TravellerSchon letztes Jahr konnten wir die Wellness Einrichtung wegen Umbauarbeiten nicht nutzen, auch dieses Jahr war dies nicht möglich. Darauf wurde nirgends hingewiesen, daher möchte ich eine Teil-Rückerstattung haben. Schließlich habe ich den vollen Preis bezahlt und nicht die volle Leistung erhalten. TravellerPersonel çok güler yüzlü. Temizlik hotel genelinde ve odalarda çok iyi 👍 Fiyata dahil olan sabah kahvaltısı yeterli düzeyde ve çeşitlilik açısından da memnun edici. Restaurant'ta mutlaka akşam yemeğini yemenizi tavsiye ederim, mükemmel tatlar. 👍 Wifi otel genelinde çok iyi işlemiyor 👎 Bir de duş alınca su olduğu gibi dışarı akıyor ve lavabo/tuvaletin olduğu alan su içinde kalıyor,sürekli birkaç havlu yere sererek önlem almak zorunda kaldım. Bunların dışında çok sakin,nezih,güzel bir otel.

adı termal ama termal namına hiçbir şey yok. odalarda termal olmadığı gibi, ortak alanlar da 2 yıldır kapalıymış. resimdeki termal havuz, hamam, sauna, vs... hepsi yalan. sadece 5 metreye 15 metre bir açık havuz var. başka da hiç bir şey yok. sorduğumuzda sitemizde resimlerinin olması açık olduğu anlamına gelmez dediler.

Ailece dinlenmek için yaptığımız seyahatte Venüs otel tercihimizin yerinde olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Sakin bir ortam, temiz bir otel, deniz ve havuz, ortada görünmeyen ama işlerini yapan çalışkan personel, temiz ve lezzetli yemekleri ile iyi bir mutfak. Tuvalet ve banyoda küçük tamirat isteğimiz hemen yerine getirildi. Rahat ettik. Teşekkürler.

Otel gayet güzel şık temiz personel ilgili ancak özellikle alakart servisi çok zayıf hem çok ama çok geç geliyor hem de verdiğimiz siparişler unutuluyo. Bir tanesini iptal ettik bu yüzden. Ancak otelin kendi personeli çok ilgili

It was a terrible experience. Everything was low quality. We had a dead bird on the balcony. My husband took it to the garbage. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the corridors. It was too hot. We choose this hotel because of thermal water but they said they don’t have thermal water since something is broken. We had 2 suits. My kids’ room door frame where the security chain was hanging came off in the middle of the night. I took pictures of it they just glued the frame on the wall! The kids got scared and cried! Also bedroom door handle came off because everything has a very bad quality and wasn’t installed properly. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!
