to wpływ pobyt w willi. Przesympatyczny właściciel, którego rady przy zameldowaniu wykorzystałyśmy. Klimatyczne pokoje jak w filmach o Toskanii. Willa blisko i wygodnie do najważniejszych zabytków, ale teź do dworca. Blisko do Tabacchi oraz barów. Bezpieczna okolica. Polecam.

Un buon B&B. Molto gentili e disponibili. Buona posizione (raggiungibile in auto con facilità di parcheggio, centro storico raggiungibile a piedi). Molto pulito.

Posizione comoda rispetto alla stazione, cordialità del proprietario, ambiente piacevole.

Datato e sufficientemente triste.

Hübsche Stadtvilla

Schöne alte Villa mit viel originalem Mobiliar. Das Bad war neu, modern, stylisch und komfortabel. Das Frühstück, welches uns der Wirt aufs Zimmer gebracht hat, war lecker und üppig. Die Lage ist toll, ganz zentral - sogar eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

Mi è piaciuto come sono stato accolto. La pulizia degli ambienti. Non sono riuscito ad avere il wi-fi.
