Excellent location right by the airport. Nice and clean hotel with great staff.

The service was excellent and the property is beautiful. Have a pool that almost nobody use, so is kind of private. The food is AMAZING. It have a SPA walking distance. Bed is kind of hard.

I had high hopes because of the positive reviews. I made arrangements thru expedia chat that we will be 2 guests instead of 1. When i arrived, i was told there would be an additional 100,000 COP per night charge for the 2nd guest. Although already ridiculous and overpriced, i accepted because i was exhausted from a 3 hour immigration line wait at the airport. A few minutes later the dude at the desk apologizes and says, that was last year's extra guest rate. This year it's 190,000 COP. This sounded insane seeing as we are already 2 full months into 2025. I refused to accept the 190,000, so the dude said, ok, i will keep it at 100,000. He said i could pay the surcharge at the end of my stay. My guest was arriving later in the night so i went to pick her up at the airport (which is an incredibly easy walk away). Upon re-entering the hotel, a different desk dude stopped me and said i needed to settle the 500,000 extra guest fee right away. I told him that the guy before said it was ok to pay at the end. He said that he had instructions to collect right away. I didn't appreciate the approach but i figured, whatever, and paid. Unfortunately, my guest had to cut her stay 2 nights short due to a family emergency back home. I requested a refund of the 200,000 and they refused. The front desk team could not be more TERRIBLE. All they seemed to be after was a quick buck. They absolutely ruined my stay and my impression of the hotel. All the other staff was great.

Tenia un olor extraño como a humedad en la habitación.

The entire staff is very helpful and accommodating! Very clean room everyday. The pool area is super cozy and inviting! Right across the street from the airport so you won't need a taxi Lol. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the toilet is not very strong.

The front desk Customer Service wasn’t good. Front desk attendant was rude . the place don’t have a parking it’s very hard to park upfront the hotel and get our Luggage for checking. they’re not happy when we rent the hotel by Orbitz or or Expedia.

My friend and I (2 women) stayed one night and felt safe and looked after by staff. Our room was large and clean. We felt we were among locals and not in a tourist enclave. The best part was being able to walk to the airport for our morning departure flight with no worries about being there on time due to traffic.

I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel because the price is good and everyone here is friendly and nice clean rooms and a good breakfast too

I got charge twice. I paid for 2 people online. When i got to the hotel. They chare me again. The only reson i stayed is because i had no where else to go. Cartagena is bad. The take advantage of tourists.

From the time of arrival at 3AM the receptionist was customer oriented my room was clean and cleaned daily . The breakfast great. Two to three minutes walk to the airport. Everyone of the hotel employees were decent. Highly recommended . The air-conditioning was great , water pressure great

They let me check-in a bit early which was nice so I could drop my bags and explore the neighborhood. They spoke Spanish and English and I had no issues communicating. There's a grocery store next door and several restaurants within walking distance (2-3 blocks). The room and bathroom were both clean and the AC worked. Breakfast was good and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-out was quick. It was close to the airport so I just walked a block or two with my luggage.

There was a construction right behind my wall with consitent hammering. I let them know the day of, but werent able to move me. Next morning it was the same from 8am to my 11:28am checkout because I couldnt handle the noise. The rest was great, including their meal service. Very amiccable hosts.

From the minute we walked in the staff was very attentive and very professional. I love the hotel very close to the airport, taxis are right outside the hotel since the main street is located right there but we love that the hotel arranged the taxi for you and agreed with the cab driver for a fare convenient for both parties it helped me a lot since I don't understand very well the Colombian peso so thanks to that I had an idea and I was not overcharged. The ride from the taxi to the Ciudad Amurallada was close by. The free breakfast offered by the hotel was good. The bed in the room was big and very comfyy The bathroom was very big and spacious I was very surprised. The room was very clean, and the AC worked very good. We did not explore the area just because we spent all day checking other areas in the main city. I will return to this property. And for our wedding next year, we will advise our guests to stay at this property.

Only good for a night. Very convenient if you have an early flight as it is literally across the road . The pool access is limited which was a disappointment for my 6 years old.

Great airport option

The reception staff was very helpful. Room was huge and mostly clean. The towels were not clean. It is across the street from the airport. For airport convenience, size of room, and very helpful staff, we would stay there again to catch an early flight.

Perfect for one night before a flight. 5 min walk to Cartagena"s airport.

Very convenient if you have an overnight stay in Cartagena. The only draw back is that it has no elevator which can be a problem for an elderly person like me. The front desk gave me a first floor room when they saw me. Very accommodating and nice of their part. I highly recommend this small hotel

The room was very hot and smelled bad when I arrived. The ac was weak. The bed did not have sheets. If you notice in the pictures the bedroom windows are covered with the blinds. That is because they face a hallway so that if you open the blinds you have little privacy. The staff was rude, dishonest and generally not helpful. Skip this place, it’s not worth your money.

The hotel is located right by the airport, literally a 3 minute walk. My flight arrived close to midnight and the check-in wasnt a problem at all. I would only recommend if you have a late or early flight as there isnt much to do near the hotel but overall a good place

We were staying in Cartagena for just a night. We were able to walk to the airport. It was just around the corner! The bkfst included was served with love and was delicious. We enjoyed the pool too. Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent service from the staff (felt like I was staying with loving family). Great air conditioner.

Excellent location for early birds

very friendly , very convenient for early flights, just 4 minutes walk to the airport. The offered take away breakfast for our few hours stay, we didn't expect that and was a nice gesture.

It had all I needed in a room. Desk, chair, somewhere to put my suitcase on to unpack, hanging space for long dresses, hairdryer, good space in the shower. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only 3 minutes walk to the airport. PERFECT!

Room spacious, very clean, soundproof from outside noises and with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was wonderful, Emilice was excellent greeting us each morning and in operating the dining room. Just a few steps to the airport. Only concern was spotty wifi, would drop, but then be back in a few seconds, seemed to fade in and out at times.

Hands down best stay ever, the staff was phenomenal first day i got there i needed flowers for my girlfriend they went out there way to help me and got me the flowers, very welcoming and they made me feel so comfortable and welcoming, the room was absolutely perfect and very clean, definitely a place you can stay, service was perfect, definitely recommend to stay definitely plan to go there again when i go to Colombia

Convenient and great value

Lovely hotel for a great price!

This is a great place to stay for a night or two and very conveniently located next to the airport. My boyfriend and I stayed for 7 nights over the New Year's holiday and that was a bit long. The staff at the hotel was EXCELLENT and very helpful. Anything we needed was provided. Breakfast was always tasty and the coffee hot and strong. The pool is adorable. it's small, but there was no difficulty having it all to ourselves in the morning or afternoon. The staff is very attentive so they brought us towels to use on the loungers. It's very convenient to order drinks and snacks after enjoying the pool for a bit as well. The rooms are nice, but we were in room 101 and it faces an interior wall. If you want a view, you may want to stay on the second floor. Just remember that there is no elevator if you do that. This is why we chose the first floor. The walls are a bit thin so it was noisy when people arrived home at 4 or 5 am after going to celebrations for the holiday. It is understandable since it was a very exciting time to be in Cartagena. I recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a couple of nights at a great price with easy access to the airport. It was also very convenient to get Ubers to pick us up and take us to the city center. I would happily stay here again in the future!

This hotel is very close (2 blocks) from Airport, 10 min drive in Taxi to City Center. Has developed a strong customer service/satisfaction culture on its employees. Conformable rooms with A/C, private bath, hot water LCD TV (Cable) and good breakfast included. Also as part of the hotel is a pool and has the front desk opened 24/7. Recommended without restrictions, great choice in Cartagena.

The hotel is walking distance from the airport and check in was very quick and friendly. The room was large and and the bathroom also was of a good size. I needed a place to stay for a flight the next morning and for that purpose this hotel is ideal. Breakfast in the room overlooking the small pool was excellent and the staff so friendly. When I was leaving the receptionist asked me about my stay and appeared genuinely pleased when I said it was excellent. Great place if you need proximity to the airport and to be honest I would stay there again even if I was going to be in Cartagena for longer.

Welcome To Colombia

Location location location, the hotel is location across the street from airport . You can walk to hotel , no taxi needed. Buses to downtown beaches, old city, cento are in front of hotel . There is grocery store next door and good prices. They food and pharmacy near by as well. You don’t need taxis use local Trans Carribe to get to city . Make sure you try breakfast , Colombia style . Overall great stay and price is fair rate . If you want to experience local city and people stay here . It’s away from busy tourist area however you can get anywhere you want in minutes .

Our room needed to be changed because it smelled like musty or like mold and the shower door was broken (didn't close). The second room had the same smel but milder than the first.

The room where poor, bathroom was old, AC extremely hold , didn’t work properly , was hot, no parking , brakefirst , was 1 egg and but if bred, They didnt was ti give a brakefirst ti my daughter of 16 month , they told me was not icluded, so shame after I pays $500 for 2 night, was a shame, for 1 egg. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, horrible .
