Rooms were clean and updated. Decor was really nice. Near airport and industrial area which may be convenient, but not nice to walk around.

We stayed for 4 nights and found this was a very nice hotel, close to the airport and Skytrain stations. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and modern. Helpful staff as well. We would stay there again!

Hotel is nothing near a 5 Star. Probably a 3.5 with 3 star lobby hallway & location. Room ok probably 4 but after the uncomfortable lobby, hallway & location experience, it's hard to feel good. Staff did try though...

Very unique looking rooms! Loved the soaker tub in the bathroom and cool lighting features. The robes and slippers were also wonderful. We were greeted with complimentary ice tea and early check in! Great work Versante. We will be back!

The people were so nice. From the desk to the valets. Clean. Convenient to the Sky Link. Good restaurants close. Comfortable bed. Modern feel. Even had a Dyson hair dryer.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. There is a restaurant called Bruno and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was top notch. I am really looking forward to the next visit here.

Great property, room was clean, spacious and well maintained. However, check in was not good because the room wasn’t ready on time. Staff was generally nice but I wouldn’t say it was 5-star service however it is a fantastic property.

Love the experience, pool, hot tub, gym and the room itself was amazing. The showers are great as well. Breakfast was really good. Only downside is parking which adds up if you are staying for a couple of days. This makes you consider other hotels as you can use this money towards an additional stay in the hotel itself but other than that everything was really amazing.

This hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Bridgeport Station. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us so we didn't need to check our bags, and they were very friendly and engaging. A beautiful room and if you’re a bath person, wow - that was an amazing bathtub set-up. We also ate at Bruno's for dinner and the food was delicious.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and en-suite large and high standard. Reasonable rate for standard. No guide in the room or online for basics like where to get ice. Located next to busy road with access restrictions e.g. to turn left leaving hotel have to turn right, cross river and go round complex junctions to go back over river the other way.

Very helpful and professional staff who facilitated a quick check in and answered any questions during our stay. Valet parking took the stress out of finding a spot nearby. Room was very clean and unique, a breath of fresh air from the standard hotel room. Minutes alway from the outlet mall and countless places to eat. Definitely would stay again, highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I accidentally drank a bottle of water that cost 5 Canadian dollars, so I paid $5 at the front desk when I checked out. However, I later noticed that my credit card was charged for it.

So impressed with this cute little boutique hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was my favourite! Beautiful walk in shower and free-standing tub was such a perfect way to relax. The outdoor pool and hot tub are fabulous too! Also the staff were AMAZING! They were so kind, attentive, and really went above and beyond in communicating with us. Great place to stay. Thanks!

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The rooms are well appointed. The bathroom was a highlight with a full tub and heated floors for the shower. I have no problem recommending this hotel.

It’s amazing stayed in this hotel, the service from front desk, valet and to the house keeping are awesome. The room we have is two double queen bed but the room is a bit small.I only wish the hotel maintained the condition of the hotel specially in the hallways and inside the room. driving to the hotel is a bit of challenge during night because of narrow entry road.

The staff were amazing. Very personable and helpful. Top notch service for sure. Somewhat expensive but the huge washroom and soaker tub was worth it.

My corner room had an amazing view and was beautifully decorated. Very spacious, clean. The bathroom was outstanding with a free standing tub in the shower room - also with a great view. Will definitely stay again.

Our room was beautiful and newly decorated. We appreciated the complimentary snacks and fresh drinking water without using plastic bottles. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Vancouver. It is a quick walk from hotel to the sky train which brings you into downtown Vancouver in @20 minutes!

I’m so glad I stayed at the Versante. The free shuttle made getting there super convenient. The onsite restaurant was great. I didn’t use the pool but the gym had everything I needed and more! There was a cafe (Starbucks), supermarket and bottle shop within close walking distance. I also had a great massage at Flow Plus Thai Massage & Spa, which was only 200 metres away. I’d definitely stay at the Versante again.

The room is clean and nice, but it is noisy because it is so closed to the pool. I asked for higher level. Sadly my request was not granted.

My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and quality toiletries. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent modern hotel with great amenities (restaurants, fitness center and more) plus clean and very comfortable rooms. We enjoyed how easy the check in was, how friendly the staff was and that it was very quiet at night. The fact that a tasty breakfast was included was also a nice perk. Overall a 5 star stay and we will join again

The staff at this hotel were so nice, made our stay very comfortable. I can’t say enough about them. The room was ready early, they assisted us with our luggage, everyone was exceptionally kind. The bed was so comfortable, and there was even a Dyson hair dryer with diffuser in the bathroom. We caught the flu on our cruise and having early access to the room was so helpful. The shuttle to the airport was punctual (earlier than our 5 am appointed time). The decor is very interesting, though not my style. A Nespresso machine and hot water pitcher were really nice for the morning. We would stay here again. Excellent experience. Thank you!

New facility and friendly staff but there is a smoking smell lingering when we first entered the room. Walking distance to the Richmond night market. Parking is 30$/day in garage.

The staff was amazing when we arrived. We were to return our rental vehicle and return by Uber but they offered to go with us and bring us back to the hotel. Was not expecting that at all! Staff was very pleasant and shuttle to airport was smooth and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place! Our new go-to when flying through YVR

Fun and unique decor. Room had nice new features and was spacious. Very clean. Gym had nice equipment though mirror was not working. Pool and hot tub were good. Later checkout time. Close to train station, groceries, and restaurant. The hotel can be a bit hard to find since it's on the corner of the building.

Nice room. Parking is a little hard - high rise which you pay separately online and signal in garage is bad. Room and amenities are nice. Super convenient for the Richmond Night Market.

Superb rooms, good wifi, gym was well fitted out and new equipment pool looked excellent.

I loved everyone at the hotel they helped me to get in and out of my car with my walker. They were so considerate they answered all of my questions. This is definitely a five star.

Everything about this property was amazing. The staff was so helpful and kind. The transportation to and from the airport was incredible (the drivers were so sweet) The front desk was knowledgeable and helpful, we were exhausted from our day of travel and they were so kind. The building had great safety features for the elevator at night. The room was so comfortable. We only stayed one night for a layover but wish we had planned to stay longer.

This is a very delightful hotel that has generous rooms with fabulous amenities. Usually stay at a Fairmont hotel at the airport but will book the Verisante again in the future. The Bruno restaurant is fabulous! The best meal we have had in years and we have sampled fine restaurants around the world. Great outdoor pool/hot tub and Gym.

This is a gorgeous hotel that’s very clean. The bathroom is huge and the bed was super comfortable. The staff is very courteous and professional. We could hear some of the traffic from the highway but it wasn’t too bad.

Highly recommend …it is very beautiful with spacious and great view rooms. And Specifically the quality of room with roof top swimming pool and 24*7 service made our stay more better.

Pre cruise stay - perfect

Incredible place to stay! We did 1 night before a cruise. The luxury car from support was amazing and front desk made it so easy! Great workout room/ clean beautiful pool hot tub. Lovely shower / bathtub . Close to sky rail easy 6 min walk and it takes you right to port.
