Nice hotel

We have a car so everything was convinient. Ozas is near so we could go shopping and restaurants there. Hotel is modern. And staffs were nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing is no fridge and blind is a bit difficult to adjust. I wanted to sleep longer but I woke up bc of sunshine in early morning. Except for a small thing, stay was really comfortable.

Everything was perfect, except that it was a little bit cold in the room to stay or to sleep.

3rd floor is much more better than 5th floor with decoration.

Hipster place with good breakfast.

Trendy hotel within the tennis center. The 5-floor hall looked like unfinished construction... The room was green and clean, with bean bags to sit on. Not ideal to work. Fantastic breakfast. One big minus is the Venetian Blinds in the room. Sun was beaming through early in the morning.

Beautiful modern clean hotel with amazing complementary breakfast. The cons are location, not walking distance to anywhere, and the bed was too small and not very comfortable.

Modern comfortable friendly hotel

Reception very efficient and quick. Food in restaurant simple but good although they ran out of items on their menu. Rooms are comfortable although a little small the double bed is against the wall. Close to airport.

Good hotel with breakfast further from city center

Positive points: - hotel relatively new and was constructed to be a hotel - large room with high ceiling and panoramic window (our view was on tennis arena roof though) - good breakfast - kettle and tea in the room - comfortable beds - free parking, but not hotel only, it shared with nearby sports venues, so it maybe crammed during events and thus it maybe difficult to find a place Negative points: - cleanliness maybe better, carpet floor in the room was stained with some stains of unknown origin (blood, juice don't know?). When first entered the room some peculiar smell was present, like there were a dog for period of time in the room, also some musty smell was present in elevator at the first time we used it, but than it was gone - soundproofing is not the strong part of the hotel, you can clearly hear guests in other rooms, taking in account that it maybe crowded with sports teams (kids or adults) it maybe an issue for more sensitive visitors/ Neutral points (maybe negative or positive depending on your point of view): - located rather far from city center, it maybe tricky to get without a car, as well as getting to some shopping or interest points - not much POIs around, if you are not into tennis/badminton/squash , soccer or ice skating since main attractions nearby are sport arenas for respective sports - to cemeteries in immediate vicinity To sum up, good value for money with some specifics to be taking in account before booking

Good location and great breakfast. Only comment is that the AC unit is a bit loud.

Lovely hotel for a short stay - very basic but modern, compact rooms but you get everything you need. It is clean throughout; it was very nice to have both the shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Nice varied breakfast (hot and cold items) included in the room rate which is convenient to have. You will have to pay extra EUR 2 tax at the hotel upon check-in. The only problem during our stay was to get an iron - they were all being used at the time we needed it but the staff managed to get one for us eventually. Overall recommended!

The hotel was clean and our room and bathroom had been well serviced. The breakfast had plenty of variety, sadly the hot breakfast items were cold they need a better means of keeping food warm. In all a good stay made all the better by the good rate we got.The hotel is well positioned and quiet. If you visit the old town and have your own car leave before or after the rush hour traffic is horrendous in town

Was perfect place to stay. Really close to the City and Mall. Really quite besides the road works but thats not the hotels fault.

Good hotel, nice staff and lovely bar downstairs with great food and service. Little bit out of town but only small cost for uber.

Very nice hotel and clean. Only negatives where that the beds arenot comfortable and the reception desk is occupied by one person which delayed our check in due to an old couple asking too many questions. Was not the receptionist fault at all but since the couple didn’t have the decency too move aside to let my family and the other one waiting also to be checked in, it made it a bit hard for us. On the whole it was a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Superb Experience. .Very Well trained and Efficient STAFF. Excellent Spacious ROOMS.. Very Nice vans Clean Bathtokms. Very String WIFI Excellent Lavish Breakfast. Superb views. Two Grocery Stores and BUS Stops near Hotel. I was able to go to downtown in the Bus and Back -with 2 Euros. It has 24 Hrs BAR With Big TV Screens. It has a World Class GYM with Tennis Courts. Much better than any 5 STAR Hotel I stayed in my GLOBAL TRAVEL of - 45 Countries. --- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ---'- There was one person named ERNESTA..he went out of the way to help me when I missed breakfast. .. He came upto me and said I can order any dish from.the menu ..it's upon them. It was very Nice of him .. The Staff was very professiin as l and courteous.

Nice, Cheap Trendy Hotel

The hotel was a bit hard to find at first. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was fine. However, the bed was not really a bed, but a thin mattress sitting on a box frame with rollers. Also the room had no chairs, only bean bags. The room was definitely designed more for the younger crowd. Nevertheless, we would stay there again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good value for money

Very friendly staff. Basic hotel with simple clean rooms, low prices so cannot expect more than what I received for the price we paid. Breakfast was ok.

Was not comfort because the hotel like a camp for young sportive teams , so most of rooms fully of them and they make noisy sounds all times , so you can hear everything , breakfast one of worst !!! No tea spoons !! No olive oil ! And no stuff only young girl , which can not take care of all tables !

quick comment: some people seem so easily impressed. this hotel is cool, I like it...fresh and clean and modern. but it is also VERY basic, rooms are very minimal...there are beds and there is a 'bean-bag' thing to sort of sit on. not a char, not a mini-sofa, no water kettle, etc. nothing bad, just not above a 3.5 star, so to me prior reviews over-praise it.

Price okay and that is all

Just an overnighter whilst travelling. Not a comfortable hotel, very much designed for sporty, younger folk. Has no character, rooms are spartan (chairs and table in room are bean bags and we older folk cannot get out of such a "chair" ;-)). Breakfast a mish-mash service which you share with conferance people visiting for the day and customers of the sports complex (coffee machine was broken, little choice of food and even the hot servings were cold)

Hotel located very far from historical centre,must have car or use taxi(10-15euro).All experience shadowed by 1000 people walking through lobby to get to tennis courts through main entrance.Good point is great coffee in the morning

In general it was a very pleasant stay. The room/bathroom were well maintained. Breakfast was good and had enough variety to start the day. Except for the bread- i only saw white bread- no brown or dark rye which i would expect to see in Lithuania. .. Also, we arrived with a baby who needed a cot. I called a few days in advance to confirm that the cot would be provided. When we arrived we were told that they ran out of cots!!! This was of course mostly inconvenient for us. The only solution they could offer was to add a bed into the room...so we had to struggle for one night. They subsiquently fixed the issue and we had a cot for our baby for the remainder of the stay. Please get more cots- they don't cost much and your customers will not have to face a disappointment. Further, there was no phone in the room, so every time we needed a taxi, i had to run down to get one ordered from the reception. I'm not sure if this is a standard practice for a 3 star hotel. Lastly, the air conditioning in the room. We didn't manage to make it work for us, especially at night. My husband and son came back with a cold because the automated aircon would blast cold air which is not great at night. In the day, we had to take out the room card out of a slot which meant that the electricity for the entire room went off. In general it is a good hotel and needs just a few minor adjustments to make it great!

Great valie for money in a modern hotel

Brilliant newly opened hotel. Modern, original and extremely comfortable. Great value for money. It's located in a sport arena slightly outside the city. A journey to the center will cost you 5e in taxi.

This could easily turn into a 4 star hotel!

The aircon system was very noisy, perhaps because of the sports facility downstairs. Rooms have a nice and modern design, comfy. Missing items: fridge and telephone, specially as my room's power sockets stopped working lat at night - perhaps fuse jumped, and it wasn't too easy to contact the Reception desk without a telephone in the room, and no direct hotel number on my reservation email from Hotels.com! Why not add a few extras for more convenience of the guests and put the hotel above all other 3 stars in Vilnius? Kettle, for instance :)

Urbihop Hotel

The buiding is called Seb Arena and there is no indication of the hotel, which is missleading. Had to wait over half an hour to be able to check in because the room wasn't ready. The hotel is modern, newly renovated. Breakfast is really basic, but that's what you can expect for the price you pay.

Hotel ist Sportstätten angeschossen oder umgekehrt. Daher wurde zu diversen Tageszeiten in der Lobby "Turnhallengeruch und-athmosphäre" versprüht, was die Sporttreibenden weniger stört, aber unbeteiligte Gäste stören könnte. Auf den Zimmerkorridoren dann das Gegenteil, extremer Duschgelaroma oder die Dunstwolke von Parfüms...

Sijainti hieman syrjässä palveluista. Sähköauton latauspisteitä oli 4kpl, joista ei yksikään toiminut. Huoneet ja yleiset tilat tasokkaat. Sali erillisestä maksusta ja kalliihko kertamaksu. Kokonaisuus kuitenkin positiivinen.

Muuten mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, mutta varatussa huoneistossa märkä lattiamatto ja paha haju, joten jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta heti saapuessamme. Henkilökunta hoiti huoneenvaihdon asiallisesti.

Gerne wieder

Modernes Hotel mit interessantem Wanddesign auf den Fluren. Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der SEB Arena und ist wohl in erster Linie für Tennisspieler konzipiert. Für längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir einen Schrank statt dem textilen Regal wünschen.

- The worst thing was that we got the room next to the Meeting Room. The wall of the room was the same wall for the coffee brake room, so every morning at 7 oclock we were woken up by staff preparing for the meeting. And then actually hearing all the meeting because nobody bothers to close the doors. First we thought it's a mistake because who puts a guest (who is on vacation) next to the Meeting room?! it was definetly not fully booked to actually move us somewhere else. As I took this matter to the staff the answer was - i will give this information to our managmnet. Oh thank you for your consideration. I was actually too tired to even argue about it so left it be. Nobody is keeping up with the mask policy. Guests of the hotel, guests of other facilities, even staff - probably one person (including us) was wearing a mask. Breakfast was open like anybody can just come. People from the meeting rooms were sitting next to people who are eating breakfast. no distance, no mask. And it is in the country who has the most Corona cases at the moment. breakfast are should be divided so that other people couldnt just come and chill next to the hotel guests who are eating (which is actually normal in other hotels). We actually skipped the breakfast after the first morning experience: No safety for Corona, No clear options for vegetarians or vegan people, people sitting next to you, staff not filling up even basic things like bread or forks (i had to ask myself multiple times)

Not happy at all

Check in is 2pm and we arrived at 6pm after a 600km drive. We were told that the room is not ready and to come back in an hour. The least they could have done is offer free coffee and maybe a cake but they offered nothing. Just a cold come back in an hour. Totaly ruined our stay.

Sunku suprasti, kur yra viešbučio automobilių parkavimo aikštelė. Galėtų būti komfortiškesnės lovos. Naktį girdisi ventliacijos sistemos veikimas. Pusryčiai gana geri. Maloniai nuteikė kambaryje esantis virdulys, puodeliai ir arbata.

Geriausias kainos ir kokybes santykis! Naujas, modernus viesbutis!

Современный отель, приветливый персонал , отель с видом на кладбище может кого-то смущать ) мне было комфортно ,есть чайник и чай ,во втором номере не корректно работал кондиционер , в ресторан при отеле не ходите , не умеют готовить вообще , за эти деньги можно прекрасно покушать в других местах в центре . Остановилась из-за удобной мне локации и цены . Если все будет так же вернусь снова . Прошу обратить внимание на качество еды в ресторане. До центра 7 км , не близко . с наилучшими пожеланиями !

Stilīga vieta Viļņā

Viss bija kā gaidīts, jo esam tur nakšņojuši vairākkārt. Erta vieta piebrauksanai ar mašīnu, jauks skats. Nunuriņš gan prasītos tīrāks (uz paklaja zem gultas atradām ķiršu kātiņus). Ar brokastīm gan šoreiz bija problēmas. Ilgi jāgaida tīri šķivji un krūzes, kā arī ēdiena papildināsana notika ļoti ilgi. Bet kopumā laba vieta, kur caurbraucot Viļņai palikt. Cena salīdzinoši zemāka kā citviet.

Easy check-in/out. We had a family room with bunk beds, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast great with freshly baked apple cake. Very modern and hip. Hotel is not in the centre of Vilnius, but old town is within easy reach by uber (EUR 4,- single way) - which might be cheaper or equal to paying parking fees.

Все хорошо: быстрая регистрация, волшебное обслуживание, официанты молодцы, интересный дизайн и уютные комнаты, хороший интернет, даже кондиционер для волос и чай в номере, завтрак достойный 4* отелей в Вильнюсе. НО: волосы на одном полотенце, только 2 ТВ канала на русском нашел, плохая шумоизоляция между номерами, парковку надо искать по бокам отеля, а не на главной площадке.

El hotel maravilloso, super limpio, el personal muy amable. El desayuno variado y en buena cantidad (buffet) El entorno es muy tranquilo, con parking y muy accesible al centro.

The only aspect which was below expectations was the breakfast buffet: The selection of food was small, the type of food was very "cheap", poor quality sausage, terrible cold cuts, bad coffee and tiny coffee cups, canned fruit. Hotel staff gave perfect service throughout our stay. Very convenient to catch a bus into the city.

Занятный отель - современный, интересно оформлен в очень своеобразном стиле. Порадовала стеклянная стена и кресло-мешок рядом с ней. Разочаровал завтрак... Ну, как можно испортить скрамбл?? Творог невкусный, сметаны нет(((

Неплохой отель, чистые, просторные номера. Завтрак не разнообразный, но вкусный. Большая, бесплатная парковка. Местоположение не очень, далеко от центра и со всех сторон окружён кладбищем, окна так же выходят на кладбище. В номере был ужасно шумный кондиционер – гудел так что спать было невозможно, пришлось на ночь выключать.

Fajny hotel dla aktywnych, sąsiaduje z halami sportowymi. Duży parking, sniadanie ok, przestronny pokój. Mały minusik za brak czajnika i ograniczone możliwości składowania ciuchów. Bar podobno 24hr, nie testowałem.

Останавливаемся вдвоем не в первый раз. Расположение чудесное. Завтраки неплохие. Чисто. Однако в номере с двухспальной кроватью очень тесно. Очень темно. Явно не хватает точек освещения. Вечером не почитать. Температура в номере регулируется, однако дует от окна (оно до пола). Задувает в ванную комнату. И общее впечатление - как в сарае. Следующий раз подумаем, останавливаться ли.

Bra hotell. Var med sonen på fotbolls cup och hotellet hade perfekt läge till planerna. Mindre rum och ganska lyhört. Dock väldigt prisvärt. Bra service.

Gute Lage genügend Parkplätze Restbar mit der Nette Bedienung Essen zwar wenig zu Auswahl aber sehr gut.
