It’s very scary because the lights sometimes worked. I thought it was going to be a shared restroom with another room well the restroom was out in the open and anyone could use it so it’s not just another room but the whole house. The decorations are outdated and there was dust in the lamps and other places you can tell they barely clean just so it looks like “new” but don’t actually deep clean. My room smelled like smoke even tho it’s strictly prohibited (I have asthma so this was an issue with me) not sure if someone in the house was doing it or neighbors.

Elevator broken and was nit fixed. Luggage have to be moved down from 4th floor.

Very comfortable place to stay in Verona. Walkable distance to all famous places. Very clean. Quest. Safe. Make sure you have smartphone with internet in order to check in and open all doors. If you don’t have it it’s impossible to get inside the apartment. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The owner of this property is a dishonest person. He advertise it as a bed and breakfast, but upon arrival we find out that it's a hostel with four rooms sharing one bathroom and a shower. The pictures that is provided by the owner of this property on Expedia is fake, in reality it is very sad looking place. When I asked the owner why he is misrepresent this property on Expedia he said that if wed don't like it it's our problem. We had no choice but to leave this nightmare. Very rude and arrogant person. Avoid at all the cost!

Andre who met us at check in was excellent - gave us a good background to the city and explained things well. The shared bathroom had leaking taps and was a problem when the two rooms sharing both got up at same time. Restrictions on the use of the kitchen and the lack of a breakfast were disappointing.

Hard to find parking and dirty bed room

No parking, you will need to find your street parking and must leave before 8:00AM, if otherwise you will get a traffic ticket . Need to pay attention on their instruction that we couldn’t check In after 8:00 PM , if otherwise you will need to let them know 48 hours in advance or begging them to let us check in. We found dirty clothes in the closet which is stink !!!! The floor in the bed room is so dirty, Picture on advertising looks presentable but in reallity it is old and dirty stink

Stupid old fool!?

I made an error and booked this accommodation for the wrong night. I arrived in Verona on Thursday but had booked for the following night - my fault entirely. I asked the Maison if they could move the booking forward a day but they had no availability. Hotel.com asked the Maison whether they would be kind enough to refund my monies given i was not taking up their services but they refused, which they were entitled to do, but was it the right thing to do - did they enhance their customer service profile? Will I tell everyone that when I had a problem, when customer service is really tested, did they put their customer first? I have my view but yours may be different? Business is business after all !

It was a lovely experience... the host was beyond accomodating and kind.

Fabulous location, pity about the staff

Stayed here after it was recommended by friends and will now tell everyone to avoid it! As soon as we were assigned our room, we were told the aircon had stopped working that morning and because it was the weekend, it would take at least 3 days for repairs. My husband noticed a thick film of dirt and dust above the aircon. He commented that the filters need to be cleaned annually. The man got defensive, but begrudgingly returned with a ladder and vacuum cleaner. We helped move the bed and he was able to remove the dust. Guess what? The aircon worked again! I have since read reviews and back in June, someone complained the aircon was not working!! It was unbearably hot and there was no way anyone could have slept there without aircon. We asked for a map to help us get around, he said there were none- just download the app- I told him we didn't know how and he just ignored us. Another issue was breakfast. This is a bed and breakfast, but the man was very adamant that the breakfast provided was to be shared by all guests. There was plenty of food when we checked in, by next morning, there was hardly any food left. It was not replenished. On the last morning we were the only guests there and when we went to have breakfast, all we found was dry bread slices and cream cheese triangles in the fridge. All other food had disappeared. We searched cupboards and eventually found a basket in the oven with 2 pastries in it. To be treated this way was very upsetting and disappointing!

Cosy room, but horrible service

The B&B is cozy, but we got an angry e-mail to ask when we are arriving because "THEY ARE NOT A HOTEL", as we arrive the welcome is nice, but for 95 euro per night I don't want to share a bathroom. The room is nice, we had a small balcony. The day we left we didn't have any breakfast, because they just did not refill it from the night before. No coffee, no cheese, no pastries. We left without anybody there and we had to wait for a neighbour to let us out. For 95 euro per night you expect some service, and there was none. The lady also didn't speak any English. Like zero. So all the explanations were done with gestures while her screaming daughter sat beside her.

Man får det man betaler for... verken mer eller mindre. Fin lokasjon ift togstasjon i Verona, det gjorde det enkelt å komme seg til og fra selv med koffert uten å måtte bestille taxi.

It’s located near the railways station and 10/15 minutes walk from piazza Bra (arena), the only fly in the ointment is that this flat is located near a busy road so it is a bit noisy.

Camera ma niente bagno

Camera bella, tranquilla e pulita. Vicino alla stazione e al centro, raggiungibili a piedi. Unico svantaggio: il bagno in comune, che rende il prezzo della camera caro.

El lugar esta bien cuidado, el que me recibió es un poco serio pero buena onda, lan habitacion está bien, pero la cama rechina mucho y el colchón necesita cambio, por lo demás está bien.

Achtung!!! Dieses ist ein Fakehotel. Wir haben uns einen Wolf gesucht. Zweimal um den Häuserblock gegangen, mehrere Passanten nach diesem Hotel gefragt. Niemand kanntes dieses Hotel, bzw wusste wo es sein sollte. Finger weg!

Der Check In war wirklich problemlos hier würden wir 9/10 Punkten geben. Der Gastgeber hat uns auf einer Karte gleich alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend und das eigene Bad recht modern, dennoch ist die Ausstattung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und der Abfluss der Dusche läuft nicht ab. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht ausreichend! Es gibt lediglich Toast, eine Sorte Käse und eine Sorte Wurst. Außerdem noch Marmelade und Müsli. Uns persönlich fehlte Obst und Gemüse und vielleicht noch eine Alternative zum Aufschnitt. Wir haben für 3 Nächte 400€ gezahlt und sind aus anderen EU Ländern für den Preis mehr gewohnt (bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf das Frühstück). Wer auf das Frühstück vielleicht nicht so viel wert legt, kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall buchen. Die Lage war wirklich optimal. Man ist in gut 7 Minuten an der Arena und somit im Zentrum. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und lieben Verona als Stadt :)

Ubicazione perfetta per un Week end a Verona

Abbiamo assistito con mia moglie all'opera Aida presso l'Arena e quindi l'ubicazione del B&B è ideale. Un po' perplessi lascia la necessità d'appuntamento per il check in, soprattutto se si deve poi attendere. La colazione migliorabile, senza considerare l'inconveniente alla macchina del caffe. iniziare una giornata senza un buon caffe corroborante soprattutto se si è andati a letto tardi ( lo spettacolo è finito verso le 01.30)è auspicabile, ma immagino sia un caso. Nel complesso positivo, parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze free dopo le 20.00 .

El lugar es muy bonito. Quiza el único detalle es que el baño es compartido con otras habitaciones y que no hacen limpieza diario. También, al no contar con recepción debes estar al pendiente para poder hacer el check in

Camera pulita, vicino al centro della città, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.

Stanza confortevole e ben arredata in appartamento moderno vicino alla stazione, a pochi passi dal centro storico. Staff gentilissimo. Consigliato

B&B molto grazioso a due passi dalla stazione di Verona Porta Nuova, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, camera impeccabile.

체크인시간 지나면 추가요금 내야하고 찾기 너무 힘들고 주방에 cctv설치해서 감시하는 느낌들어 불쾌했어요. 시설, 청결관리 열악한데 요금이 많이 비싸서 실망했어요. 2박 동안 수건 교체도 안해주고 공동욕실이구요.

OK overnatningssted centralt i Verona.

Vi skulle bruge et sted at sove efter opera-Forestilling i Arena di Verona, og til det formål var det udemærket. Det lå i fin gåafstand til arenaen og den indre by. Indtjekning gik hurtigt og problemfrit. Vi blev modtaget af en sød og venlig ung kvinde. Værelset var fint og sengen god. Dog havde vi problemer med at få airconditionen til at virke, men til sidst lykkedes det. Badeværelset fungerede fint, men der var kun to store håndklæder. Morgenmaden var selfservice og ikke til trestjernet standard og kaffemaskinen kunne vi ikke få til at virke. Bilen kunne parkeres på en offentlig parkeringsplads lige på den anden side af vejen til 7 euro i døgnet, hvilket var fint.

Não é hotel! Não havia ninguém para nos receber das 14 às 15 hs! Fomos embora para outro Hotel! Paguei antecipadamente e fiquei no prejuízo! Não recomendo!

Nice B&B, very quite, optimized Position between City Center and Railway Station.

Logement dans un appartement avec 4 chambres. Grands parkings à proximité 10€ par 24H. Logement propre et confortable. Cuisine et salle disponibles pour le petit déjeuner en libre service. Remise des clés par le propriétaire sympathique parlant bien Anglais et de bons conseils pour les visites.

Comportamiento vergonzoso del dueño

A las 19:50 h del 11 de febrero estábamos en la puerta de entrada de la dirección indicada en la reserva, hemos estado tocando el timbre repetidas ocasiones sin obtener respuesta y esperando a que apareciera alguien. A las 20:10 h hemos llamado al teléfono que aparece en la reserva y la persona que atiende al teléfono nos dice que ha vendido la propiedad y que él ya no gestiona nada, dirigiéndonos a hablar con hoteles.com. Acto seguido llamamos a hoteles.com, son las 20:20 h y les explicamos la situación. Tratan de localizar al actual dueño y consiguen localizarle y nos dan el teléfono. Hablamos con él y nos dice que se ha ido de la casa y no piensa volver para abrirnos la puerta. Es una ABSOLUTA VERGÜENZA que el propietaro diga que se va a las 20:20 h de la vivienda cuando sabe que es MENTIRA porque en ese momento estábamos ya un buen rato tocando el timbre y hablando con hoteles.com, tengo los registros de las llamadas que lo demuestran, y por otro lado hoteles.com debería tener los datos actualizados de los propietarios para poder contactar con ellos. Estoy muy decepcionado y enfadado con todo ésto, hemos tenido que buscar otro hotel de urgencia para poder pasar la noche. Como comprenderán voy a reclamar para que me devuelvan el dinero ya que ustedes no han prestado el servicio contratado.

Отель прекрасно расположен. Нас встретил и все показал мужчина. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый. В этих апартаментах 5 комнат и 1 душ и туалет. Но я не почувствовала дискомфорта, не смотря на то, что были гости с ребенком и молодые девушки... В завтрак входит: сыр, салями, йогурт, хлопья с молоком и сладости с чаем или кофе. На кухне стоит кулер и чайник. В номерах чисто. Есть батарея, которая немного греет. В номере достаточно комфортная температура. Приятный сюрприз: после нашего выезда из отеля - можно оставить чемоданы в отеле до вечера бесплатно, и продолжить гулять. До вокзала идти всего лишь 7 мин. Приятного отдыха. Мы еще вернемся

Fiquei um pouco receosa com as recentes avaliações, mas tivemos uma ótima experiência nesse B&B. A localização é boa para quem chega de trem e também está a 15 minutos a pé dos principais pontos turísticos. O café da manhã é bom para os padrões da Europa. O quarto era bem confortável e o elevador do prédio deixa a experiência ainda mais tranquila. Assim que chegamos fomos recebidos pela senhora responsável pela limpeza, mas dentro de poucos minutos o dono do B&B chegou e foi bastante receptivo.

Lo único un poco peor que la mampara de la ducha (de diseño) no impide que salga el agua y al ser un baño compartido o disfrutas de ru ducha o lo dejas encharcado para los demás

Déçue, photos mensongères

Les photos sont mensongères (chambres et petit-déjeuner). Le petit-déjeuner était ridicule et nous ne n'avons même rien eu le 2ème jour. Personne pour le check-out, pas de réponse à notre appel téléphonique.

Realemente mal servicio

Aparte del mal olor en las habitaciones , que es un solo baño para todas , que el personal del hotel no llega a la hora que dice en la apertura de la recepcion nos manda un mensaje el dueño diciendo que tomamos una luz de emergencia , deberia preocuparse por dar jn buen servicio nada recomendable

บริการได้แย่มาก ก่อนเข้าพักก็ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ เช้าไปยืนอยู่หน้าตึก ยืนหนาว เข้าตึกไม่ได้ กริ้งห้องพักที่เรียกเข้าไปข้างในก็ใช่ไม่ได้ พอดีมีชั้นอื่นเขากำลังเข้าไป จึงสามารถเข้าไปกดกริ่งหน้าห้องพักได้ และแขกที่เขาพักออกมาเปิดให้ และบอกเบอร์ที่เขาจองกับเวบอื่นในติดต่อ ก็ยังไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ จึงวางกระเป๋าไว้หน้าห้องพัก แล้วไปเดินในเมือง เพื่อรอเช็คอินน์ตามที่ป้ายเขียนไว้ 11:00-20:00 แต่พอกลับมาเวลา ก่อนหน้า 11:00 พยายามติดต่อก็ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ จึงเดินกลับมาที่ตึก เพื่อเช็คอินน์ แต่ก็ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ สัก 12:00 จึงโทรติด เขาบอกว่าให้เช็คอินน์ได้หลัง 14:00 ซึ่งตอนนั้นเรามีแปลนไปเที่ยวเมื่องใกล้เคียงแล้ว จึง เดินเที่ยวสักพัก และหลัง 14:00 พยายามโทร20-30 สาย ทั้งสองเบอร์ก็ไม่มีคนรับ พอ 15:30 รับสายเราบอกว่าให้รีบมาเช็คอินน์ ถ้าไม่มาจะไม่ได้เช็คอินน์ให้มารับกระเป๋ากลับไป เพราะเขาต้องมีธุระไปเมืองอื่น เรานั่งรถไฟด่วนเสียค่าโทรศัพท์คุยเป็นพัน แต่พอกลับไปถึงบอกเราว่า ให้เราไปหาห้องที่อื่น เขาไม่สามารถมาเช็คอินน์ให้ได้ แย่มาก เลวสุดๆ ทิ้งลูกค้า แล้วยังไล่ลูกค้าไปหาห้องพักใหม่ ทั้งๆที่เราจองมาล่วงหน้าหลายเดือน ถ้าเป็นที่อื่นเขาจะติดต่อมาถามว่าจะเข้าห้องกี่โมง และถ้าเราบอกไป ว่าจะไปถึงกี่โมง เขาจะมารอรับเราที่หน้าประตู แต่ที่นี้ไม่ติดต่อมาก่อน เราติดต่อไปก่อนเข้า ก็ติดต่อไม่ได้ ใช้วาจาไม่สุภาพ ห้องที่จองกับทาง Booking,com ที่อื่นๆนิสัยดี ดูแลดีมากกว่าจองที่ hotels.com รายนี้มาก

B&B near the train station

Went to Verona on business, experience at the hotel was ok. Breakfast not satisfatory.

Hauptproblem: Es ist entgegen der Darstellung auf Expedia kein Hotel!!! Es gibt keine Rezeption, also auch niemand, der von 10:30 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr anwesend wäre. Zum Checkin kommt jemand von außerhalb, man muss die Uhrzeit präzise vereinbaren. Nicht alle Zimmer haben eine Dusche, WC ist ohnehin in Gemeinschaftsbenutzung, was meiner Meinung nach nicht klar genug aus der Beschreibung hervorgeht. Parken ist Self-Parking im Sinne von öffentlicher, unbewachter Parkplatz in der Nähe für 7€/Tag. Das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig und ob man was bekommt, hängt vom Gerechtigkeitssinn der Frühaufsteher ab. Alles wird am Abend vorher im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer an sich ist ok, Klimatisierung ist ok.

O sistema de check in e muito ruim. Para o café da manhã ficarão sem café mesmo e no tinha como repõe. Realmente e uma coisa triste pois as instalações som boas e tudo muito limpo.
