Beautiful place!

Beautiful and well maintained property in the center of town. An old house very tastefully renovated with beautifully renovated apartments. There was a washing machine in our unit! A library on the ground floor! All very tasteful

Very nice place to stay. Great location especially if you’re going on a cruise

Apartment was nice but diabolical check in process. Within 48hrs of arrival they send you a detailed form to complete. In my case no code was received in reply so only for a friend in London to sort out we would have been screwed. Their virtual check in process apparently requires a passport and not druvers licence and as a result they simply ignore your rrsponse. Thats pathetic you people are in the service industry and we were travelling from Australia. Please wake up to yourselves!

Perfect spot

Perfect location in the heart of Trieste. Washer dryer in the unit was great.

Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the cruise ship pier. Clean property.

The accommodation was fine in every respect, modern furnishings, very central location, short distances. The kitchen could be a little brighter, different lighting could be helpful. The parking lot was somehow suboptimal, but unavoidable given the central location. We had problems unloading our luggage. One star deducted due to parking situation. We would book here again.

Very functional property in great location . Welcome bottle of wine was nice touch. Very helpful when had issues with check in system. Need more comfortable dining set.

Amazing

Central location- 2 min walk to the main square and 10 min to Grand Canal. Apartment was spotless, had kitchen with hob and microwave, there is lift in the building, it's contactless check in with clear instructions sent beforehand. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants around , also supermarket 20 meters away.

The property was perfect in every way and it was extremely well located.

No me enviaron el código para poder ingresar a la propiedad. Nadie responde cuando tienes una emergencia. Tuve que pasar la noche en el lobby de otro hotel y no se hicieron responsables, no devolvieron el dinero y Expedia tampoco reconoce el error. La peor experiencia de mi vida!

Awesome little place! If you are cruising, this place is 2 blocks from the port. Cool little restaurants nearby and walking distance from the central part of town!

Great property, near everything, if you are going on a cruise, this is the perfect place to stay, we walked to our cruise ship, very close & convenient!! Will stay again if we are ever on this area!!

Conveniently located but be prepare for unexpected

The welcome letter check-in and how to enter room procedure will be better in outline format as it 1), 2), .. Room is sizable but did not expect the bed under the slope of the roof. Have to roll or crawl over my husband to get out. Dangerous to walk around the room as another sloping beam in the center of the room.

Cean. Nice receptionists - Virginia and lady who checked us in. Suggest a mirror in 2nd room and update bathroom with modern lock instead of key. Highly recommended

This is a very nice clean apartment in an excellent location. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff is very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage for us while we explored Trieste. It is a quick walk to Piazza Grande, Molo Audace, Grand Canal. There are many shops, restaurants museums close by.

I have nothing but praise for the hosts. They are helpful, responsible, fluent English speakers running a spotless establishment. Breakfast is on an adjoining balcony to the rooms and is tasty and satisfying. My only regret is that I did not book for longer and use as a base - day trips around Etna or to Siracusa for example. Thoroughly recommended ( I would be surprised if you found somewhere of better value).

Great location

Best location in town, close to sights, plenty of restaurants, busting city streets, but very quiet, very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and an excellent helpful staff who will help arrange parking, the main difficulty. Two excellent restaurants about fifty steps away.

Comfortable stay in Trieste city center

The residences are quite nice and located in downtown Trieste. The check-in schedule is a little bit strange, because of the pause in the middle of the day, but the staff was super helpful in sending instructions to let ourselves in. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location. Close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket just around the corner. Easy access to buses, train station, sightseeing tours in and around Trieste as well as into Slovenia. Clean, with all amenities, comfortable beds, full kitchen, TV, shower, hair dyer, air conditioning. I found receptionists to be friendly and helpful, providing map of the city. Would definitely recommend Residence del Mare.

They welcomed me and let me check in early even. The apartment was super clean and nice. Good location. Would recommend.

Nice, spacious and clean apartment

It's walkable from the central station about 20 minutes, near the sea but not right in the centre so it wasn't too loud at night. The staff was lovely and friendly.

A lovely apartment in the centre of Trieste. Large with a fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of space and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Air conditioned and great service. Nice full kitchen in the room. The location was perfect for us because we could walk outside and be downtown and just a couple blocks walk to the sea.

프론트가 없는걸 늦게 알았지만, 호텔에서 메일로 잘 대응해줘서 잘 머물다 갑니다. 근처에 맛집과 명소가 많아 위치가 좋습니다.

Ein sehr nettes Appartement

Ein sehr schönes Appartement! Sehr zentral! Sehr gut ausgestattet! Check in hat perfekt geklappt! Eine Anregung: Die Stühle in der Küche benötigen Filzgleiter, da sie auf dem Fliesenboden sehr laut sind, wenn man sie bewegt!

Eravamo 3 colleghe a Trieste per un corso. Abbiamo dormito 2 notti. Comunicazioni ottime e self check in spiegato bene. Bel palazzo centralissimo, circondato da locali. Appartamento con 2 camere, letti comodi, bagno pulitissimo, cucina attrezzata e in frigo un omaggio (apprezzato) di 1 bottiglia acqua e 1 bottiglia vino locale. Unico (piccolo) neo forse la mancanza di comodini vicino ai letti x appoggiare cellulare o libro e, nella camera singola, mancanza comoda di interruttore per spegnere la luce dal letto senza alzarsi. Ma per il resto tutto ok.

Struttura molto bella, in pieno centro e pulitissima. Tutto organizzato da remoto (non c'è una reception ma le istruzioni erano chiarissime. In sostanza tutto perfetto

Endroit tres propre, et jolie avec style, très confortable , malgré que pas de réception, j’ai eu problème a récupérer ma carte pour ouvrir là porte, mais j’ai eu de l’assistance par intercom et tout réglé en un instant. Très bien situé, pour une croisière excellent, car à deux pas du port

Ambiente polito, molto carino e vicino ai maggiori punti di interesse

Arrivée de la croisière à 10h . Pas de consignes sécurisées dans le hall . Seul point négatif avec un problème au niveau de l’isolation. On entend marcher le voisin du dessus et fenêtre qui ne ferme pas complètement donc bruit de l’extérieur… Très bel établissement joliment décoré et bon emplacement..
