Great location 😊

I was satisfied with my stay at hotel.

We arrived early and were kindly allowed to check in early too. The room was very spacious. It's in a great area with lots of food, drink and shopping options nearby, lots of things are walkable and the tram is nearby. The only improvement would be the double bed, which had partially collapsed on one side, which meant sleeping at a bit of angle.

We booked the penthouse with a balcony offering the view of Istanbul. There were ants all over the apartment, we noticed them only when they started biting us all over while laying down. The housekeeping has been informed and they vacuumed the place but the ants were still all over. Bathroom was small, and unclean with a very dim light and low water pressure. The bathroom picture was not even advertised and it was completely other picture when I booked the room, so definitely disappointing We are not picky when it comes to a hotel room as long as the place is clean but this was far away from it and I wouldn’t say that it’s housekeeping but the infrastructure definitely needs interior upgrade

Very beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of istanbul .reception and service was excellent. Its very artistic hotel in artistic nighborhood. Location and transportation are very convenient within walking distance and surrounded by variety of restaurants choices.totaly recommend this hotel

Based on the pics we were expecting much better property. The reception was closed when we arrived to check in, we had to ask other guests to find the staff. The shower wasn’t working properly, and when the room is booked for 3 person we expect 3 sleepers to be provided for us not just 1.

The place is conveniently located a few minutes away from the Galata Tower, the facilities felt well kept and up to date, great service and assistance from the staff who help us book tue transfer to the airport, highly recommend.

Shower and room is not dirty and room is old.

VERY disappointing

Our room was nothing like the photo. The 2 windows looked out on to the dilapidated frontage of the flats opposite. The shower was disgusting, full of mould and rotting wood.

The bedroom was large with 2 good windows and well decorated. The views were not great. The sofa had several stains, needed to be reformed. The check in was not very easy because the door of the reception was closed and there was no sign on the door indicating it was there. There could be dish detergent, a sponge to wash the dish. The fridge was a bit noisy.

Our stay was amazing, huge and beautiful room! Before arriving, me and my friend have booked the smaller room (however even that one was great) but the staff told us because they had a bigger room available at that time, they could let us stay in that one, and of course we have accepted because was really amazing. Amazing and nice staff. The design and furniture of the room is great, we loved it! Bathroom was also really cleaned. The bight was really quit and calm. We want to come back, for sure!

Exceptional Location

This was a great spot in a very convenient location of Istanbul. The bridge was only less than 15 minutes away, Galata Tower was 5-7 minutes away, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants in this cute up and coming bohemian neighborhood. Most of the attractions were also within very short walking distance. The apartments themselves were fine. Could it have been better? Yes. It wasn't always cleaned the best. One of the rooms had a sofa with a cigarette burn, which isn't their fault, but there were specks of dirt on the couch that could have definitely been cleaned better. If you really enjoy a convenient place to get back to for sleep after a long day of exploring, this is the place for you.

The staff and location are great. Our room was a little rough around the edges but I think they are still working on the little details. The view of Galata Tower was phenomenal!!!! It was nice to have a separate sitting area and the space was a good size.

Nice hotel

We loved it, we spent 9 nights at Unver Galata Apart, honestly we are very satisfied with our stay. A stylish, clean, spacious and bright room. a nice bathroom, a nice living room, very comfortable bedding, the team is polite and friendly, a kind and helpful manager. We even had an upgrade, thank you very much. This is our first time in Istanbul, before choosing this hotel we have visited several sites and dozens of hotels, we finally made the excellent choice of Unver Galata Apart. The location is great for visiting the city, you have everything nearby. The tram stop 5 min. From Istiklal street at 13 min, the Galata tower at 5 min, and for those who love walking, the Galata bridge is 12 min., The spice market is 23 min. The neighborhood is quiet and secure even at night. On our next visit to Istanbul we will stay here again.

Great stay

Perfect hotel, in a great area for a great price. Clean and neat with helpful staff. There are so many small coffee shops and arty shops close by. Was slightly hard to find before we got to know the area so be sure to have a map handy.

Perfect location

Perfect location in old İstanbul. You can walk in 10 min. to Galata Tower and also Galata bridge. It is located in a very authentic neighborhood, I think it will be a hotspot for o lot of different kind of people in the coming years.

Lovely place, no sound insulation.

It's a shame that there is almost no sound insulation. You can hear everything outside the room door as if people are in your room. Same for the noise from the neighbors in the floor below. Otherwise the place is lovely, recently renovated, and the staff very nice.

Great place and very close to the Galata tower (5mins walk), Galata bridge (7mins walk), main shopping street near Taksim Square (10 minutes walk) and Taksim Square around 14-15 minutes walk. If you are in Istanbul to enjoy this side and take the bosphorous cruise than this is an excellent place. The owner is also very helpful and readily available for everything. You can also get in touch with him for helpful tips. Really enjoyed here

intresting botique hotel at excellent location

the place is excellent location wise and has beautiful motive. the penthouse units have marvelous view to the Phosphorous. the management are kind and sincere in making the stay comfortable and pleasant. the overall cleanness was fine. we have stayed in a unit that was booked for 3 adults and since we were 3 adult males, it wasn't the best bedding configuration. I guess with a rollaway bed, this issue would've easily been solved. I will be happily returning to the place again as friends or family.

Housekeeping could of done a better job topping up the the rooms coffees and tea and water and soap. The hairdryer is way too far from the mirror! *Some electric plug sockets needed fixing , they were coming out of the wall.The building entrance was located on dark alley way/ back street not the fanciest of roads. The building it self is modern and clean. I liked the building in general. The staff were helpful i'd give them a 7/10 the stay i'd give a 8/10 oh and tramway was close by too. Hope this has helped

Konum muhteşem tranvay a yürüme mesafesi galata kulesi taksim e yürüyerek ulaşım çok kolay.Karşılamadaki hanfendi yardım sever ve cana yakındı.Oda biraz daha temiz olabilirdi onun dışında herşey güzeldi teşekkürler.

인생 통틀어 최악의 숙소입미다. 리셉션 2-12시까지라고 적혀있지만 3박 내내 드나들며 리셉션이 연걸 본적이 없어요. 늦은밤에 도착했는데 어쩌라는건지 전화도 안받고 계속 끊어버리더니 다른사람이 전화하니 받더라고요. 청소는 커녕 물 수건 리필도 안해줘서 휴지통 넘쳐서 쇼핑백에 쓰레기 버리면서 살았네요. 화장실 물때에 휴지는 쓰던 눅눅한거고 청결도 안좋습니다 . 베드도 가운데 내려앉아서 허리아프고 진짜 가지마세요

Asciugamani sporchi al nostro arrivo, uno dei letti non preparati e quabdo abbiamo chiesto di sistemare il terzo letto (o almeno fornirci le lenzuola) e portarci asciugamani puliti, non si sono attivati fino al giorno successivo. 1 letto era pendente perché le doghe erano rotte. Anche contando il prezzo basso, il servizio non era all’altezza…

The apartment was once fantastic (the time of photos), but it has not been maintained and it was a massive dissapointment. Even though a decent price... better to increase the budget a little bit. You do not want to go there.

EINE NACHT & KEINE WEITERE - AUF KEINEN FALL! Geplant waren 3 Nächte, bereits eine Stunde nach Ankunft (0 Uhr nachts) war klar: morgen Früh sind wir hier sofort weg! - Schimmel in der Dusche - ⁠Rost an allen Amaturen - ⁠schmutzige Toiletten und Handtücher - ⁠blutige Bettwäsche!!! - ⁠gebrauchtes Toilettenpapier - ⁠Kalkflecken in der Dusche - ⁠dünne Zimmerwände & undichte Fenster (waren ungewollt am Ehestreit unserer Zimmernachbarn um 03:00 Uhr beteiligt & viel Nachbarschaftslärm, Verkehr, etc zu hören) Wir haben das Hotel am nächsten Morgen verlassen. Positiv war nur, dass wir die restlichen Tage rückerstattet bekommen haben.

Die Lage wer sehe sehr gut. Jedoch ist eine moschee in der Nähe und im Sommer wird man auch um 4 Uhr geweckt. Personal ist super. Alle sehr nett und sehr sauber

Allgemein war es okay. Niemand an der Rezeption. Die Handtücher waren sehr schlecht gewaschen und hatten Haare von anderen Leuten. Ekelhaft.

Bir daha gidermiyim diye sorarsaniz asla 500 1000 tl fazla verir kahvaltisi ve otoparki olan otel tutarim.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage! 7min zum Galatatower oder zum Galata Port. Die Zimmern waren jedoch nicht sehr gut. Keinen Safe, eine Bettdecke. Im Bad war sehr sehr viel Schimmel. Es gibt keine richtige Türe zwischen Bad und Zimmer nur eine Milchglas Türe.

Llegué a las 23:30 y no había nadie en recepción. Barrio inóspito, oscuro, inseguro, solitario. El trato de Uds. también nefasto. No tengo número de teléfono turco y dejaron de asistirme por eso. Estaba también pendiente de wifi para poder tener internet. Me dejaron colgada. Tuve que buscarme un hotel para esa noche y pagarlo de mi bolsillo. La respuesta al día siguiente fue con “risas” y “tenias la habitación reservada”, ni un “disculpa”. Me dijeron me reembolsarían esa noche que llegué el día de mi marcha y para variar… Ahí no había nadie! Limpieza inexiste. Tv inoperativa, estaba sin señal. Tampoco me dieron la habitación que sale en la foto… 😆😆😆 pero sí he de decir que la cama y la ducha muy cómodas. Café caducado y en definitiva un desastre… Nunca más en ese barrio y apartamento! Me costó un dineral para lo que fue. Un hotel con desayuno me hubiera salido incluso algo mejor de precio. Si vas sola no puedes volver a las tantas por ese barrio porque da miedo.

Odada tv var ancak yayın yoktu ( benim için sorun değildi) . Buzdolabının fişi çekik olduğu için eriyen buzlardan odayı su basmıştı, havluyla kurulamak zorunda kaldım defalarca. Banyoda duş alanının kapısı yok o yüzden tüm banyo ıslanıyor. Silmezseniz kayıp düşmek garanti. Klima çalışıyor ancak soğutmuyor. Filtreler de alındığından beridir temizlenmemiş yoz öbekleri gözle görünüyor. Oda yemizliği güzeldi ancak yukarıdaki bakımlar yapılmayınca günlük temizliğin de bir kıymeti kalmıyor. Konum güzel, fiyat performans yukarıdaki eksiklikler giderilirse güzel.

The key point of this location is it´s position in the center of the Istanbul, 5 minutes to walk from the Galata Tower, and Istiklal Street in Karaköy, located in a calm side street. The hotel has no breakfast place, but we got the best breakfast in a nearby libanese cafe called "Arada Cafe". Don´t miss this breakfast. The Unver family is very committed to make your stay pleasant. Knowledge of English and German is sufficient. Noteworthy are the tasteful rooms with 2 rooms / large bathroom / shower / air conditioned. Conclusion: We had a very pleasant starting point for 2 days to get to know Istanbul.

Arkadaşım ve ben konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Odamız temiz ve çok tatlıydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı özellikle rezervasyondaki beyefendi çok anlayışlı ve ilgili davrandı. Her türlü ihtiyacımıza yardımcı oldular. Konum olarak zaten çok merkezi bir yerde biz çoğu yere yürüyerek gittik. Sizde güzel ve merkezi bir yerde konaklamak isterseniz hiç düşünmeden rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz.

4 Günlük Derecelendirme

Genel olarak ortalama bir otel, lakin aynı fiyat ortalamasında çok daha iyi oteller çevrede mevcut. Özellikle oda temizliği çok kötüydü ve kaldığımız odanın durumu da pek iyi değildi. Ek olarak Cumartesi günü odanın temizlenmemesi hatta çalışan bile bulunamaması kabul edilebilir bir durum değildir.

受付は常に閉まっており、なんの対応も望めません。 設備は壊れている場所が多く、清潔とはいえません。 特に最上階の高い部屋にはその価値がありません。同じ金額を払うのであれば、かなり高級なホテルに泊まることができます。

Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage des Hotels ist mega gut. 3 min zum Galataturm und 10 min zur nächsten Tramstation. Man kommt dadurch so gut wie überall hin.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Wir haben es nach den Bildern, Bewertungen und Ortschaft gebucht, leider ist alles nicht so wie es beschrieben wird. Ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit gibt es nicht mal mehr warmes Wasser zum duschen. Vom taksim Square runter zu laufen ist eine reine Zumutung. Es ist in einer Seitengasse und deshalb nicht für jeden empfehlenswert. Fakt ist: für den Preis hätten wir ein viel besseres Hotel nehmen können!

Otel oldukça iyi, tek sıkıntısı banyo kapıları. Camdan kapı yapmışlar, o da düzgün kapanmıyor ve içerideki bütün sesi dışarı veriyor. Temizlik vs iyi, internet de hızlı. Otelin yeri kesinlikle mükemmel. Bundan sonra İstanbul'a gidecek olursam burada kalırım.
