It is located very conveniently and near to almost to everything, however cleanliness wise it is average. and i saw a cockroach in.the toilet but i couldn't ask for more because it is cheap.
Close to the falls
It is run down and not very clean. We had to go out and but some cleaning products just to clean things n the room and washroom. tiny shower. Very old beds and uncomfortable. Did not even stay the night. Left and went back home. With the door to the room closed, can still see to the outside with the gap between the door and frame. This was on the 3rd floor. For $400 a night this was horrible. This was for new years eve.
Good
Good location
What a great central location to everything.
Great price, clean, and close to clifton. Would stay here again for sure!
When we checked in our room was not clean at all, even bed sheet has not been changed from previously visited guests. Bathroom was too dirty. There was lots of stuff in the flush also sanitary stuff which even was not flushed. There were no towels or toiletries in the washroom. Pretty disappointed. No service was available in late hours.
OK
I like the layout of the room.
The staff was very friendly. Upon entering my room was a different story. Being an employee of housekeeping was surprised to see bedding un tucked and pillows looking like it was slept on. Grabbed a towel which had big stains on it. Bed was comfortable. I always tell my housekeepers presentation is a big thing. When a guest sees 1 thing wrong they look and do find others. But it's convenient and I will go back.
No freeze or no microwave, not clean at all. Good for close location.
Always love staying here. Good price and very clean!
Great little Inn close to Clifton Hill
Great little motor inn close to Clifton Hill. I stayed in one of their upper level suites. If you're not looking for anything fancy but don't want to stay in a total dive, this is a nice middle ground at a pretty affordable price point. Excellent friendly service at the front desk and very affordable parking.
Good location, rooms not bad, nice and clean washrooms.
The owner was very helpful and accommodating
No amenities did not like the idea of staying in
Not good stay
The room was dark and TV wasn't working. Bathtub faucet was broken. No coffee maker, kettle, or microwave in the room. It felt a little creepy.
We really enjoyed staying here. The shower worked great. Parking was easy and convenient. Our room was great. Right at Clifton Hill, which is what we wanted!
Bien situé le reste juste ok
Terrible
Pictures posted online are definitely not what you walk into spider webs all over the room had blood on my pillows bed was terrible.
Really enjoyed our weekend at this properity. Busy are but if you dont mind that, its little a minute walk to clifton hill
took a chance on an unknown motel and it was great. Quiet, clean and great location and a great Poutinery attached! Definitely will be back
Very dissatisfied and disappointed. The tv did not work at all, there was cobwebs all over the ceiling, there was a ringing and buzzing noise at night that lasted throughout the morning.
My room was clean but outside could be taking care of better stairs were dirty
Wah good sleep.
It was my second time staying here. It is very affordable and near to downtown and Niagara Falls so easy access to all the spots and area is really nice with decent rooms. I would highly recommend to check it out
You pay for what you get.
Location... location.... location....the best, walking distance to everything. Cleanliness not the, housekeepers need to take a bit more pride of their job by paying attention to details. I had to clean the shower head from mold, the bathroom had toothpaste spit on the walls, there was shoe marks on the wall from someone killing a insect or something, bedding had stain Spots, also but not least there was a Roach around the sofa bed. Please please change the carpets very Dungy, dirty and dull. Overall the best location, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching all the action.
?
It was a very nice sized room, but it didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Friendly staff. Easy to park.
Sweetpea
Location was perfect. Motel needs updating.
The hotel was fine and basic, the staff were friendly and the location was great, very central. But we booked it for the pool, which was closed, covered in a dirty tarp and filled with garbage, which was really disappointing.
Went there for the pool with my kids there was no pool no fridge in the room service was excellent but the experience was terrible
Property was very shady, very shady customers in and around the building as well. People looking to be on the come down crying on their way out… someone hissed at us from the parking lot… Very bad reviews on Google which scared us but thankfully there were no bed bugs or used needles under the bed… there’s a chain but no lock for the deadbolt. Felt mildly unsafe at first but okay stay and great location, right on Clifton hill.
Friendly staff. got us checked in early. This is a no frills motel. No pool. no frig, no coffee maker. What it does have is a great location and very clean rooms, all for a great price. Would definitely stay here again
Location was excellent. Staff very friendly. No extra charge for parking. Room was very basic, no refrigerator. Price was right!
I am cancelling the hotel I need back my credit 300$
Internet is very slow. AC couldn’t reach the next room (we booked the family room). Noise from outside can be heard even having the door closed. No pool even though it was posted on website and online booking. Carpet was not vacuumed properly. Hairs were found on linen and towels prior use. No microwave in room. Not enough towels provided when we specifically booked for 5 people. Building itself is old and needs upgrading with appliances, carpet and bedsheets they provide.Property owner did not communicate when asked via email if the room has microwave and fridge. Barely any space for parking. Needs improvement with cleanliness and maintenance. Fromt desk is friendly although it would be great if there’s a phone to contact them from the room.
The peace and quiet of the place.
Parking was horrible. Surrounding area was not safe.
Convenient location. Staff were super nice. Very attentive and efficient.
Staff was not compromising and in helpful
It was a good and clean hotel.
It so great place we loved
The pool was not in service
Excellent location that's easily walkable to the Falls, restaurants, shops, and activities. The location made our trip convenient overall. The staff also did their best to accomodate us and quickly gave us items we requested.
We had a great stay at Victoria Motor Inn, the location is very convenient to everything.
The picture on Expedia of the swimming pool is a blatent lie. The “pool”. Is empty and trashed. The office is run down. You will wonder if you are in the right place. The room was ok. Overpriced for what you get but ok. Don’t bring your bathing suit based on the pictures.
Property is near the attractions and walkable distance. This is the only positive. Surroundings are very smelly. People are drinking outside of the rooms and in walking areas.
This is a great place to stay. I stayed for three days, and since it is centrally located near all activities around Niagara Falls, I didn't have to pay for parking anywhere. Additionally, all the restaurants are close by.
Good location
Great location, basic room but good for one night
For the price it was super good clean and very good location...only thing no microwave or Fridge
Accessible, very clean and close to all the attractions
Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and the location is great for doing all of the Clifton Hill stuff.
Greet location Walk to the falls and bustling area with lots of activities and restaurants
Great View for Fireworks
Great Location for the Niagara Falls activity center. We can see the fireworks from the balcony, which is great for young kids and eldery.
Close to most attractions
I loved the way my room was laid out. The stairs were also very clean. I didn't like that the wifi never worked or connected due to a weak signal. It simply didn't work. However, our stay was okay overall. A bit overpriced for what is offered amenity wise and being on off peak season, but it's a decent place and they tried.
GREAT LOCATION
The location is the best.
Excellent location. The best for the price
After checking in, I went to the room and it was a mess - not cleaned. Thankfully, the front desk immediately upgraded me, but even the upgraded room was really run-down. The smell of grease during check-in was nauseating. But the afternoon and morning check-in people were both very nice. I appreciated the fact that the parking rate covered the whole day, even after checking out.
Our door handle did not work on the front door, and the wifi that they gave us also did not work. The room was generally quite clean, however, there were stains on the bed cover and sheets, blood stain on the sheets.
It is a great place to stay for a day or two. The facilities are good for a 2-star motel inn. The most convenient thing is the location, which is next to the 'amusement' park. I would've liked more lighting in the room though.
I love the hot tub and balcony
When we checked in, the man was very helpful and polite. The bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. Later when we went to get ice we waited for quite awhile as it looked and sounded like the girl on duty was having a party in the back. Won’t be returning here.
Staff at check in were friendly, clean room.
rooms are clean but dated, just a key lock , lots of stairs and hallways has a unsafe feel to it , they need more secure door locks and main door entrance was wide open all night
The room was decently clean. The hotel beds are so uncomfortable you can sleep on them. Staff was yelling in Hooten and hollering like teenage girls.
Need more cleanliness inside and outside the room
Great customer service and comfy beds with convenient location. Only downside is the dust from construction at the hotel beside and the bathroom in the rooms need to be updated. The bathroom door was broken in multiple spots and the sink was not secure to the wall. Overall price point is great and would definitely stay here again.
This is the worst hotel I ever had in all my travels, No fridge, no phone, no coffee maker and no microwave in the room, also asked the receptionist to change the room which was in the third floor where they did not have elevator and I am walking with a cane to support my knee, he said I cannot do anything for you, you have to talk to the owner who is available only between PM 12 to 2 !!!!!!!
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. This portion was not the Hotel’s fault, but there were people outside that were partying until 2:30 in the morning. However, they put us in the room next-door to these people, The carpet was dirty I couldn’t even stand to walk on it in my bare feet. And, they charged me more than the agreed amount on my receipt. Overall a very bad uncomfortable experience
.
Cleanliness was not good… staff was good
Best for the price.
This hotel is what you would expect for the price. The rooms are clean but there are no extras. There are no elevators so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs. It is very conveniently located. I never had to drive anywhere.
The location is excellent for just parking your car and walking to Clifton Hill attractions and the Falls. The staff at check-in were cheerful and friendly. Parking was tight, but we were able to get a spot. Pretty basic room, but if you are looking for a convenient place to just sleep for the night in Niagara Falls this fits the bill.
.
No good
Really enjoyed our staying in this hotel! Everything was clean and working well(TV, AC, lights etc) good customer service( solved all our problems right away, appreciate it!) great location, walking distance to anywhere you need. Thank you! Definitely will come back
Not clean
Close proximity to Clifton Hill. Rooms were basic but nice and clean. The pool that’s listed is empty. Very disappointing as the kids wanted to go swimming but the price was reasonable.
I’ll cut to the chase and give it to you straight. The only good thing about this place is the location. After this stay I would’ve rather stayed somewhere priced a little higher. Here’s the bad: 1. WiFi didn’t work!!! Get with the times. It’s 2023 you know. 2. Tv is useless and one channel is unacceptable. Really, get with the times. 4. Actual keys. It’s 2023 you know and keeping track of an actual key and not a keycard is so inconvenient. 5. The beds are horrible and can physically see the springs popping. 6. The towels look dingy. 7. No fridge or microwave. 8. Parking is not fair to hotel patrons who already paid for a room. Charging your motel patrons more per night to park than general parking is absurd. $19 vs $15? Parking lot is atrocious. 9. Drawers were dirty inside. 10. No clock. 11. No towel hooks! Where do you expect me to hang my towel? I won’t be back.
.
Staff was very friendly, Hotel room was clean and tidy on arrival. 10/10 would recommend and return.
Nothing
Ok for 1 night
Staff was very nice and accommodating. We asked to sign out at noon and they gladly accepted. It was ok for one night but if you are fence kinda people, it won’t work for you! Our unit was clean and comfortable. But there was no fridge or microwave. No coffee. No hair dryer. The toilet had to be opened up to stop the leaking everytime we flushed it. There was no bath plug.. And also no pool as expected according to the hotel description online.
I do not recomend this place!
It was way over priced! No refrigerator, horrible wifi, hot water was tough to keep in good spot for showers. I'll let all my friends know not stay here. I can stay in Edmonton for 4 nights for the same price as 2 nights at this place. It was a joke!
The pictures do not match with the real conditions of the property. They offer a pool and it is closed permanently.
A proper remote for tv , a coffee pot would be nice and a fridge and why not a phone.
This property is just across the street from Clifton hill. But being that close with no noise from the area. lots to do just steps away.
Bad hotel , has an odd smell , the toilet did not work , very old and run down , definitely not worth the price
Bien
Chambre bien mais ils manque quelque affaire comme un petit frigo et un séchoir Pis sur les photo on voit piscine. Mais elle est hors fonction pour 2023
We like the location of the property on Cliffton hill, closest Falls of the customer service Peter. The owner was very nice, and the only thing that the the room didn’t have no mini fridge.
Location Great. Everything Else - Terrible
Location is great. That's it. There is no pool, even though the description states a pool and has an image of one. The air con is so loud it was like sleeping next to a lawn mower. The curtains didn't cover the window completely. With the bright lights from the street, the room was so bright it was as if lights were on in the room. The pillows were awful. The toilet didn't flush properly. They keep a plunger at reception to hand to guests to fix the toilets. Which is disgusting. No one wants to be using someone else's plunger. Would not recommend staying here.
Staffs are nice and it’s really in the main street for Niagara falls.
Great location as its so close to Clifton Hills and lots of the attractions. Room was clean and spacious.
Registration employee VERY friendly & helpful giving us directions & information about the Area. Accommodated our early check-in! Thank- You. Location perfect for walking distance to the Falls!
Over all it is very good experience 👌👍

The owners wear really nice and friendly. The room is clean. The beds are clean and comfortable. It would be nice if there was heat in the room.
