The service was good... superb arrangements on the activities we requested for.. room was ok except a little noise to the bathroom..

Helpful and friendly staff. Nearby Goreme town and sunrise view point.

Thank you very much Ozbek and Tahir, First of all Stuff is very good and they do everything to make you comfortable at the suites. One of the best place in Goreme. I strongly suggest up stair suites.

Excellent stay overall

Although I was only there for a single night, the hospitality was excellent. Room was clean and the hotel had good view of the beautiful town. Breakfast was nice and good restaurants in town were recommended from staff.

Great staff

The guys running the hotel are the reason to stay here. They are so friendly and helpful and will do whatever it takes for you to have a great stay.

Would definitely recommend staying at Vezir when visiting Cappadocia. Beautiful spacious rooms, incredible views, and lovely staff. Sunset point is a short walk away and staff were extremely helpful in organising activities in the area.

Great hotel in a fantastic location

We had a lovely suite looking over Goreme. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was good with lots of choice. We would definitely stay again!!

Very very happy

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely return. We had a cave room which is a particularly special experience and comes highly recommended.

Excellent hotel

Great hotel and extremely helpful staff. Ideally located - just a km walk to the valleys and open air museum. Excellent view of the town and don't miss the view of the floating balloons in the morning from the room terrace. Overall, highly recommended.

Good, depending on your room

We liked the Vezir hotel very much. The staff persons are pleasant, courteous, speak good English, and give good advice about attractions and restaurants. Breakfast is very good, with foods typical of the region. The location is extremely beautiful and close to all the good points in Capaddocia. The hotel itself is very beautiful as well, and very clean and well equipped with modern amenities. We'd stay again and we do recommend it. We did have a bit of a problem with our initial room - when we complained they promptly changed us to another room (which was perfect) and gave us a discount on the rate for our trouble. The owners are lovely, honest people, and we were impressed with how hard they tried to work around the problem and make sure our stay was perfect.

Wonderful hotel!

Staying at Vezir Cave Suites was definitely a highlight of our trip to Turkey. The staff was exteremely helpful in recommending/booking activities including our balloon flight and a yummy rustic dinner at a nearby restaurant. Located in the village, but up the hill, it provides a fantastic panorama of the town. The breakfast was good and the free WIFI worked great. Room 102 has a neat cave skylight. All the rooms are carved into the hillside, but are very modern in styling otherwise. You won't regret staying here. It's a magical place!

Attitude is everything

Vezir Caves is a small cosy place : Ertan is a great host, always willing to help out on anything that you want. Has all the info on his finger tips and will organise any of the stuff you want to do efficiently. He went out of his way to organise the pickup for the next leg of my trip at Izmir, where I was being blocked due to the language. Location is very good, just 5 mins walk into the Goreme town centre. Staying in the cave hotel gives you a feeling of staying in with the long history and charm the place has. The rooms are clean & well serviced. Breakfast is good. Overall a great deal for the price.

Unique room, wonderful hotel, amazing location

Ertan was a great host. Vezir cave suites is definitely the way to go! The view at the top terrace, accessible to all guests, is spectacular. The location is great for all the 'must see' attractions. He even went out of his way to hold our bags until our 10pm bus departure AND let us freshen up when we returned from a full day of sight seeing before departing. I highly recommend Vezir and hope to return one day!

Once in a lifetime experience

How often do you get to stay in a luxury hotel carved into a hillside? Great location, great service, friendly staff, unique hotel. I would definitely stay there next time I'm in Goreme.

Astonishing destination, if meditation and ancient history is in your plans, spend at least 3 days

Went there for the caves, but at the end, the whole experience was marvelous. The hotel is clean and family run. Tasty breakfast, specially don´t refuse to try local food, say yes to the Menemen (I believe it´s written like that) which is basically scrambed eggs with tomato, onion and spices. The Goreme town is I think the best location to stay, or consider Urgup. For local tours, try to contact local agencies; better prices and more knowledge. Even if you are not eager to do the ballon ride, as soon as you see the local scenery, you will understand why it is a MUST. The views and energy of the whole area will tatoo you forever. Having breakfast on a terrace with 15 to 20 ballons in the air, and unique rock formations... priceless...

Fiyat performans olarak gayet iyi konaklama hizmeti sundular. Kaldığımız oda temiz ve güzeldi. Üşür müyüz diye düşünüyorduk fakat kaloriferler çok sıcak dereceydi oda içerisinde üşüme imkanı hiç yok.. Kahvaltısı açık büfe şeklinde ve güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar tüm sorularımıza memnuniyetle cevap verip çok yardımcı oldular. Tekrar gidersek yine tercih edebiliriz.

Хороший отель, оставил положительное впечатление

Расположение отеля просто идеальное, нам повезло что было прохладно, в номере не было кондиционера, вода прохладная в душе, но это нам не напрягало. Единственное, наш номер был на первом этаже прямо над ресепшен, и окна пропускают звуки с улицы и свет, хотя мужу абсолютно не мешало это в отличие от меня. Немного дороговато мне показалось, естественно из-за расположения, но так как номер на первом этаже из окна было видно только дворик.

Personel çok ilgili, Odalar çok geniş. Otelin konumu da çok güzel.

宿泊した部屋が半地下のレセプションの真上でした。半プライベートのテラスに惹かれて予約したので、その点だけが残念。2階、3階はテラスが部屋の目の前です。ただし、部屋専用ではないので、下の階の宿泊者も、テラスは利用できます。３月でも朝晩はダウンが必要なくらい寒い地方ですが、部屋は快適な暖かさでした。空港の送迎も片道一人5ユーロで良心的です。朝食も充分満足。バイキングにオムレツ作ってくれました。夏は専用テラスのようですか、寒い季節は石造りの食堂です。中心街まで下り坂で5分、サンセットポイントまで登って10分、立地もかなりいいです。ちなみにギョレメのATMはリラ、ユーロ、どちらもキャッシングできました。

バスルームの換気扇の音がうるさく、すぐに修理するとのことでしたが、最終的に換気のファンをまるごと外して対応終了でした。湿気はバスルームが広く、居室に広がらなかったので大丈夫でしたが、いいんでしょうかね？

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi sağlıklı ürünler vardı. Onun dışında otelin ısınması ve konforu bölgesi lokasyonu gayet iyiydi. Memnun olarak ayrıldık. Tavsiye ederim.

Otele yılbaşı için geldik ancak fiyatları aşırı fazla idi. Otelde ekstra hiçbir özellik yok. Kahvaltısı lezzet olarak kötü değil ama çok sıradandı, çeşit hiç yoktu. Otelin konumu ve mimarisi güzel ancak işletmesi bizce çok başarısız. Bölgedeki diğer otellere göre aktivite açısından oldukça yetersiz. Fiyat performans ve hizmet açısından düşük puan verdik.

Perfect location, friendly staff

Locatiin is quite convenient to reach restaurants and bars, nice wiev from hotel terrace friendly staff helped us to book cappodocia tour and baloon tour with reasonable price. I will suggest this hotel to my friends.

Kahvaltı salonu buzz gibi, istemeden bi sahanda yumurta getirmiyorlar...personel güleryüzlü ama kahvaltı kötüydü.otelin konumu gayet iyi odalarda iyiydi. Herşeye rağmen teşekkürler...

Otel harikaydı sabah uyandığımda karşımda göreme manzarası ve uçan balonları görmek müthiş bi histi, kahvaltı yeterli çalışanlar kibar ve güler yüzlü ayrıca gezi programları için yardımcı oluyorlar.

Mükemmel manzarası ile ilçe merkezindeki en iyi otel diyebilirim. Bölgeyi sizde gezdiğinizde anlayacaksınız. Müthiş bir yer. Personelleri son derece yardımsever (özellikle Tahir kardeşimiz).Müthiş bir konakda 10 oda ile tam bir aile tadında tatil için bir defaki sefere yine vezir cave süit de olacağız inşaAllah. Excelente hotel!

Hotel muito bem localizado e muito bem inserido na paisagem da capadócia! Ótimo café da manhã, o atendimento foi excelente, principalmente de um rapaz magro alto que não me recordo do nome. Muito bom o preço do tours.

位置在半山腰，风景不错。服务生都很帅，有尽量满足我的要求。可惜早餐品种少了点。

Erlebnisreiche Tage in Kappadokien

Sehr schönes, etwas höher gelegenes Hotel in Göreme. Sehr schöne Aussicht. In das Zentrum und auf den Sunsetpoint sind es nur einige, aber steile, Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr freundliiches und hilfsbereites Personal. Airportshuttle, Organisation von Ausflügen etc. hat alles bestens geklappt. Das Zimmer war in die Felsen geschlagen. Man schläft in einer Höhle mit allem Komfort. Wir können dieses Hotel und vor allem die herzliche Atmosphäre in diesen Haus empfehlen.

Hotel bien situé et service de qualité

Personnel très agréable et chaleureux. Chambre "troglodyte" typique avec un bon niveau de confort. L'hotel est situé à deux pas du centre de Goreme et proche des principaux sites a visiter. Sejour très agréable.

O hotel esta em um local muito agradavel e seu staff faz de tudo pra vc se sentir acolhido. Otimo cafe da manha. O gerente nos oferecu a guarda das bagagens ate a volta do tour, inclusive banho e toalhas limpas. RECOMENDO!

Muito boa relação preço qualidade! Staff muito disponível e atencioso. Não nos tivemos que preocupar com a organização das tours ou passeio de balão pois tratam de tudo através do hotel.Localizado a alguns metros do centro. Bom terraço para tomar o pequeno almoço e excelente posição para ver o pôr do sol!
