perfect location, amazing japanese breakfast, massage service in room but no service or any idea how to get access to bike rental.

Beautiful property, great location. The only issue was one of their washer/dryer machine wasn’t drying. Ran the dryer for 2hrs and clothes were still wet. Told front desk and they said that’s how it is… the other machine worked fine.

This hotel is located in a great area, closer to some of the attractions in Kanazawa, walking distance from them. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are amazing, very helpful and courteous. The only issue we had was that we could not control the heat and could not open the window, it got very hot inside the room.

Beautiful hotel in an super great spot. We will stay here again. The breakfast is great, too!

The weekend room rate is much higher. The bed is not good as other similar hotels (e. g. Toyoko Inn).

I usually stay at this Hotel brand in Japan as it is reasonable in cost. In this particular hotel the bathrooms are step up. And the step up is very high. This could be a problem if older and to avoid tripping. I also notice stains on the carpet that should be cleaned.

Solo to Kanazawa

Solo trip to Kanazawa. The place was new, clean and comfortable with pleasant staffs - highly recommended! Caveat- not too close to the station.

Very clean, light & bright room. Staff very pleasant & I was always greeted coming & going from the hotel which was nice. Great location, 2 minutes walk from Omicho market. 5 minutes walk to Kanazawa castle park. About 12 minutes walk to Kanazawa station however plenty of buses on the main road but Kanazawa is a good walking city. Would definitely stay here again when I'm in Kanazawa

Nothing really unique about this place. It’s nice. Just average by Japanese standards.

The breakfast was limited and the room wasn’t very welcoming.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable with a good shower. The attached cafe/restaurant is nice for breakfast or a late meal after a day of sight seeing. Great location in Kanazawa within walking distance of the train station to get the Shinkansen or Thunderbird rapid express trains to Tokyo and Osaka. All the major tourist spots are within walking distance as well, Kanazawa castle, Kenroko-en garden, the 2 geisha districts, the ninja temple. The Omicho fish market is literally a 2 minute walk away. Would stay again no question if I'm ever in Kanazawa again.

I booked a private spa in my room with quite high price, but the private spa water keeps all day cold.....it can’t use when outside is single degree.....

Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, Omicho Market, and JR bus stop if traveling with Japan Rail Pass. Quiet room on the 8th floor. Comfy bed with fridge. Room to open small luggage. Would stay again.

Good location n clean!

We chose this place because it was well located. It was always clean and it had AC which was nice since we were there when it was hot. They gave us some bottled water when we checked in. We got the buffet breakfast and it was nice. You do have to get there early if you want everything to be fresh. They had coffee, juices, tea, different soups and Japanese food. If you are expecting an all American breakfast type of buffet this is not it, but it is cool to try different breakfast food. I enjoyed it. After check out, they let us leave our bags at reception the whole day which I thought was very nice of them. Service at from desk was very good as we have always experienced in Japan. We used the laundry one of the days. It was easy and nice. They have one machine for both washing and drying which I thought was super cool and convenient because you don't have to worry about changing from washer to dryer. I want one of those for my house now XD. We would stay there again.

Location is very good - bus stop is just one block away, opposite the seafood market.

The hotel is new and spotlessly clean, with helpful staff. The twin room was a decent size for Japan,and we found the beds comfortable. It's just a few minutes walk from Omicho market, which is a stop for the JR loop buses from the station. Would stay again.

The hotel was really good, I already stayed in this hotel chain in 2 other cities I Japan and I really enjoyed. Room is good size, has everything that you need, good location. They even gave me bottles of water for every night that I spent. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

It was in a great location. Walkable through Kanazawa Castle Park to Kenrokuen Garden. The staff was very helpful in answering questions, and the breakfast was delicious. Not their fault but the building next door was undergoing construction. Which didn't actually matter since I was out when they were working on it.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Bed was too small and against the wall. Not great when you roll over and bump into the wall. Otherwise it was perfect.

Nice new hotel not far from train

Unizo in is a newer hotel so very nice and clean. Good area between the train station and downtown. Not far from main sites walking. Rooms are very small but that's typical in Japan.

Great hotel, fabulous town

The location isexcellent, very close to the castle, the gardens, DT Suzuki museum and also within easy walking distance of the railway station and many other places you would want to visit. There is also a hop on hop off bus on a circular route to many places of interest. The area is quiet, feels very safe and there is a 7/11 across the road which has an ATM compatible with non Japanese cards. Breakfast is a buffet, hot and cold and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cost of the stay was very reasonable. Would be very happy to stay here again

Spacious room in a central location to the bullet train, super bargain price....this was hard to beat!

Highly recommended for budget hotel

Not fancy but clean, new in 2018, and great for budget price. Small but efficient use of space, typical for Japan hotel. Standard amenities; fast wifi, one bottle of water per day, etc. Thermostat in room but system is set to Heat or AC only, depending on the season. I was warm at night in the fall when only heat was on, but the window opened for fresh air. Twin room was perfect for myself, couples used to western standards may find rooms a bit small. Convenient location about 15-20 minutes walk in all directions to most sightseeing spots and Kanazawa train station. Bus stop and Omicho Market a few minute walk away. JR bus (free with JR pass) picks up at train station bus platform #4 (you can take either blue or red line bus to get to the hotel, get off at Omicho Market stop), or for 200yen take a non-JR bus which comes more frequently. Elderly people or those with mobility issues may find the 1 foot step up into the bathroom a problem (see attached photo).

clean room and nice place. It is close to the Omicho market and you can walk to the Kanazawa castle, Kenroku-en, or the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. Good to sightseeing.

Good stay, good location, clean room. Small bathroom which was to be expected in Japan. *ONLY* issue was a light on perhaps the smoke alarm which was very bright that my wife found really annoying!

A short walk to the best market.

Still a brand new hotel which is only 5 minutes walk from the superb market. The best sushi ever. The hotel staff are super polite and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Recommended.

The location is fantastic as only a short walk from many of the attractions of Kanazawa. The station is also very close with great transport links to other cities.

One of the more comfortable hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan, at a very reasonable price. Very clean, and all the essentials, including laundry. 5 minutes walk to the market, park, or the best sushi in town, Kourin.

近江町市場に、近くて良い。

部屋がにおった。

最初に洗面台に髪の毛が１本残っていたので、少しがっかりしましたが、それ以外は満足です。 コスパ的にも十分だと思います。 また機会が有る時には利用したいと思います。

　施設・設備とも新しく清潔で、快適に過ごす事ができました。 　フロントスタッフが日本人で、接客も丁寧でした。 　提携駐車場が遠いので、荷物の多い時は不便かも。

楽に安心して滞在できて、ありがとうございました。

とにかく普通のスタンダードなホテルです

ま、近江町市場に近い。

近隣のホテルより安く泊まれました。 清潔感があり良かった。 市場が近くにありますが今回は閉まっている店舗が多く寂しい感じでした。

こじんまりして清潔で快適

こじんまりとした室内ですが、清潔で快適でした。細かいところですが浴室・トイレの照明の照度が調整できて、寝るのにも邪魔にならずかつ深夜起きても安心でした。朝ごはんも充実。おでんがあるのが嬉しかったです。

WiFi

WiFiが劣悪なことがとても残念です。この時代にWiFiって...となります。

どこへ行くにも比較的不便さは感じないが、まわりに食事をするところが少なかった。

立地がとても良くホテルのコンディションもいいと思います。

Ottima posizione vicino al mercato del pesce, castello e giardini. Ben collegata anche con i bus locali se ci si vuole spostare nelle zone più lontane di kanazawa; l’hotel vende i pass giornalieri per i bus locali. Stanza pulita ma un po’ piccola (come gli standard giapponesi purtroppo)

お部屋は新しくて綺麗です。テレビは衛生放送は入りませんでした。安く泊まるにはいいかもしれませんが、朝食は値段の割にクオリティが低いです。

場所は 近江町市場迄徒歩で行けて大変良かったです 部屋は 清潔でした

観光地に近くて便利でした。 しかし、温泉施設ありとありましたが、ありませんでした。 朝食を頂きましたが、あまり感動しませんでした。

部屋の清掃レベルが高くて驚きました。都内の少し高めのビジネスホテルより丁寧な清掃が施されており、逆にこの値段で申し訳ないと思ってしまったぐらいです。受付の方の対応も親切で非常に良かったです。また利用します。

ツインのお部屋で清潔　その上リーズナブルな料金で泊まれ　満足でした。　残念なのは　駐車場がない事です。自家用車での旅でなかったら　申し分のないホテルだと思います。

とても良かったが、部屋の床の汚れたシミがとても気になり落ち着かない感じだった。

上の階の足音が気になる

アメニティは必要なものだけロビーで持って行くのはすごくいいと思いました。施設は清潔感があり、部屋の中もシンプルで使いやすく、またスタッフの方も丁寧で、とても快適でした！

場所が分かりづらい。

清潔感はもちろんのこと立地も良いです。

立地がいいので、周辺の観光地に歩いて行けるのが良いです。部屋も清潔で良かったです。テレビのBSが見られれば良かったのですが。

お風呂のバスタブの形が普通の四角いのではなく、ちょっとお洒落な感じだったからか広く感じました。とてもキレイで良かったです。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

清潔で全く問題ありませんでした。 価格相当です。

地図で見るよりも近江市場のすぐ近くですし、バス停から直ぐに着きます。 施設が新しいせいか清潔感は保たれてますし、バスタブに座るとし見える汚れも無いですしシャワーが静音なので夜でも隣室を気にせず気にせずに利用できます。 Wifiも落ちることなく快調で、朝食も地元の料理を含めて満足です。また金沢を行くときには必ずここを利用しようと思います。

清潔で滞りない対応、周辺ビューティも便利でコスパも良し、また使わせていただきます。

前の宿泊者のアンケートが置いてありました。お風呂場やシーツの間に髪の毛が落ちてました。個人的には、足元にポット置くのはどうかと、、、使うときにホコリまみれで口に入れるものなのに、、、ちょっと残念でした。フロントの接客は、みなさん親切でよかったです‼️
